Yeah I noticed it, first few threads/posts in the Writer's section in forever =P I'll try to check it when I got time, be sure to remind me!
Well that is interesting. I gave you a lengthier reply in the Daily conversation thread in that section, so check that out if you haven't. For me personally though, I got to finish up all my plans for stories I had on the OG Base really. It might have taken 5 years, no social life and 600 000 words+ to do, lmao, but at least I got through it. Some others were not that lucky. The only plans I ended up canning was actually doing my Original work that I had shelved since 2010 and a collaboration with another member that we never got around to. That, and I planned to revisit my entire Timeline and release it all in one thread but figured it was pointless in the end. Started out with 40+ readers in 2010 but in the end, only 1 of those readers actually read everything I wrote in those 5 years, and even he's gone too now, sigh...
Rules of Narutobase's past that is. The Global rules read that you were not allowed to link to other sites with similar purpose as Narutobase to draw members away from the Base. Ton of people broke those rules regardless and got banned permanently, lol, but that was more about NB in general. Like people making accounts to steal our members and getting them over to other Naruto forums, or pissed off members that wanted out of NB but also wanted to bring their pals over, either through similar media or something else entirely. I could go on for days about examples but I suppose that would only be a drag, lol. So instead I'll just mention that it was against the rules to for instance link to ffdotnet or to ask people to go there to read your stories, but hey, new era new rules I guess, and nobody really cared for the last 5 or so years either.

And I'm almost the same, I have been writing for 8 years, although I have been inactive for 3 years due to some personal reasons and then I realized the era had changed and I have been trying hard to get the young generation to get involved which is a tedious task
I do agree about the rules about links but we could do that if that individual get the permission from founder or admin.
Anyway I was looking forward for you to get active and revive the section again

Oh... But I alone cannot revive it. Alas, I have tried before with failiur, lmao. Together there's hope though. You shall henceforth be known as the Base-Writing Generation 8. Hopefully you are the generation to finally bring us back to former glory, you too as well @-Q- @EosYes I replied that.
