Also, there's a reason why Sasuke had so many less outside powerups. Who needs outside powerups when your genes alone give you more advantage than most shinobi. Do you realize just how many powers that even basic sharingan and normal MS grant?

That Dragon Ball example is a bad example. Goku also permanently lost the Ozaru power. I know that Goku couldn't control it before, but had he kept the tail, he could have eventually learned to control it.
Plus, you can't act like it is unfair for Goku to have Kaioken since Kaioken is a technique that Goku actually trained hard for and worked for. Vegeta did not work for any such techniques. You cannot honestly say that it's unfair that Goku has something that he worked for just because Vegeta doesn't have it (and he didn't work for that technique).
Also, Vegeta eventually got Super Saiyan Blue Evolution which matches Goku's Super Saiyan Blue Kaioken x20.
So no... Vegeta is not nerfed (unless you consider Goku, Gohan, and any other Saiyan that has lost their tail to also be nerfed)
The Sharingan is quite powerful, even at just 3 tomoe level. When it becomes MS and then EMS even more powerful.
As for Vegeta he must have worked hard to master his Oozaru form, since Paragus never seen anyone in control of their Oozaru form. He states every Saiyan loses control.
Broly has no tail or control of his Oozaru form, yet has access to Oozaru power.
I guess your right every U7 Saiyan who never grew their tail back or access to their Oozaru form can classify as nerfed.

OT: Sasuke is definitely nerfed and that’s because he isn’t Naruto. He’s forced to make illogical decisions, much like Orochimaru and the current Gokage. I even made a thread addressing this a while back.
If Sasuke kept the curse mark he would have basically been post time skip Boruto. I think there is still a possibility of him learning snake sage because of his experiences with Orochimaru.

I believe non-nerfed Sasuke would neg diff any/every possible variation of post-timeskip Boruto. But I know that Sasuke isn’t going to received a Sage Mode buff.
Sasuke also has Hasirama's Cells, EMS, and Amaterasu, which were all given to him and keep in mind Naruto trained to obtain Kurama's powers when training with Killer Bee and keep in mind all the scans I'm showing were before Kushina's interference and if anyone wants to know the chapter it's 497
What're you talking about? Uchiha always have Yin release. Hogaromo gave rokudo chakra which reacted with Indra chakra pushing his eye to become the Rinnegan. Their planting means nothing, outside of saving his life, since they didn't give him yang release or Mokuton.
On the other hand Naruto was given RSM, 9 tailed beast chakra, their brains, their assistance when performing jutsu, the Pseudo 10 tails mode which is why he had TSBs. Even Kurama who gathers natural energy for him and they became friends because plot pulling came into play. The multpiplicatin factor of the 9s(9 chakras, 9brains, 9 assists, 9 TSBs) dwarfs Sasuke's.
