Just realized my bio's a little bit messed up. Would update just as soon I see someone to help with the coding.



The Holy One would passively activate his Hidden Eye, power of resistance and Relic. De-avaritia is passively active as he faces the new opponent. All his weapons and tools are also sacred by default though it consumes a move slot.

To start his assault, he would silently activate a technique that makes his lightning techniques sharper and deadlier and then with a swing of his spear, cause a very powerful large bolt to descends from the sky directly above Raiden with a 5meter radius size while Raiden would be at the epicenter. The bolt would ram against Raiden and put his lights out. The lightning bolt would linger on the ground and not disperse into the ground.

Fūinjutsu: Hitoshirenu no Boushi) - Sealing Technique: The Hidden Eye

Description: This is a simple detection type sealing technique which can be prepared before/during battle. This sealing formula is composed of a seal which is/can be placed in the user's body, usually on top of their right eye, looking much more like a Tattoo than a sealing formula. The seal is directly connected to the user's eyes, chakra circularity system and their five senses in general, in which a hidden barrier is always erect around the user's body spanning across short range from him in all directions. While this barrier can only be seen active if an opponent has the Rinnegan, Byakugan or Tenseigan. The sealing formula acts to detect incoming techniques that potentially threaten the user in one way or another. While that would normally be useless, this technique can only detect techniques that are hidden from the user's eyesight, or other senses, meaning the user can't perceive the incoming technique(s) with normal means. the only techniques that the sealing formula is incapable of detecting are techniques that are hidden through chakra (i.e. Muu's hiding in Camouflage technique) or similar techniques of the sort. The sealing formula techniques techniques when they are passing through the barrier or created from within it, through chakra or physical alterations to the earth or air. Once a technique is detected through the sealing formula, the seal on top of the user's right eye glows, giving off a signature sound inside of his own mind, that's only detected by it's user/creator, altering him of the incoming danger. This is only a detection type technique and not a defense in anyway, leaving the user alerted that a threat is incoming. This seal can be passively applied and activated during battle and happens fast enough to use in the same time-frame of any technique the user uses. The seal is only capable of detecting incoming techniques, and not fast moving bodies (i.e. EIG users moving at x4 speed and above or similar speed empowered bodies of the same speed)
Note: The user has to post the technique if it isn't mentioned in the bio, but applying it doesn't count towards the normal 3 techniques per turn (Only applicable of it's used in the first turn of the battle)

Description
A passive seal that links the user and his techniques, balancing his physical with the spiritual. This seal would passively drain the user's chakra when a particular condition of unbalance jutsu usage is met. The seal tries to balance the appropriate amount of jutsu damage within a jutsu by adding the equivalent chakra, should the jutsu be unbalanced. This means whenever the user uses a technique with a damage threshold that is not equal with the chakra within the jutsu, the seal would siphon the amount of chakra needed to balance the equation from the user. For example: If the user has an A-rank jutsu with +10 damage, this brings the damage of the jutsu to 70 damage. The seal would respond accordingly, taking 5 of the user's chakra and adding it to the jutsu to make the chakra/damage ratio be
balanced. This additional chakra would bring the jutsu to be a bit off its rank value thus unable to be sealed by fuinjutsu or techniques aimed to absorb/seal the particular rank. For example, a fuijutsu technique aimed to seal an A-rank technique with 30 chakra value would be unable to seal a technique used with this seal due to the chakra threshold exceeding 30. This does not automatically bring the jutsu to the next rank but if the chakra threshold reaches those of higher rank, then it would require a fuinjutsu technique that can seal those rank to seal the technique. For example, an A-rank jutsu with 40 chakra threshold can only be sealed if the fuin tech can seal S-rank, etc. The addition of chakra does not increase the damage further as this seal is purely supplementary, it only balances the chakra according to the damage. The seal is located at the center of the user's lower abdomen and though requires the user's will to suppress/pause. Meaning the user can decide which jutsu the seal does not affect. Automatically without the user's will, it would affect the user's techniques that meets the requirement. Unfortunately, this does not work with techniques above S rank.

Iryo Hijutsu: Herena no ibutsu - Hidden Medical Art: Relics of Helena † Arc of Abstinence

Description:
To use the Relics of Helena, the user must have a unique sealing mark while each has its own duty. The sealing script is in the form of a small crucifix tattoo on the user's back. The relic's aim is to further advance passive medical jutsu, either by using them alternatively or by taking them to another level. However, some of this improved medical practices would now require some chakra to be spent if they don't require chakra before. Rudimentary medical practices which are passive in nature are the "Power of Resistance", "Diagnosis", "Extraction", "Blood Coagulation" and "Cleanse". however this particular relic only works for Power of Resistance.

Arc of Abstinence is a sealing script that is in the form of a small crucifix seal. It is represented by kanji for "resist" and thus it augments one's power of resistance. Basic power of resistance requires no chakra input but with the addition of chakra sealed within the seal of abstinence, power of resistance is taken to another level. The newly advanced power of resistance not only maintains its primary duties, it goes further to augmenting the user's anatomy from more factors that's affects him. It also goes beyond the anatomy and add power of resistance to the user's mind and body seals. The default "power of resistance" must be in use before the seal can be activated and like the default, the seal is passively activated albeit one would spend chakra this time but only to activate the seal.
Anatomy
In addition to getting a boost to one's natural resistance to disease, poison, toxins, acids, alkaline substances, etc and because this is done by an invisible warm barrier(shield) around one's body, the seal flushes sealed medical chakra into the user's chakra network, which is used solely to increase the density and power of the resistance aura around the user's anatomy. The user uses this premise and create a tougher and advanced form of non-physical shield, though now would not only shield the user's body as a whole but would shield every cells on his body. This makes it able to withstand higher level bio hazards more potent than those originally mentioned, even to some extent, stop the decay(natural) of tissues and cells(cosmetic). This would also make the cells resistance to radioactive decay. Elaborately, this means, one's resistance to the effects now are enhanced and would even shield the user if it were enemy techniques, though the only thing that won't affect the user is the effects(venom, disease, bioharzards, etc) within the technique, the user is still susceptible to anything else like heat, shock, force, sharpness, impact etc., that might come with the technique.
Mind
The arc of abstinence not only works for the anatomy which is the physical, but also works for the spiritual thus at the same time, it also creates a shield around ones mind. This also increases one's mind resistance to foreign intrusion. The mind would resist any form of mind reading, control, false emotion implant and emotional effect arising from infusion of foreign chakra. This however does not resist genjutsu but would resist residual effect from genjutsu which affects the mind, like pain, fear, perception of time, etc. This means it can resist residual effect from S-rank and below genjutsu only and cannot resist effects from MS level genjutsu in any form. The user's chakra also is influenced by the power of resistance, however, it only resist external phenomenon from siphoning away or sealing off the user's chakra, unless the user has something to do with it or with the user's consent. By spending "double" the chakra when activating arc of abstinence, the power of resistance would extend to the Relics of Helena. Spending double the chakra would make the relics be able to resist any form of seal corrupting technique(so far the techniques don't harm the medium on which the seals are placed), thus the reason why double chakra is spent, as half of the total chakra is focused on fortifying the relics.​

NOTE
Though the seal is merely supplementary and cause no harm in any way, they have their drawbacks due to the user's advanced exertion of medical fuinjutsu, using normal fuinjutsu while the relics are in use costs +10 more chakra if they are A-rank and above.

Description: This is a simple fuin tag that is in the form of a mark around the user's tool, weapon, objects that are metallic in nature. Because most of this metals are prone to be manipulated by someone who has affinity for them, e.g: Kunai made of steel or iron would be able to be manipulated by someone who has the iron or steel kg. Thus the sealing formulae inscribed with the kanji "Sacred" only serve to protect the metallic tool/object by reacting to and sealing foreign chakra meant to infuse the said object. In other words, the seal blocks and absorbs chakra that is designed to take control of the weapon.
The seal is applied to each and every metallic tools/object/weapons the user has which must be posted at the beginning of the battle and cost a move slot and the seal activates only 1 time to seal an infusion then the sealing formulae vanishes from the tool. This however, only blocks A-rank and below foreign infusion.
Note: Would not apply to weapons created by the weapon clone jutsu.
Raiton: Cho Biburato Raiton (Lightning style: Super Vibrating Lightning)

Description: The user must be a Master Raiton User. With this the user can increase the frequency of his Lightning Chakra and with it, make an object that has more penetrative force then that of a Fuuton technique. Killer Bee's lightning prowess is so great, he can even charge weak but sharp pencil-point to pierce straight through a large tree trunk. As stated by Kisame, Killer Bee is able to do this by increasing the vibration frequency of his lightning chakra to surpass the standard penetrative force of wind-chakra.

Description: By performing three handseals and infusing chakra into the sky, the user will be capable of calling down large lightning bolt(s) (up to eight) from the air. Each lightning bolt can have a radius large enough toaffect an area up to short range in size, making them powerful and large enough to pierce gigantic holes through even the largest of summons. As the lightning bolts descend they will rapidly charge the air around them, creating a field of electricity that, similar to ‘levitating blades’ will result in anything within short range of the lightning bolt being forced to levitate, and subsequently drawn in towards the lightning bolt through attraction at the speed of the lightning technique. When the lightning bolt strikes the ground, it will not immediately disappear, but will instead linger as a pillar of lightning after its initial earth shattering impact. Alternatively, the Lightning bolt can be made to disperse upon impact with the ground into an unfocused current so strong that it will charr the earth black as it conducts into the ground, while also neutralising any earthen based chakra within the ground on account of its chakra nature. Naturally, the user will be unaffected by any of the Lightning’s conduction effects as it is their chakra, meanwhile the effects of the Lightning bolt will completely expire after two turns.

Raiden sensed the large build up of chakra within your body so he know something big was about to happen. Soon after he would witness you swing your spear downwards, materializing a large lightning bolt from the sky coming straight towards Raiden's position. Instead of countering the bolt directly, Raiden would simply reverse summon the man and himself inside the stomach of a toad. The man's new location would be in front of the toad's stomach wall, where the walls that already have him hold begin to squeeze and slowly crush him. His entire body would be binded by the walls of the toad, preventing him from any sort of movement as Raiden dashed forward to close the gap. He would see Raiden string together two hand seals while pumping additional chakra into his next technique. A single wind assassin would be formed to the right side of the priest in his blind spot and swoop down to stab him in the side of the neck. This wasnt any regular wind assasin though. He was wrapped in a layer of wuji, ehanced by additional chakra through Raiden's medical knowledge.

Kuchiyose: Assai Gama Ibukuru) – Summoning: Crushing Toad Stomach

Description: This technique bears resemblance to the Summoning: Toad mouth bind technique. However instead of warping the battlefield into the digestive tracks of a giant toad, the user reverse summons themselves and their opponents into the stomach of a giant toad and captures and isolates the target/s inside the stomach, cutting them off from allies and immobilizing their movements while the stomache starts crushing the opponent/s to death.

Description: Five Agents is a technique where by the user augments their other non-Neidan techniques by combining them with Wuji. The technique mitigates the weakness of a user’s non-Neidan techniques by utilizing the neutral nature of Wuji to erase part of or all a conflicting technique so that the user’s technique becomes neutral or continues with limited inhibition against other techniques. Alternatively, the user can make other techniques more effective against weaker techniques via the same method. This technique is accomplished by combining the user’s non-Neidan technique with Wuji Dao with all three dantian. As a result, this is not an actual augmentation but a collaboration technique between Wuji Dao and a non-Neidan technique. The user will either wrap the layer of Neidan manipulated chakra around their non-Neidan technique or embed it within their non-Neidan technique. The wrapper method causes opposing entities to interact with the Neidan technique before the non-Neidan technique. The embedded method causes the opposing entities to interact with the non-Neidan technique before the Neidan technique comes into play (essentially inverting the process). This technique is learned at chunin rank at B-rank. It can be used within the same timeframe as the user’s non-Neidan technique. At jounin level, the user can enhance the strength of this technique and use it A-rank. Dragon Ninja are capable of using this technique S-rank and using B-rank passively. Head Ninja are capable of using this technique up to A-rank passively but are incapable of using S-rank. Master Ninja can use A-rank passively and use up to S-rank.

Description: The user will channel their fuuton chakra into the surrounding air in order to create a number of traditional assassins composed entirely of tangible wind with a slight greenish hue. These assassins possess the natural capability of flight due to their weightlessness and are all fully equipped with twin hidden blades jutting out of their forearms. On creation, the assassins typically descend on their targets from above and stealthily dispatch them through the use of their bladed weapons by targeting vital locations on their victim's body. They don't necessarily have to land on top of their targets but can simply be created so they will land near/next to them. These assassins, regardless of the number, will always have to be created a minimum of five meters away from living beings (excluding the user and sentient creations such as the Stone Golems) and must always be created above their targets. The number of created assassins will always equal or exceed the number of designated targets (e.g. if a technique creates a fifty soldiers made of earth, at least fifty assassins of wind will be created). The maximum possible number of assassins that can be created through a single usage of this technique is a hundred and so if more than that number of targets exist, then this maximum of one hundred soldiers will be created. The power of this technique is equally divided between the number of assassins created.

Description: A basic application that demonstrates the superior chakra control traits of a medical ninja. Initially trained into understanding the essentials of chakra control - this technique seeks to emphasize on this to a certain degree. Passively activated, the user may use this technique to willingly allow an increment of +10 to be infused into a single technique of their choosing. This of course under normal circumstances would prove to be useless in battle - but in some situations such as with Fuinjutsu, Medical Ninjutsu or other abilities in general this proves to he highly beneficial. This can only be employed up to four times per battle.

As soon as Priest is transported into the new environment and notice he's already bound within the fleshy walls. He would act immediately he appears in the stomach, releasing from his body, lightning that would quickly form an amour around him. As the lightning armour exhume from his body, it would push off the weights off his ankles while also forming several tendrils that would impale the toad from the insides and causing it to poof. Priest and his opponent would auto reverse summon back to whence they came. His opponent however would be reverse summoned back to his previous position and directly into the lingering lightning bolt that he tried to run from.

Description: The user will gather lightning chakra throughout their body, and release it on the edge of the users skin all at once. This creates a unique armor of extreme condensed electricity for the user with random electrical wires appear out of it the armor that extends up to short range radius of the user. This doesn't add to Taijutsu but gives a more unique pain and method of attack, numbing on first contact and paralyzing on prolonged contact. Metal weapons will be shredded against the armor as well. Specific usages come along with the armor as well. Defensively, when touching things of solidity, no matter the size, the electricity will be. able to ravage along the body, conducting through it, and destroy it to pieces, this makes golems in contact with the opponent vulnerable, roots of wood destroyed with ease, and steel cages less of a threat (this costs a move and is A-Rank) and extends up to the size of the construct it is negating no matter the size, this ability activates whenever
the material touches the armor, even when the user is unable to notice the attack. Also, the electricity will prevent earth (KG and CE as well) to be created under the user and their short range radius for the electricity will negate it before its creation/usage (passive) due to the electrical wires created with the armor discharging lightning into the ground. The user can also create electrical whips out of their limbs that are heavily condensed able to restrict the opponent, swing around areas or slice through material/flesh that extend up to mid range. The user can shape the threads to create various tools like spears, spikes, walls, spheres, etc to aid for various purposes, using a hand seal will allow the user to release these weapons as a projectiles (count as a move and is A-Rank). The user can create up to eight constructs at most (with the use of one hand seal) with the power of this technique being split accordingly. While
active, the user can only use Lightning and non-elemental abilities. The user will be able to deactivate it mentally with no time wasted. Due to the stress of the electricity the user will be unable to use Taijutsu above C-Rank for three turns, only applicable when armor is active for all 4 turns.

Description:
The user stops, bends over to reach his legs and unstraps his leg weights, dropping them to the ground. As a result the user gains a drastic boost to his running speed (doubles) and +20 to all his Strong Fist Kick-related moves. However, this boost in strength and speed is completely nullified when releasing the EIG or when using any kind of movement speed enhancement technique or weight manipulation technique; they don't add up on each other.

With the sudden reverse summon due to the Lightning armor, Raiden would smile as his wrist band lit up and activate on its own. Absobing the Lightning bolt behind Raiden as he performs a handseal within the same timeframe. With the formation of the handseal, ash would burst up around your short range would 7m height. The ash would react to your lightning armor and instantly create a mini explosion with u in the middle.

Description: This seal, Mayer's Band, was created by an Uzumaki prior to their village's destruction. The jutsu's purpose revolves around the ability to identify and seal foreign energy produced by the user's enemies. The seal itself is placed onto a wrist band and it is a kanji line shaped like a pentagon with open circles placed at every point of the shape. When foreign energy enters short range of the user, the circles on the wristband emit a bright colorful light signifying to the user that an energy different from the energies known to them has broken their perimeter. The sealing band cannot inform the user about the type of energy being used, but it can and does tell the difference between the various energies it comes across, and thus repeats the same color glows corresponding with that energy when met again. Once the energy is close enough the seal will release a special energy absorbing barrier around the user protecting them for that one attack before sealing the foreign energy into the wristband protecting the user. The jutsu is quite helpful for shinobi who don't have any energy sensing abilities, and its sealing effect only lasts a limited time. After sealing its maximum amount of energy the band will only work as an energy identifier for the user, but it will no longer be able to seal energy.

Katon: Belenos no buresu)- Fire Release: Breath of Belenos

Description: This technique utilizes the ash variant(similar to that of the Fire Release: Ash Pile Burning technique) of the Fire element. With the performance of a single hand seal, the user is able to either expel a plume of superheated ash, or create it, and thereafter having it erupt from the ground in a desired location. On its own, this plume of ash can do little harm to the opponent. At best, it can cause minor burns that would do nothing more than to distract an opponent momentarily. However, this technique’s true value comes to light when it is used in conjunction with other techniques in a supplementary manner. Given the highly flammable and explosive nature of ash, this makes it ideal for it to be used in conjunction with Fire/Lightning based techniques. The flames/sparks would serve to ignite the ash, thereby creating additional flames to augment both Fire/Lightning techniques(+20 in damage). Fire techniques would increase in magnitude with the addition of more flames, whilst lightning techniques would mesh well with Fire due to both elements belonging to the Yang element. This technique can also be combined with other elements, such as Earth and Wind. Since these elements are not capable of igniting the ash, the ash would simply serve to cloak the techniques, whilst providing no boost in damage at all other than allowing the original techniques to cause minor burns. By cloaking the techniques in ash, this makes them extremely prone to ignition. Upon any contact with Fire/Lightning etc. techniques, the ash would immediately explode violently, causing damage to its surroundings. The scale of the explosion is proportional to the rank of the technique that triggered the ignition(eg. B-rank lightning would result in a B-rank explosion of fire). This makes it extremely dangerous for the opponent to counter these Earth/Wind techniques with Lightning/Fire as it may trigger an explosion that could prove to be hazardous to the opponent. This technique can also be used to cloak other elements, so long as it is logical. Water will not work as the liquid would simply douse the flames as they ignite. Due to this technique’s supplementary nature, it can be triggered extremely quickly; it can be performed almost in conjunction with the previous technique, with both techniques being performed in the same timeframe.

Description: This seal, Mayer's Band, was created by an Uzumaki prior to their village's destruction. The jutsu's purpose revolves around the ability to identify and seal foreign energy produced by the user's enemies. The seal itself is placed onto a wrist band and it is a kanji line shaped like a pentagon with open circles placed at every point of the shape. When foreign energy enters short range of the user, the circles on the wristband emit a bright colorful light signifying to the user that an energy different from the energies known to them has broken their perimeter. The sealing band cannot inform the user about the type of energy being used, but it can and does tell the difference between the various energies it comes across, and thus repeats the same color glows corresponding with that energy when met again. Once the energy is close enough the seal will release a special energy absorbing barrier around the user protecting them for that one attack before sealing the foreign energy into the wristband protecting the user. The jutsu is quite helpful for shinobi who don't have any energy sensing abilities, and its sealing effect only lasts a limited time. After sealing its maximum amount of energy the band will only work as an energy identifier for the user, but it will no longer be able to seal energy.

Description: This technique utilizes the ash variant(similar to that of the Fire Release: Ash Pile Burning technique) of the Fire element. With the performance of a single hand seal, the user is able to either expel a plume of superheated ash, or create it, and thereafter having it erupt from the ground in a desired location. On its own, this plume of ash can do little harm to the opponent. At best, it can cause minor burns that would do nothing more than to distract an opponent momentarily. However, this technique’s true value comes to light when it is used in conjunction with other techniques in a supplementary manner. Given the highly flammable and explosive nature of ash, this makes it ideal for it to be used in conjunction with Fire/Lightning based techniques. The flames/sparks would serve to ignite the ash, thereby creating additional flames to augment both Fire/Lightning techniques(+20 in damage). Fire techniques would increase in magnitude with the addition of more flames, whilst lightning techniques would mesh well with Fire due to both elements belonging to the Yang element. This technique can also be combined with other elements, such as Earth and Wind. Since these elements are not capable of igniting the ash, the ash would simply serve to cloak the techniques, whilst providing no boost in damage at all other than allowing the original techniques to cause minor burns. By cloaking the techniques in ash, this makes them extremely prone to ignition. Upon any contact with Fire/Lightning etc. techniques, the ash would immediately explode violently, causing damage to its surroundings. The scale of the explosion is proportional to the rank of the technique that triggered the ignition(eg. B-rank lightning would result in a B-rank explosion of fire). This makes it extremely dangerous for the opponent to counter these Earth/Wind techniques with Lightning/Fire as it may trigger an explosion that could prove to be hazardous to the opponent. This technique can also be used to cloak other elements, so long as it is logical. Water will not work as the liquid would simply douse the flames as they ignite. Due to this technique’s supplementary nature, it can be triggered extremely quickly; it can be performed almost in conjunction with the previous technique, with both techniques being performed in the same timeframe.

So Priest asked me to check this.The first issue involves Venom's use of Mayer's Band and the second being his ash technique.

Regarding the first issue, there is nothing wrong with Venom's use of Mayer's Band. If anything, I agree with Venom when he said that it is the perfect counter to de avarita. So normally, Priest would be right and the sealing technique would fail, but Mayer's Band is unlike other seals in the sense that it allows the user to control how much chakra is put into the technique. It is not like Mayer's Band has a set chakra cost at 40 chakra points.

On to the next issue, I agree with Priest on this one. I do not think Venom can turn Priest's lightning attack against him like he said. What will happen is that the ash with interact with the lightning tendrils and trigger a short-range explosion. However, this explosion would cause minimum damage to Priest's lightning armor. Perhaps if Venom's ash technique specifically stated that it can cause an opponent's technique to backfire on them regardless of damage, chakra, and rank then I could probably see it that way, but I do not. In my opinion the ash would trigger an explosion, but considering the rank, chakra, and damage of his lightning jutsu I do not think Venom could use his ash technique as he wanted.

So continue with Venom's ash jutsu triggering a small explosion after interacting with Priest's lightning tendrils.

Somewhat, Raiden found a way to absorb the lightning bolt and also cause some ash jutsu to explode around him. Using his 2x speed, as the explosion triggers, the Holy One would dart forwards through the explosion, closing the distance in a blink while throwing a right punch into Raiden's torso, sending him flying. At the same time as darting forwards, Priest would unleash an omnidirectional pulse of energy that would latch onto raiden. This would cause Priest even to move two folds his speed towards Raiden and cause be unable to follow the rapid punch.

The sky would roar and release a bolt towards Raiden.

Defensively, when touching things of solidity, no matter the size, the electricity will be. able to ravage along the body, conducting through it, and destroy it to pieces, this makes golems in contact with the opponent vulnerable, roots of wood destroyed with ease, and steel cages less of a threat (this costs a move and is A-Rank) and extends up to the size of the construct it is negating no matter the size, this ability activates whenever the material touches the armor, even when the user is unable to notice the attack. Also, the electricity will prevent earth (KG and CE as well) to be created under the user and their short range radius for the electricity will negate it before its creation/usage (passive) due to the electrical wires created with the armor discharging lightning into the ground. The user can also create electrical whips out of their limbs that are heavily condensed able to restrict the opponent, swing around areas or slice through material/flesh that extend up to mid range. The user can create up to eight constructs at most (with the use of one hand seal) with the power of this technique being split accordingly. The pulse is similar to the way an EMP is released and thus it won't interact with any matter whatsoever except for organic biological matter such as, the skin, plant etc. Once it passes harmlessly through organic matter, it sheds a polarized part of it all over the organic matter. In this case, the target matter is entirely clad in invisible negative charges. Similar to the way negative charges are abundant within the earth surface thus why electricity is easily attracted and channel through it, the matter would in turn, constantly attract electricity and lightning technique, while passively, due to the great force of attraction of the over abundant negative charges which is now much greater than that of the Earth, would spontaneously cause the formation of thunder clouds which would release a single bolt of electricity towards the attraction once per turn until the target purges himself off the charges. The target's force of attraction would cause lightning techniques, both his or his opponent's to be attracted to him, as they home on him wherever he goes. Elaborately, if the target sends out a lightning technique, it would precariously turn back towards him while homing on him. The user's lightning technique targeted at the victim would now move twice as fast towards him due to the force of attraction plus the force by which the user send it towards him. By purging oneself, one is able to free himself of the charges. The thunder clouds dissipates once the charges have been undone.

Raiden timed his full body transformation just right. As soon as the man burst forth. While raiden was moving forward. The transformation would allow him to evade the lightning while pushing things up to 5m from him away, which included the man whom was rushing forward. He would reformed once the coast was cleared to perform a single handseal before spitting out a large amount of acidic water at the man.

Description: A sound jutsu conceived after seeing the legendary Hozuki clan in action. The user would be able to suddenly turn his body into pure, low frequency, high amplitude sound waves. It would, in actuality, appear as if the user had turned into wind. However, the user's body becomes changed into sound. The user is actually able to reform and disperse at will. This can even be applied to singular portions of the user's body, or to single limbs. The opponent would not actually be harmed upon the user's body turning to sound. However, the sound waves would drive back all matter within a short range radius. This is similar in manner to (Ototon: Himei Zetsubou no Jutsu) - Sound Release: Scream of Despair Skill. Thus, the jutsu would be good to use upon being bound. While the user is capable of normal movement if a singular body parts are changed into sound, if the user were to turn just his lower body into sound he becomes capable of moving at the average speed of a sage ranked user, and able to use sustained flight. This is done by way of acoustic levitation. Furthermore, if the user was to turn his entire body into sound he becomes able to move as a cloud of sound waves (unable to attack, and extremely vulnerable to wind) that travels at the speed of a Sage Ranked shinobi. The user is visible as ripples ain the air, and the opponent is able to hear him as a low pitched hum. Although matter, and energy attacks will be unable to affect the user, attacks utilizing wind are extremely effective. They become able to disperse the user's form. When large scaled wind jutsu such as Tornado Wall strike the user, his form becomes displaced to such a degree that he is unable to reform. This means that the user must be very wary while he is transformed. Upon dispersing, a loud 'pop' is heard. This is, of course, purely cosmetic and serves no purpose. Alternatively, by varying the way in which the sound waves travel, and condensing them - the user becomes able to appear as a traveling whisp of dark smoke (again, purely cosmetic).

The lightning armour would tank the push, only displacing the Holy one a few meters though would still be on his feet. As soon as the lightning armour tanks the push, Priest would deactivate it instantly and retaliates, surrounding the fleeing Raiden and traping him within a sphere of chloroform and blocking every point of escape. The sphere would contract on him crushing him and making him go unconscious.


Priest would follow this up by causing a large dragon of soapstone to form from the ground and swallow Raider while crushing him.

Description: The most basic technique of the element, where the user will form a single hand seal, or two ( in terms of the S rank usage) and focus his Chloroform chakra either throughout his body, the air or the ground, in order to create tools, constructs, weapons, pillars etc made of Liquid Chloroform. These formations and tools can be used for Offensive uses, Defensive uses as well as Supplementary uses. Due to its liquid nature, Chloroform can be manipulated into many forms, much like with Water, it can be formed into constructs (not sentient, yet have form and shape) or simply be released in the form of
streams or blasts.These constructs can be formed at either Short, Mid or Long range from the user. When used to manifest around the opponent, it has to manifest at least Short range from the opponent. The Chloroform is capable of causing quite some blunt damage as well as impale the opponent, depending on the shape taken by the formation , and when exposed to openings, or wounds in the skin, the opponent will pass out, as well as when inhaled when in its gaseous form. The size of the
constructs are proportionate to the rank used, meaning a D rank construct can't be as large as a mountain, for example.

Description: The user would weave a single hand sign and from either his body, mouth or from existing soapstone or earth source, creates dynamic creatures made of soapstone. Unlike the Seeds of Oduduwa, this creatures varies from the tiniest of them to a very big sized creature. For example; an ant to a large dinosaur with size that could rival or even dwarf that of the great stone golem. Depending on the chakra imbued into the creation, it determines the size, density, durability and power. The creatures have a level of sentiency that makes them able to move about the terrain and attack or even come to their creator's aid in order to defend him. Due to the composition of the creatures entirely made of soapstone except for the sole of their feet which is necessary for movement or any part of their body they will, any tangible/physical attacks would simply slip across their body. This is with the exception of elements they are weak to, if the power of the element in question overpowers
theirs. The creatures are able to merge with the ground with ease. Merging with the ground makes the creatures become one with earth or perhaps are now in harmony with earth. They only exist as soapstone chakra thus they can not be harmed while in this state since destroying the earth itself would not destroy the living chakra within it and they would form again from any existing earth even if it is just rubble or debris. However, negating the chakra itself could end them while in this state.

As the man was pushed back, his Lightning cover vanished as the presence of another nature began to form at the peak of his short range. He could easily sense the nature of the technique and would string together several handseals to prepare the appropriate counter as the water was about to form. A lightning vortex would swirl around Raiden as he is lifted about 3ft off the ground. The swirling vortex, enhance by two techniques Raiden chained it with would easily erase the water as it proceeds to the man in front of raiden before he could do anything else. Raiden would then passively place a seal on his body for his own purposes.

Description: The user will activate an ability that will allow them to release ototon chakra into their Raiton techniques for the next three turns. Activating this ability is instant and consumes no time whatsoever since it's designed to work in the same time-frame as other techniques. Both Lightning and Sound Release are based on high frequency vibrations, allowing the two to be seamlessly combined together. The sound chakra will serve the purpose of increasing the frequency of the vibrations within the lightning technique. This heightened frequency means they will become higher energy, thereby increasing their damage and cutting capabilities in the same way as Super Vibrating Lightning Release Sword. These enhanced vibrations will also change the noise produced by lightning techniques, creating a cacophony of screeching noise that drowns out all other sound. This takes away any stealth they may have once possessed but makes them dangerous to those with enhanced hearing through the use of Inner Sonar Skill or a different method. Those individuals will suffer bleeding ears and will be permanently deafened if they are unfortunate enough to hear this noise.

Description: Five Agents is a technique where by the user augments their other non-Neidan techniques by combining them with Wuji. The technique mitigates the weakness of a user’s non-Neidan techniques by utilizing the neutral nature of Wuji to erase part of or all a conflicting technique so that the user’s technique becomes neutral or continues with limited inhibition against other techniques. Alternatively, the user can make other techniques more effective against weaker techniques via the same method. This technique is accomplished by combining the user’s non-Neidan technique with Wuji Dao with all three dantian. As a result, this is not an actual augmentation but a collaboration technique between Wuji Dao and a non-Neidan technique. The user will either wrap the layer of Neidan manipulated chakra around their non-Neidan technique or embed it within their non-Neidan technique. The wrapper method causes opposing entities to interact with the Neidan technique before the non-Neidan technique. The embedded method causes the opposing entities to interact with the non-Neidan technique before the Neidan technique comes into play (essentially inverting the process). This technique is learned at chunin rank at B-rank. It can be used within the same timeframe as the user’s non-Neidan technique. At jounin level, the user can enhance the strength of this technique and use it A-rank. Dragon Ninja are capable of using this technique S-rank and using B-rank passively. As the man was pushed back, his Lightning cover vanished as the presence of another nature began to form at the peak of his short range. He could easily sense the nature of the technique and would string together several handseals to prepare the appropriate counter as the water was about to form. A lightning vortex would swirl around Raiden as he is lifted about 3ft off the ground. The swirling vortex, enhance by two techniques Raiden chained it with would easily erase the water as it proceeds to the man in front of raiden before he could do anything else. Raiden would then passively place a seal on his body for his own purposes.

Description: The user will activate an ability that will allow them to release ototon chakra into their Raiton techniques for the next three turns. Activating this ability is instant and consumes no time whatsoever since it's designed to work in the same time-frame as other techniques. Both Lightning and Sound Release are based on high frequency vibrations, allowing the two to be seamlessly combined together. The sound chakra will serve the purpose of increasing the frequency of the vibrations within the lightning technique. This heightened frequency means they will become higher energy, thereby increasing their damage and cutting capabilities in the same way as Super Vibrating Lightning Release Sword. These enhanced vibrations will also change the noise produced by lightning techniques, creating a cacophony of screeching noise that drowns out all other sound. This takes away any stealth they may have once possessed but makes them dangerous to those with enhanced hearing through the use of Inner Sonar Skill or a different method. Those individuals will suffer bleeding ears and will be permanently deafened if they are unfortunate enough to hear this noise.

Description: Five Agents is a technique where by the user augments their other non-Neidan techniques by combining them with Wuji. The technique mitigates the weakness of a user’s non-Neidan techniques by utilizing the neutral nature of Wuji to erase part of or all a conflicting technique so that the user’s technique becomes neutral or continues with limited inhibition against other techniques. Alternatively, the user can make other techniques more effective against weaker techniques via the same method. This technique is accomplished by combining the user’s non-Neidan technique with Wuji Dao with all three dantian. As a result, this is not an actual augmentation but a collaboration technique between Wuji Dao and a non-Neidan technique. The user will either wrap the layer of Neidan manipulated chakra around their non-Neidan technique or embed it within their non-Neidan technique. The wrapper method causes opposing entities to interact with the Neidan technique before the non-Neidan technique. The embedded method causes the opposing entities to interact with the non-Neidan technique before the Neidan technique comes into play (essentially inverting the process). This technique is learned at chunin rank at B-rank. It can be used within the same timeframe as the user’s non-Neidan technique. As the lightning prevails over the chloroform, Priest would cause a lightning bolt to strike the ground, forming into a giant centaur that proceeds towards the lightning dragon, destroying it and proceed towards the man.


Having conjured the lightning technique, Priest would put the target into a powerful genjutsu where he feels excruciating pain even by moving an inch. Blinking his eyes would cause severe agony or the movement of his lungs while breathing. Everything around him is literally made of shattered glass.


Following the genjutsu, Priest would cause a large chloroform clam with wings to form from above Raiden and swallow him whole while drowning him within itself. The clam is able to adjust his movement as its sentient and has wings to fly. The Holy one watches carefully.

The user would raise his hand and release large amount of his lightning chakra into the sky to create storm clouds, then a giant lightning bolt would strike the ground from the sky creating a giant crater. However, the lightning bolt instead of becoming lost, once it strikes the ground (short range from the user), forms into a giant goat with 3 horns. The goat has the same size as the great stone golem but instead of standing on all fours, it stands upright albeit still standing on hoofs. Its hand however, are like normal human hands, holding a giant axe on each hand. The goat is able to move around on its own at kage speed and carries a deadly punch. It is also able to throw the axe towards a target, with each ax having a B-rank strength. Once the axe is thrown, he is able to manifest another axe into his hand to replace the one that was lost. The goat is able to assume a stance where he stands on all fours and charge towards a target with its horns pointed outwards to impale and shock.

Description: This Genjutsu affects the opponent by attacking their sense of touch and sight, by causing unbearable pain. The user will perform three hand seals (Dragon → Horse → Tiger), and then channel their chakra into their opponent’s nervous system, taking control of their senses. This jutsu then traps the opponent in a world where literally everything is made out of glass, that breaks down in sharp glass spikes with the slightest move, even by breathing. So if the victim trapped in the genjutsu would breath, it would feel if glass was piercing their lungs over and over again, even if the victim would blink, it would feel like there are small pieces of glasses stuck within the victims eyes. If they would take a step, it would feel like their leg was pierced and so on. This jutsu has been known to be extremely painful, if the victim does not break out of this technique within one turn, then he or she will pass out due to the constant pain.

Description: The user will perform two handseals and manipulate their Chloroform based chakra, into an existing source of Chloroform or simply the air or ground. Through doing so, the user is able to form from the liquid form of Chloroform, creatures merely limited to the users' imagination. These creatures carry a form of sentience, where they are able to think and move on their own, while the user is open to use other techniques. They move at the speed of an Unofficial Sage. These creatures vary in size, from around 1 meter, to the largest being 15 meters in size and height. Their size is dependent on the rank of creature created via the technique, with S rank being the largest. The creatures maintain a quasi-solid form when created, with their exterior being solid-like and within them, the liquid Chloroform preside. This allows them to cause both blunt impact (directly proportional to the rank formed), and release at the cost of a move, a blast of Chloroform from their bodies through their mouths, or from a swipe of their limbs (un-ranked). As the creatures created can be formed based on imagination, the user is able to create both normal existing creatures as one as one's that fit the situation. The creatures are limited to their physical features (ones with wings are able to fly, and those with legs are able to run, etc). With the formation of a single hand seal, the user is able to expel the creature in the form of an explosion, unleashing outwards their liquid Chloroform towards an intended target or in a 360 degree explosion, drenching them in the sweet scented liquid.

Upon witnessing the sight of what the Lightning bolt actually was, Raiden would unsheathe his sword as he swings it around twice then ending by sheathing it back. This does two things, create special spheres to hover around him while cutting the straps for the leg weights. With the immense increase in speed, Raiden would immediately close the gap between his opponent and himself to nail him with a devastating kick to the left side of the head before he could finish his handseals. As for the Lightning creature, the hovering orb would easily erase it from existence. Leaving Raiden free to proceed as normal in one fluid motion (timeframe).

The impact is stored on the paw until the user is able to catch his opponent off guard, striking them with the full power of the absorbed technique. The absorbed force can be released also as a focused blast of air pressure from the paw that aborbed it. While the paw instantenously absorb the impact, the momentum of the jutsu or technique in question stops totally and either falls as a dormant entity or deforms while proceeding no further. The user can at the same instance, release the absorbed force instead of choosing to store it for a while. Alternatively, the user can use the paw in form of a suction through reverse repel action to stop a surrounding force be it push or pull by absorbing the closely embracing kinetic energy (only if they are close to the user) like any remote force, encapsulating the user. Description: Bartholomew clan members repel the air around them, sending a devastating shockwave of compressed air towards their opponent. The shockwave is extremely fast and can travel directly through the body of the victim and continue into the distance, leaving paw imprints in its wake. Anyone and anything that is in the path of the blast receives Extreme damage. Alternatively, the user can instead of repeling, create a paw bubble upto mid-range from himself and through the use of inverse repel, call it back to his paw at immense speed. The same affects also would occur interms of things standing in its way. However, at the end, it is absorbed back into the users paw.

This ninjutsu requires one to have the "creed of the beast" seal and have stored the substance from the summoning. Due to the ability to passively summon the substance from the infinite seal, the user is able to use this jutsu passively to coat his physical techniques, both taijutsu and ninjutsu(originating from the user's body) with the substance, adding a unique form of extra damage depending on the substance in question. Corrosive substances like acids would augment what it's coating with a +20 damage. Venom, toxins and poisons do not increase damage and instead rely on their own innate properties, only affecting the target when contact is made with a biological form or susceptible matter. The user would not be affected by the substance as the substance is summoned outwards over a layer of chakra that makes the substance directly not make contact with the user's skin or clothes etc. The user could at his own risk, let the substance directly touch his body should he want a form of interaction with the said substance.

Snake Venom - Cardiotoxins:
Cardiotoxins are components that are specifically toxic to the heart. They bind to particular sites on the surface of muscle cells and cause depolarisation ==> the toxin prevents muscle contraction. These in turn, would cause the heart to beat irregularly and stop beating, causing death after 3 turns if not cured.

Description: This is a simple detection type sealing technique which can be prepared before/during battle. This sealing formula is composed of a seal which is/can be placed in the user's body, usually on top of their right eye, looking much more like a Tattoo than a sealing formula. The seal is directly connected to the user's eyes, chakra circularity system and their five senses in general, in which a hidden barrier is always erect around the user's body spanning across short range from him in all directions. While this barrier can only be seen active if an opponent has the Rinnegan, Byakugan or Tenseigan. The sealing formula acts to detect incoming techniques that potentially threaten the user in one way or another. While that would normally be useless, this technique can only detect techniques that are hidden from the user's eyesight, or other senses, meaning the user can't perceive the incoming technique(s) with normal means. the only techniques that the sealing formula is incapable of detecting are techniques that are hidden through chakra (i.e. Muu's hiding in Camouflage technique) or similar techniques of the sort. The sealing formula techniques techniques when they are passing through the barrier or created from within it, through chakra or physical alterations to the earth or air. Once a technique is detected through the sealing formula, the seal on top of the user's right eye glows, giving off a signature sound inside of his own mind, that's only detected by it's user/creator, altering him of the incoming danger. This is only a detection type technique and not a defense in anyway, leaving the user alerted that a threat is incoming. This seal can be passively applied and activated during battle and happens fast enough to use in the same time-frame of any technique the user uses. The seal is only capable of detecting incoming techniques, and not fast moving bodies (i.e. EIG users moving at x4 speed and above or similar speed empowered bodies of the same speed)
Note: The user has to post the technique if it isn't mentioned in the bio, but applying it doesn't count towards the normal 3 techniques per turn (Only applicable of it's used in the first turn of the battle)

Description: Bartholomew clan members repel the air around them, sending a devastating shockwave of compressed air towards their opponent. Depending on the chakra imbued into the paw, the shockwave can do damage ranging from concussive to lethal damage. The shockwave is extremely fast and can travel directly through the body of the victim and continue into the distance, leaving paw imprints in its wake. Anyone and anything that is in the path of the blast receives Extreme damage. Alternatively, the user can instead of repeling, create a paw bubble upto mid-range from himself and through the use of inverse repel, call it back to his paw at immense speed. The same affects also would occur interms of things standing in its way. However, at the end, it is absorbed back into the users paw.

This ninjutsu requires one to have the "creed of the beast" seal and have stored the substance from the summoning. Due to the ability to passively summon the substance from the infinite seal, the user is able to use this jutsu passively to coat his physical techniques, both taijutsu and ninjutsu(originating from the user's body) with the substance, adding a unique form of extra damage depending on the substance in question. Corrosive substances like acids would augment what it's coating with a +20 damage. Venom, toxins and poisons do not increase damage and instead rely on their own innate properties, only affecting the target when contact is made with a biological form or susceptible matter. The user would not be affected by the substance as the substance is summoned outwards over a layer of chakra that makes the substance directly not make contact with the user's skin or clothes etc. The user could at his own risk, let the substance directly touch his body should he want a form of interaction with the said substance.

Fūinjutsu: Hitoshirenu no Boushi) - Sealing Technique: The Hidden Eye

Description: This is a simple detection type sealing technique which can be prepared before/during battle. This sealing formula is composed of a seal which is/can be placed in the user's body, usually on top of their right eye, looking much more like a Tattoo than a sealing formula. The seal is directly connected to the user's eyes, chakra circularity system and their five senses in general, in which a hidden barrier is always erect around the user's body spanning across short range from him in all directions. While this barrier can only be seen active if an opponent has the Rinnegan, Byakugan or Tenseigan. The sealing formula acts to detect incoming techniques that potentially threaten the user in one way or another. While that would normally be useless, this technique can only detect techniques that are hidden from the user's eyesight, or other senses, meaning the user can't perceive the incoming technique(s) with normal means. the only techniques that the sealing formula is incapable of detecting are techniques that are hidden through chakra (i.e. Muu's hiding in Camouflage technique) or similar techniques of the sort. The sealing formula techniques techniques when they are passing through the barrier or created from within it, through chakra or physical alterations to the earth or air. Once a technique is detected through the sealing formula, the seal on top of the user's right eye glows, giving off a signature sound inside of his own mind, that's only detected by it's user/creator, altering him of the incoming danger. This is only a detection type technique and not a defense in anyway, leaving the user alerted that a threat is incoming. This seal can be passively applied and activated during battle and happens fast enough to use in the same time-frame of any technique the user uses. The seal is only capable of detecting incoming techniques, and not fast moving bodies (i.e. EIG users moving at x4 speed and above or similar speed empowered bodies of the same speed)
Note: The user has to post the technique if it isn't mentioned in the bio, but applying it doesn't count towards the normal 3 techniques per turn (Only applicable of it's used in the first turn of the battle)

With the last orb out, Raiden would watch as it gets in front of him to cover your hand and erase the paw techniques. This would leave Raiden's attack to continue on successfully without anything to slow it down or alter the direction. The kick was the last thing for the man to have been worried about though. For as the moment the kick made contact, a layer of unknown chakra (to him) would spawn on his side to erase a large portion of his side alongside the powerful kick that sent his body flying to the side.

Description: This is one of the fundamental Neidan techniques within the Hayabusa clan and the first one learned. This technique returns existence to nothingness/erases from existence. Using one of the three Dantian Hayabusa ninja render existence to nothingness. Depending on the Dantian that is used the user can manipulate physical, vital, or spiritual existence. Regardless of which application is used there are two components that can be utilized: internal or external. These two components describe the technique’s application to one’s self and outside themselves respectively. A Hayabusa ninja who utilizes the internal component with this technique manipulates their own physical, vital, and/or spiritual existence. One who utilizes external component does the same but with any entity other than themselves. Only one of the components can be used for any given application of this technique. As for the applications, only one can be used at a given time. Upon reaching higher jounin ranks (Dragon/Head Ninja and Master Ninja), Hayabusa ninja can utilize all three of the Dantian simultaneously to completely erase their own existence (internal) or that of another entity (external). When erasing one’s own existence with this technique the user can only maintain a state of non-existence for no more than one turn with and must re-appear within 10 meters of their original point. Once the user has gone to nothingness they cannot use any techniques until after they return to reality. Through the external component the user can erase the existence of another life such as summons or other shinobi though it requires prolonged contact with the target (3 turns). After contact is made the victim will begin to vanish from the ground up.

Lower Dantian: The Lower Dantian deals with physical existence. Entities such as solids and liquids, physical entities, and corporeal matter are within this Dantian’s scope. When using the internal component of this application the user is capable of erasing parts of their body as small as: bits of flesh and bone to whole limbs, organs, etc. This ability extends to physical afflictions such as poisons, toxins, pathogens and generally any other thing that integrates itself within the user’s physical being. When using this technique on the body to take off flesh and bone the user will feel as though their flesh and bone have been ripped apart and their body will suffer accordingly. For example: if the user erases their right index finger, they will feel their finger ripped off their body and will bleed profusely until stopped. The external component of this technique takes the form of transparent visual distortions similar in nature and appearance to the voids of kamui though with the ability to vary in shape and size. The shape and size are dependent on the rank of the technique. As well as the amount of matter in which one can erase is also dependent on the rank. Lower ranks means smaller areas of effect and less matter that can be erased. This technique has the ability to combat against techniques of equivalent rank or chakra input. With the external component, if anybody other than the user makes contact with the technique, they will suffer just as the user would if they used the internal component of this application. The external component of this application can be made within short range of the user but not the target unless both parties are in close range. Even then, the user cannot manifest this technique directly on their opponent without physical contact.

Middle Dantian: The Middle Dantian deals with vital existence; the existence of energy. Non-solid/liquid entities like plasmas, fire, lightning, raw chakra forms, and otherwise ethereal entities fall within this Dantian’s scope. The internal component of this application is rather simple, the user erases chakra/energy that exists within them either their own or that of another’s that is connected to the user. The amount of chakra the user can erase is proportional to the rank they use for this application. As for the external component, similar to the Lower Dantian, voids of various shapes are created which erase the chakra/energy, ethereal, and/or vital nature of entities. Again, like with the Lower Dantian, the user cannot directly manifest a chakra erasing void upon their opponents; contact with the void or between the user and the target must be established to directly affect the target.

Upper: The Upper Dantian deals with the spiritual existence of an entity. Spiritual techniques, consciousness, mental capability, and spirits are all within this Dantian’s control. The internal component of this application controls the existence of illusions, consciousness, sentience, within the user. Enemy techniques that deal with mind control or that inject their consciousness within the Hayabusa can be defended against with the internal component. Likewise, the stability and power of illusions and other spiritual techniques attached to the user can be cut down according to the rank/chakra of this technique. The external component of this application is a little different than the others. Unlike the Lower and Middle Dantian which cannot effect an opponent directly, this Dantian’s application can. With the external component the user can cause the spiritual energy of a sentient being dwindle to nothingness as long as the user has sensory perception of their target and is within range. The result of erasing the spiritual being comes in the form of fatigue and a lack of focus which prevents the target from using higher ranked techniques and progressively dims their consciousness. For example: C-ranked usage will prevent use of Forbidden rank techniques and B-rank usage would prevent S-rank and above and so on. The constraints are as follows: Only chunin level Hayabusa and above can use this technique (as it starts at C-rank) and the user must be within and maintain mid-range of the target to use C and B-rank. A-rank requires short range and S-rank direct physical contact. While using this application only two techniques can be used per turn. If the victim gets out of range of the user they will become capable of using their full power in the following turn.

Note: This technique is learned at genin level and follows similar rules for each rank. Genin can only use D-rank applications, chunin = C-rank, jounin = B-rank (upper) A-rank (lower and middle), Dragon/Head Ninja = A-rank (upper) S-rank (lower and middle), Master Ninja = All ranks.
Note: Genin and Chunin are required to use 5 to 3 hand seals respectively for any application’s external component. Jounin require one hand seal, Dragon/Head, and Master Ninja can use up to B-rank with no hand seals. Contact between user and opponent requires no hand seals.
Note: When using the external component of the Upper Dantian, using the A-ranked and above will render an opponent comatose after two turns. C and B-ranks will simply render one unconscious after 4 turns. Each turn of maintaining drains half the original chakra cost. While maintaining no other application of this technique can be used.
Note: Upper Dantian usages, regardless of the component can only be used once every other turn. A-ranked and above usage requires a two turn cool down.
Note: S-rank applications of this technique requires a one turn cool down for the Middle and Lower Dantian.
Note: To erase completely the existence of oneself or of another the user must use 70 chakra. Unlike the external component where it takes three turns to erase another, the internal component is instantaneous in its nature due to a lack of resistance from the user applying it to themselves. Upon using this advanced application either internally or externally the user will be unable to use any Neidan technique for the next two turns.
