Personality:Shisui was a big brother/best friend to Itachi Uchiha. Shisui was devoted to his clan and he would do anything for the clan. Thats the reason why the Leaf Military Police Forceasked him to keep a close eye on Itachi.

Background Info.
History: Some time in the past Shisui fought against AO. Around six months after Shisui joined the Anbu Black Ops, Itachi started acting weird. Shisui was directed by the Leaf Military Police Force to keep an eye on Itachi. Some time after Shisui was found drowned in the Nakano River, with a suicide note. The note said he was tired of carrying out the clan duties. The Leaf Military Police Force suspected it was Itachi of murdered Shisui and used his sharingan to make the suicide note. Shisui was to devoted to the clan to commit suicide at the least. (There's not that much info on Shisui)
