Exactly my thoughts, this is why i said we will do an orientation.

For example there are set guides on chakra costs and damage for jutsu.

The higher the rank the jutsu the more restrictions you need on them.

B ranks start with use limits.

A ranks and above need handseals to use. Use limits, cool downs.

S ranks need draw backs. Like "can't use jutsu above A rank in the following turn" Or "no water jutsu above A rank in the following turn". It all comes down to what the jutsu does and how it works.

Right so you get 35 basic customs. These encompass everything apart from what i outline below. So All elemental jutsu, fuuinjutsu, yin, yang, all of that stuff. It counts towards the 35 limit. You've probably already got quite a few submitted on this account.

You can make two custom weapons. These are submitted in the regular custom jutsu thread for checking, they don't count towards your limit. You can use one custom weapon on a bio, unless it's stated otherwise (Cyborgs can use two for example).

You can only have two contracts on your bio, custom or cannon. You can only ever use one in battle, unless something allows you to use both like in the specialities. You can only ever summon 4 summons per battle.

Summonings and contracts are submitted in the regular cj thread. If you sign a cannon contract, you can make 5 custom summoning jutsu that don't count towards your 35 cj limit.

You can submit two custom fighting styles in it's own thread. Each of these can have 10 jutsu each not counting towards your limit. If you get sage rank, you can submit three. You can be taught as many as you want, but only ever use 5 on a bio i believe.

Custom technology you can submit 5 pieces in it's own thread. These don't count towards the 35 limit. If you're a cyborg you can submit 10. You can have 5 pieces of technology in your bio, be it custom or cannon. Cyborgs can use all tech the user knows.

Certain fields grand you a way to submit certain jutsu. For example, Mangekyo sharingan custom jutsu don't count towards your limit. If you get MS, you will be educated on how this works.

You can only ever teach a custom to 6 people, you can give away a custom or sell it or trade.

You can donate a maximum of 10 and there is a thread for donating customs. Once they are approved and added to the cannon jutsu list, they will then no longer count towards your customs total.

You can break Genjutsu by disrupting your chakra or someone else disrupting your chakra. I've seen a tool that causes physical pain to disrupt a Genjutsu. Thus far I've not heard of or experienced a Yin Genjutsu.
