"Oh? Another adversary?" DIO croned. The color of his eyes changed to a bright red as he glared towards the Noah. "How much power do you carry?" With a single nod, Aoda would dart from DIO's side towards Eli, slithering across the rooftop rapidly to close the gap and drive its snout directly against Eli's body from his side. The charge would be aimed to snap a few bones if not guarded against carefully, the impact sending Eli flying to his left. At the same time, DIO would inflict a Genjutsu upon Eli, focusing his chakra through his eyes and line of sight. The Noah would be immersed in deep darkness, appearing to stretch infinitely. A shadow would tower above him, its glowing eyes like orbs of fire locking with Eli's as it grabs him in its palm. The shadow's fingers curled around Eli's body, constricting him as countless threads stuck his body and covered him in a cocoon, leaving him immobilized.

Description: Aoda (アオダ, Aoda), like all other snakes, is an inhabitant of the Ryūchi Cave and the personal summon of Sasuke Uchiha. In stark contrast to Manda, a snake of similar size to it, Aoda seems to be very mild mannered and respectful to its summoner, as shown when it addresses Sasuke with the "-sama" suffix and dutifully follows all his orders. Aoda is a large blue snake with green eyes who easily towering over even the tallest of humans and is easily comparable in size to the largest of summons. Like many snakes, Aoda possesses large infrared-sensitive receptors on its snout which, coupled with its perfected sense of smell/taste (using its tongue it can "taste" the air, which allows for an amazing sensitive sense which mixes both smell and taste) and her above average eyesight, allows it to be an extremely precise and acute fighter, capable of easily search and find its prey, even if camouflaged or hidden. As a snake, Aoda is extremely fast and nimble, successfully moving through an entire army of the Ten-Tails' clones, while evading all of their attacks. The movement speed (it can run and move at three times the running speed of a normal Kage rank ninja) and its resilience to damage (immune to A-Ranks) as well as the physical power it possesses (its physical blows and attacks are A-Rank) are its main weapons since it lacks the ability to use elemental ninjutsu.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill

The figure will then grab hold of the target and then will cover them in black threads, leaving them paralyzed for a period of time.
Note: Must have 3 Tomoe Sharingan to use and paralyzing effects last 1 turn.

Eli's body begins to tense up as a shadow in front of him begins to expand into darkness. Eli's first reaction would be defense against this shadowy figure. By focusing chakra throughout his body, he releases a thick coating of Volcanic Ash from his body that spreads out to mid range. The grains of ash have been individually augmented, increasing their grain size, to result in an increase of 20 damage. This cloud of ash would three two purposes. The first purpose acting as a quick defense to Aoda, the ash being so hot it singes Aoda immediately and begins to coat his body within the ash to petrify his movement making a casket of heated ash. This would essentially stop Aoda's attack and hopefully end him. Due to this being an omnidirectional technique, DIO would be affected by the ash also and if hit, putting him under the same effects as Aoda. Secondly, the formation of the Volcanic Ash could would result in the release of the genjutsu as the chakra needed to make the ash would count as a full body surge. Lastly, the Ash would act as a cover for Eli as DIO's sharingan cannot see him through the ash cloud.

Description: One of the things that makes volcanic ash so deadly is its grain size. The naturally small grain size allows the ash to slip into small spaces and makes it easier for the target to inhale the ash. Bane of Pompeii allows the user to change the grain size of the ash. However, the user can only increase the size of the grain. This can be used in two fashions:

Medium Sized grain: The medium size grain of volcanic ash is about about 4 mm or .15 of an inch. (+10 Damage)
Large Sized Grain: The large sized grain of volcanic ash is 8mm or .3 of an inch. (+20 damage)

By adding more chakra into an already formed volcanic ash technique, the user can change the grain size of the ash increasing its damage. A side effect of increasing the grain size is the overall speed of the traveling volcanic ash technique. A volcanic ash jutsu equipped with Bane of Pompeii's speed is reduced to the speed to the speed of a common fire jutsu. If a large sized grain is used, speed is reduced to the speed of movement of a water jutsu technique. The way how this jutsu actually empowers Volcanic Ash techniques depends on the grain size for the explosion effect that volcanic ash jutsu hold. The larger the grain the more powerful the explosion.

This technique can only be used 4 times per battle. This jutsu can't be used consecutively in the same move. It usage must be coupled with the use of a target Volcanic Ash technique, costing essentially 2 moves (the original technique and this ability) of the users though done in the same time frame as a single one.

Description: The user focuses volcanic ash chakra into their lungs or into the pores of their body and releases it, spewing out a cloud of hot ash in all directions.The hot ash travels quickly into the surrounding area and moves away from the user. As the ash passes over obstacles it burns them, scorching the earth and anyone who stands in the way of the expanding cloud. The ash's heat is incredibly strong as it is in other volcanic ash jutsu. The heat of the ash is enough to evaporate up to B rank and below water jutsu. When in contact with a human, the ash not only burns their skin but solidifies on the opponent. The ash would pile on and petrify the target(s). Because this jutsu is omnidirectional, it can be used on many targets such as the shadow clone jutsu technique. As the cloud of volcanic ash begins to spread out, it functions like Hidden mist jutsu would. The ash is an extension of the user's chakra therefore Sharingan nor Rinnegan would not be able to see through it but Byakugan would. Because of the user's concealed position, it is easy to conceal a secondary jutsu behind the expanding cloud of ash. This jutsu can only be used 4 times per battle but must have a 1 turn cool down between usages.

Taking advantage of the now heated environment, Eli, using his spatial sensing, would pinpoint the location of DIO and with a lift of his finger create 4 hellstone spikes that emerge on all sides of DIO. The heat produced by Eli's ash cloud would trigger the secondary effect of ***** of Babylon. The change in temperature causes a powerful electrical current to pass through the Hellstone spikes giving them +20 damage and would paralyze DIO on contact as well as burn his body.

Description: ***** of Babylon is a technique that forces the user to generate Hellstone from their bodies or from the ground at a rapid rate and forming it into their needs. This most basic yet useful forms of creation allows the user to manipulate and conform it into various weaponry, platforms, buildings, etc. The hellstone generated by this technique is over an extremely dark crimson and jet black color that is spread erratically throughout the crystal itself. When produced from the body, ***** of Babylon does not require handseals and must be created short range from the user and can be shot at the opponent reaching up to and including long range. When created from the environment, Hellstone Chakra can be focused into that specific area and erected right then and there. The size of the jutsu will depend on the rank used. To create B rank constructs from the body it will require three handseals, or to create any construct from outside the body above B rank, it will require three handseals also. Due to the special properties of Hellstone, when it comes in contact or undergoes a temperature change, it gains a strong electric current. In this case, this technique gains +20 extra damage due to the powerful electrical current. An opponent in contact with ***** of Babylon can face intense numbing and third degree burns due to the power of the electrical current added on to the force of the impact of this technique. The S rank variant can be used 3 times per battle with two turns between uses.

A wave of ash burst outwards from his body in all directions, cascading towards the approaching Aoda. Using its impeccable reflexes and agility, Aoda would halt its movement, rising its upper half off of the ground and backwards to stop its advance as the ash wave moves outwards. "A barricade. An effective counter," DIO mused to himself. Focusing his chakra, DIO would span an army of assassins forged from water 6 meters away from Eli as the ash reaches five meters from him. The army would surround Eli like a barricade all around with the exception of below, allowing them to halt the spread of the ash by blocking it with their forms. The assassins' presence would stop the advance of the ash, forming in between the ash and DIO/Aoda before diving inwards to extinguish the ash as they move to plunge their blades into Eli.

Upon the creation, the assassins would furthermore be infused with a spiritual parasite, draining the ash's power upon the clash. The Hungry Ghost would latch itself to Eli himself after consuming enough chakra to weaken his ash, reducing the power of his subsequent techniques.

Description: The user will channel their water chakra into the surrounding air in order to create a number of traditional assassins composed entirely of mist with a slight blueish hue. This is the brother technique of "Wind Release: Leap of Faith" and thus has very similar applications to that of its wind brother. However, it does contain some slight mechanical differences due to its watery composition. The assassin's may be able to disperse themselves into mist, or form into their regular shape at any time, and passively may do so. This allows them to effectively evade physical based attacks and continue their assault. However, they may not attack in mist form. But when in mist form, they do possess a defensive capability to sustain their presence of the field. This mist form allows the assassins to supplement what its brother technique could not do, and that was block against attacks. When used in offensive purposes, the mist will condense its water droplets tightly and essentially "turn" into a water form, quite solid, and able to pierce, stab, and slash the opponent in similar methods to its wind counterpart. These assassins possess the natural capability of flight due to their weightlessness and are all fully equipped with twin hidden blades jutting out of their forearms. These assassins, regardless of the number, will always have to be created a minimum of five meters away from living beings (excluding the user and sentient creations such as the Stone Golems) and must always be created above their targets. The number of created assassins will always equal or exceed the number of designated targets (e.g. if a technique creates a fifty soldiers made of earth, at least fifty assassins of wind will be created). The maximum possible number of assassins that can be created through a single usage of this technique is a hundred and so if more than that number of targets exist, then this maximum of one hundred soldiers will be created. The power of this technique is equally divided between the number of assassins created.

(Inton: Gaki no Jutsu) - Yin Release: Hungry Ghost Technique

Description: Hungry Ghost is a spiritual parasite created through the user’s Yin Release chakra. When using an elemental jutsu, the user will form the ram hand seal to seal the hungry ghost within their technique. Sealing the hungry ghost inside one’s technique happens within the same timeframe as their elemental technique. When the user’s technique clashes with another technique, the parasitic Yin Chakra will eat away at the chakra within the technique, weakening it by one rank. Once the hungry ghost consumes foreign chakra it is released and immediately attaches itself to the source of the foreign chakra (the opponent). From there, the parasite continues to eat away at the enemy’s chakra every time they use techniques (all techniques reduce in rank and power by 1 degree). Once the Hungry Ghost is released, its tether is immediate and cannot be blocked or circumvented by ordinary means. The effects of Hungry Ghost last for 4 turns.
Note: Can only be used 5 times per battle and cannot be used on the same target more than twice.
Note: Surges or Barriers that utilize Yin, Yang, Yin-Yang or Natural Energy can break or prevent the tethering of the Hungry Ghost.

Description: Hungry Ghost is a spiritual parasite created through the user’s Yin Release chakra. When using an elemental jutsu, the user will form the ram hand seal to seal the hungry ghost within their technique. Sealing the hungry ghost inside one’s technique happens within the same timeframe as their elemental technique. When the user’s technique clashes with another technique, the parasitic Yin Chakra will eat away at the chakra within the technique, weakening it by one rank. Once the hungry ghost consumes foreign chakra it is released and immediately attaches itself to the source of the foreign chakra (the opponent). From there, the parasite continues to eat away at the enemy’s chakra every time they use techniques (all techniques reduce in rank and power by 1 degree). Once the Hungry Ghost is released, its tether is immediate and cannot be blocked or circumvented by ordinary means. The effects of Hungry Ghost last for 4 turns.
Note: Can only be used 5 times per battle and cannot be used on the same target more than twice.
Note: Surges or Barriers that utilize Yin, Yang, Yin-Yang or Natural Energy can break or prevent the tethering of the Hungry Ghost.

Eli sensed the approach of several figures surrounding him from all areas while the serpent that attacked him before hop back and move toward it's master, instead of create the Hellstone spikes. Eli rotated his body moving and shaping a gust of air around his body into the form of a curled pangolin. This pangolin would adequately defend against the assassins as they moved into stab Eli. While he does this, he passively activates his chakra sensory technique to get a clear view of DIO and his serpent. Due to his spatial sensing and now chakra sensing, he could sense all things around him, even those void with chakra.

Description: This is a very advanced of advancing the ability to feel and sense chakra. The technique allows the user to concentrate and detect someone's chakra. Users can use this to determine the nature of a jutsu used as well as sense masses of chakra. The use of this can be compared to Sharingan's brutish level of sensory, able to sense collection of chakra but not the level of clarity and precision Byakugan has.
Note: Can only be used by bios with Sensory ability.
Note: After having on a bio for 1 month, users gain the ability to activate Sensory passively.

Description: Hands of Kalrow is a Kinnara based Eight Deva Guardians technique. By quickly rotating their body, the user picks up a gust of air that begins to rotated itself around the user's body forming the shape of a Pangolin. Hands of Kalrow takes after the pengolin's ability to curl in on itself forming a ball to protect itself from predators. As a result, Hands of Kalrow can be generated in two ways: The Uncurled and Curled form. The Uncurled form resembles a normal pangolin with its body fully extended. The Curled form of Hands of Kalrow, generates the Pangolin in it's curled form with its tail tucked into it's body and its head curled into its mid section, revealing its' armored back, thus resulting in an Pangolin shaped orb around the user's body. The size of the Pangolin is variable for the usages of the technique, when made in its "uncurled" form, the Pangolin encompasses a 2m (W) x 2m (H) x4m (L) dimension. When formed in its "curled" form. the Pangolin encompasses a 3m x 3m x 3m space. Hands of Kalrow is normally used for quick defenses and assaults in close range situations, capable of shredding targets on contact while providing a quick defense. But soon after it's created and it's intended usage is complete, Hands of Kalrow disperses making it a technique that is not sustainable by the user, naturally. Hands of Kalrow can be used four times per battle with a two turn cooldown period in between usages.

Description:
Through spatial manipulation the Noah collapses space around a focal point to create a construct of immense spatial density. The enormous concentration of density deposits a physical “essence” that evokes physical effects despite no physical entities being present. Fundamentally the space becomes filled with space and thus prevents other entities from passing through like they normally would with respect to rank. Being composed entirely of space, the effects of this spatial condensation are visually imperceptible naturally unless by spatial sensory or chakra sensory. The technique can be applied in two ways. First, the spatial manipulation can be anchored to an object. In this case it can be used to shroud an entity partially or completely thus acting like an aura and moving with the object. This supplements the objects physical qualities adding strength to Jutsu to make them stronger. The second application involves using the condensed space on its own. Here as space is condensed shape manipulation is applied to give the condensed product a preferred shape. This can range from a simple wall to giant spikes. Whatever the case the final product is anchored to the location it was created in and remains for up to three turns before diffusing away.

- A-rank and above can be used 3 times only. B-rank usage requires a 2 turn cooldown in-between uses except for Generals and higher who require only a single turn cooldown.
- S-ranked spatial creations must always originate from the Noah’s immediate vicinity (short range) but can extend to mid-range.
- Cloaking items can only be done via techniques. Meaning this cant be used on a freeform kunais but if a kunai is used in the form of a technique then this technique still applies simply by adding an additional handseal to said technique

DIO's limbs jerked to his side, held rigid by a strange sensation that he could feel, but could not see. Hissing suspiciously, he attuned his chakra towards his eyes, passively activating his Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. Looking towards Eli, DIO inflict the Noah with an illusion. The Noah would experience feathers falling from the sky, composed of black flames, the Genjutsu amplified by an additional infusion of Yin-based chakra.

Description: The Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan literally meaning " Eternal Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye", is the final step in the evolutionary state of the Sharingan. While Mangekyo Sharingan is but an imperfect Dojutsu, unable to sustain and keep its own power, weakening with each use, the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan brings control and balance to the power wielded. By merging the users own MS with that of his sibling, the use is able to awaken the EMS. The EMS grants the user the same abilities granted by MS but to unsurpassed levels. While granting the user the ability to perceive the world with increadible insight, it also grants the user the ability to see through S-Rank visual illusions and track the movement speed of almost anything, perfecting the already amazing abilities of the standard MS, like casting Genjutsu without the need for handseals as long as a line of sight to the target is available. A unique feat however, is that once the user awakens EMS, he loses access to his normal MS, transitioning from 3T form to EMS directly. While MS damages the user as time passes and severely tires and drains the user as its used, the EMS doesn't. The user can keep it active without losing his eyesight or damaging himself and can use the normal MS techniques with no activation reduction or drawbacks. Its true that the chakra cost is higher, but the user will feel little to no effect in his stamina and energy. Through his EMS, Madara gained the ability to control Tailed Beasts by forcefully using his sharingan genjutsu/mind manipulation abilities to take control of the Bijuu and temporarily sever its connection to the host. If the Jinchuriki is in normal form or entering one of the transformations, it's blocked from transforming for 3 turns. If it's in incomplete form, it's forced back into normal form and left unable to access his bijuu for 3 turns and if its in complete form, the user gains control over the bijuu, manipulating its movements/actions completely for 2 turns or until the complete form ends (whatever comes first), leaving the host unable to acess his bijuu for 3 turns.
Note: Only usable by bios with EMS after meeting the necessary requirements.
Note: User needs to have activated his 3T Sharingan beforehand
Note: Once activated, lasts 10 turns per use and once the user has held the ability for 4 months, can be done passively, with no move cost.
Note: Using MS techniques don't reduce the activation time.
Note: Controlling a Bijuu is an exclusive ability of Madara Uchiha and can only be done once per battle. Once the control ends, the EMS reverts back to a 3T Sharingan. If the control is done on a complete form Jinchuriki, then the user can't do any other technique while controlling the enemy.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.

Description: This technique allows the user to combine their elemental chakra with Yin Release in order to create stronger, more potent genjutsu. When the user casts a genjutsu, rather than using their raw chakra they will use one of the basic elemental natures, thus increasing the potency of the jutsu. The jutsu increases in strength by one rank and due to the massive amount of chakra used, the jutsu can penetrate through any subversive method against genjutsu. By using nature chakra rather than raw chakra, the properties of the genjutsu can change in accordance to that nature and become stronger. For example, using Crushing Snake Constriction with Fire Release chakra would make the snakes appear, feel, and sound as though they were on fire. As well, the technique would follow the rules of elemental genjutsu. The user is free to alter the effects of a genjutsu within reason as long as the primary effects remain the same.
Note: Can only be used 6 times per battle.

With the illusion casted, DIO would then expel his chakra outwards in the form of an earthen armor, protruding several spikes from his wrists and ankles to break whatever invisible force had restrained him before allowing the armor to crumble away.

Description: The user releases a burst of earth chakra from all over his body. As he does this, a multitude of rock seemingly grows from his skin, forming a large, dense armour or rock much bigger and bulkier than the users original size. The armour can be manipulated and used to create extendable weapons to strike a target with like rudimentary swords or hammers. The downside is that the user cannot mold techniques from other elements a part from earth while sustaining the armor. The armor can be manifested in only specific parts of the body if the user so chooses.

Feathers began to fall from the sky. Do to this unnatural occurrence, Eli began to gather Nature Energy which injected itself into his chakra stream as it began to be molded into Senjutsu chakra. This would release him from the powerful genjutsu placed on him. As the genjutsu is being broken, Eli claps his hands together causing glowing white lines travel on his body and absorb extra senjutsu chakra into the seal itself.

Description: An empowered state of body achieved by blending natural energy with one’s physical and spiritual energy. The mode heightens performance on all levels by adding a new dimension of power to the user’s chakra. The state is a direct result of Senjutsu chakra circulating through the body. To enter this form, a minimum of 10% of the user’s maximum chakra reserve must be moulded into Senjutsu chakra, all subsequent technique employ Senjutsu chakra until the minimum cost (-10/turn) cannot be paid to sustain the mode. The user is resistant to damage, reducing 30 damage from all techniques and can heal (for 10 damage per turn) for the duration of this technique. The user is able to passively sense chakra and his/her perception and reflexes are enhanced. Their ninjutsu and strength increases, empowering taijutsu and other close range physical combat techniques by +30. Additionally, the user is able to break out of Genjutsu, using Genjutsu release technique one rank lower than what he would normally be required to. And similarly, the requirement to break out of user’s Genjutsu using Release or Chakra surge is one rank higher than required. Lastly, the user gains access to snake anatomy, Sage Art: Inorganic Reincarnation and other physical feats granted by Sage mode.
Note: Usable thrice per battle by Perfect Sages only. Must wait 1 turn before using this technique again. Once per battle, the user is able to instantly activate Sage mode, with 10% of their maximum chakra reserve as Senjutsu Chakra.

Description: Sage Art: Black Seal is a Senjutsu Seal that is triggered by the user clasping their hands. Once their hands are clasped, thick white lines travel up their body, originating from their arms and spreads to their extremities. The Black Seal itself is the white lines that cover the user’s body. This fuuinjutsu works by absorbing Nature Energy into the white markings as soon as the technique is initiated. The white markings serve as a “reservoir” for the Nature Energy absorbed from the user’s environment. The purpose of this additionally absorbed Nature Energy is the user’s ability to access and utilize it when striking. As the user of Black Seal strikes an opponent, they are capable of releasing bursts of Natural Energy from the seal to increase the impact and a damage behind their hits (+20). Once this natural energy is released, it is injected into the opponent's chakra system if the hit lands. By injecting Nature Energy into the opponent, their chakra system balance will be thrown off. As a result, the target's body will begin to petrify and turn into stone. After one strike, the target will become notably slower, moving at 75% of his top speed. After more than 60 chakra has been inserted, the target will become half as fast. Should more chakra be inserted through this, the target will become stone. Once activated, Black Seal will remain active for alone as Sage Mode is active for an additional -5 chakra drained per turn. (Turns -10 per turn to sustain SM into -15 per turn.) Black Seal can be used a total of three times per battle. Can only be Taught by Daemon.
