You're not alone I'm just assuming that he's asking if Limbo would be effective against Delta since she wouldn't see the clones despite them being chakra(?).

-Sasuke can’t use Limbo (unless Kodachi asspulls)

-Delta won’t be able to see a Limbo clone because they exist on a different plane. Plus Madara’s Limbo clones are actually Madara, they aren’t shadow clones that disappear when damaged.
