What I meant by Kisame seeing Obito's MS or just normal Sharingan wasn't that he was under a genjutsu but the fact that Kisame knows about the Uchiha and their Sharingan. And Obito had control over the third jinchuriki, which to do so needs a lot of power.
So Kisame saw Obito's face and MS and he thought it was Madara because he doesn't know how he looks.

You also said that Madara was like a Hollywood star and he was well known. Almost everyone knew about Madara but didn't know how he looked. The only reason Kisame would know how he looked as if he went to the valley of end, which there is no point to and also it wasn't a popular location.

The reason for Obito to not use his Sharingan skills in the
4th shinobi war was because he had new ones that were stronger. 6 paths of pain for example. Which he did use to revive and control all the jinchuriki except for Naruto and Killer bee of course.

He controlled Yagura and the nine-tailed beast which Minato stated that halve of its chakra was really heavy and that was why he split it into two parts. One for himself and the other for Naruto.
I don't get the reason why Obito should tell others that he fooled Kisame and manipulated Yagura? There is no point to that.

Obito's and Kisame said that he wasn't surprised that Obito was Tobi. At this point, he still thought Obito was Madara and just assumed that Tobi was an alias.

It wasn't just one Sharingan but actually two. Other than that Obito was an Uchiha which has a lot of chakra BUT he also had Hashirama cells and that makes him really powerful and also gives him A LOT of chakra.
In the
4th shinobi war, Obito like I stated above controlled all jinchurikis so technically he did.
