Do you happen to know who teaches Bubblegum Ninjutsu?

I say this because in the past if there was a subject that didn't have a sensei/shishou, then you were allowed to use up to your
current rank. Of course, this was within reason and not without its limits. I just wanted to know if I am in that situation or not.

All Sensei can teach all fields, with a few exceptions. Yin, Yang, Yin-Yang, EIG, etc, but they're all high-tier skills from what I recall, so Bubblegum ain't on that list.. So one of the current Sensei should be able to take you through it.
