Dead Plains

Much like that of the Moon Sanctuary, the Dead Plains and its immense temple hidden beneath its surface has been converted into a housing facility for a unique band of force within Asterion, built toward fostering unique advantages in warfare for Asterion. One such effort has been to find unique properties of the unique blue-burning flame that is produced from the harvesting of the Woodland grove in the flatlands of Blaubaume, and what other combinations of various minerals or substances might be introduced to produce a more unique and potentially lethal weapon. As a result, a select band of individuals within Asterion's legion has become known as ""Warlocks."" These Warlocks are similar to the Sealing Corps of old world nations, who prioritize and optimize their efforts into the use of various techniques to inhibit and even devastate their targets with various methods of field and ailment control. Through trial and error, some of these warlocks have found a way to produce a fire that is now a vibrant green-and-black saturation, of which has come to be called ""Felfire."" Any and all living things that are exposed to it are seemingly infused and crippled by its smoldering touch. The properties of this newfound flame are otherwise completely unknown and have yet to be mass produced for more widespread influence, yet it is known within the Sanctuary and Asterion that there are grander plans for it.

In a flash of lightning, a Corporeal Cassander appears in the Dead Plains. Perhaps it was a poor choice of locations to begin chaotic rampage...?
Moving from , continues on his journey. Walking through the flat plains of the land, it's easy to see things in the distance, and out of the corner of his eye Dresden spots a strange glow in the distance.

"What typa shit..?"

Expanding his mind outwards, Dresden attempts to sense whether or not it's a fire or some type of person.

( Legilimency ) - Legilimency
Type: Supplementary
Rank: B - A
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 20 - 30 ( -5 per turn for B rank, -10 for A rank )
Damage: N/A
Description: An innate and somewhat passive ability, Legilimency is the act of magically navigating through the many layers of a person's mind and correctly interpreting one's findings. Legilimens ( users of Legilimency ) are able to detect if a person is lying, as well as delve into their thoughts, emotions, and memories if their target is not skilled in blocking their minds. In most cases, this is not a harmful or detrimental ability, allowing the user a way to predict and understand the opponent's movements and actions with the utmost clarity. While it is similar to reading minds, it should be noted that Legilimency is not as simple as the muggle art of mind-reading; mind-reading assumes that one is simply eavesdropping on the thoughts currently running through the head of another. Legilimency, however, requires the wizard to navigate and move through the various areas of the brain. In it's lowest levels ( B rank ), the user is able to utilize it in a way similar to "mind reading", allowing the user to 'read' the opponent's current thoughts and ones related to them at that moment. This is the basic level of Legilimency and once active, lasts until the user ends it's usage. With training and power, this ability and range increases. At A rank power the user becomes capable of actual navigating the target's mind and it's many layers. This is as harmless as the B rank variant. However, despite all of this, this ability isn't without drawback. The A-Rank version requires the target to be within mid-range while the B-Rank version works up to long-range (one landmark for normal members, two for House Heads and three for the Headmaster).

Note: Although the B rank version is a passive ability honed when the user reaches Year 6, he cannot use the A rank and higher versions without actually actively using this jutsu.
Note: A rank usage can allow one to simply navigate the mind.
Note: A rank usage can only be used once every four turns, lasting 3 turns each usage and requiring a two turn usage break in between A rank and higher usages.
Note: Must place within bio stating the user is a Legilimens.

The person's (creature's?) thoughts were vast, though it was easy to see that this was a sentient being seeking to go on some sort of chaotic rampage. Not on Dresden's watch. Walking towards the preternatural form, Dresden activates the A-Rank legilimency as soon as he enters the edge of mid range, quickly reading through his mind as he would a book. He learns about Cassander's life, his ressurection, his abilities, his personality, and his deepest secrets.

"Cassander Uchiha, you've had an interesting past to the say the least."

Biting his lip and swiping blood across his Liger tattoo, Dresden quickly summons Perseus to his aid.

"I'm sorry to summon you on such short notice, but our enemy is great indeed."

( Kuchiyose: Perseus ) ♆ Summoning: Perseus
Rank: S
Type: Supplementary
Range: N/A
Chakra cost: 40
Attack points: N/A (-10 per turn in weapon form
Description: The user wipes his hands over his summoning tattoo, or makes several handseals and summons, Perseus. Perseus, when on all fours, is 1.5x size of a grown man standing and when Perseus is standing on his hind legs, he is close to 3 meters taller than a bear on it's hind legs and proportionately sized also. Dressed in traditional Ancient Greek armor, Perseus is as fast as most Ligers, with speed on the same scale as Jason and the ability to use Fuuinjutsu up to S rank, as well as Taijutsu, a trait common to Ligers due to their size. Perseus carries a traditional sword with him and a special shield called Aegis with him when summoned. With the head of the figure Medusa on it, the shield has a passive ability that works as soon as he is summoned; based on the myths of the Gorgon's petrifying abilities, the Aegis shield causes a "petrifying" effect on enemies when summoned, slowing them by one rank each turn until dispersed (up to a maximum of 4 ranks below). This works by a passive seal triggering on summoning, causing those enemies in a mid range vicinity to become gradually slower, as if they are becoming stone like as their weight increases due to wave-like chakra pulses that affect the target by opposing their motion. A common ability of Ligers is their ability to transform into useful items for the summoner, such as Achilles transforming into a set of armor and Icarus transforming into a set of taijutsu enhancing claws. In line with this, Perseus is able to turn into the Aegis Shield itself, this time using his basic Fuuinjutsu ability in a way that allows him to affect and seal the usage of chakra of the target. By "petrifying" a type of chakra within the target, this ability called Medusa's Glare allows the Aegis shield to glow and activate a Fuuinjutsu that causes those in mid range that the user designates to lose access to high ranking chakra (A rank and up) of a specific field until Perseus disperses; this works similarly to the Gourd of Sealing, preventing usage of the nature and elements associated with said nature if elemental chakra is applied up to the aforementioned rank. This cannot be used to seal a broad field like Ninjutsu in order to remove every field related to it. After dispersing, the opponent regains the ability to move at normal Speed as well as full access to their chakra.

Note: Can only be summoned once in Liger form or once weapon form.
Note: Lasts four turns. If summoned in Liger form and turned into shield form, it's duration will still be four turns.
Note: Medusa's Glare can only be used in shield form and once per opponent. Freeform usage of the shield is able to block basic attacks and chakra fueled ones of similar rank once per turn.
Note: The Glare of the Gorgon is an A ranked ability

This post marks the beginning of my mission using the following story board elements:
  • Infiltrate an enemy's base (3)
  • Explore the history of something (3)
  • Explore a dangerous site (3)
Summary: Nicholas has decided to end the threat from a grouping calling themselves the Giant's Wolves. Using a captured member as his guide he plans to infiltrate the enemy base and come to an agreement, or destroy them if necessary. The task is more dangerous than he could have imagined, and the truth behind the Wolves is revealed as a new threat emerges.

Den of Thieves

Despite its name, the Dead Plains had several tall peaks strewn about it. On the eastern edge of its land sat a particularly tall peak which spilled over to the land of Pergamon. It was this "leg", as the locals called it, that provided shelter to the small village of Thamur's Gift, and this leg belonged to Mount Thamur. It was within these mountains that the Giant's Wolves had taken up residence. An intricate series of caverns provided them secrecy and travel. It is down this leg that the Wolves descended upon Thamur's Gift, and from that same path Nicholas returned.

"March to your death. You know this, yes?" The wolf asked back to Nicholas, who followed several feet behind. His captive had been surprisingly cooperative since their brief skirmish back at Nils's tavern. They began their trek at night, scaling the cliff face beside the village, and now the sun glared down on them. The Giant's peak stood tall over them as they trudged through its snowy slopes, ever upward. "A rabbit heading to fire."

Conversation had been sparse, much to Nicholas's delight. The wolf tried to goad him into an argument, and so he paid no mind to his words. A bead of sweat rolled down Nicholas's cheek before being soaked up by his woolen coat. Sweat was a rare sight in Pergamon, constant winds and snow made sure of that. It had been some hours since they rose above the winds, now hey stood in direct sunlight which bounced almost blindingly off the soft snow. He couldn't remember the last time he truly felt hot. Nicholas stopped, and the rope connecting him to the wolf tightened. "Wolf, if this is a false path, you remember our deal?"

The wolf turned and scrunched his nose, peering down at Nicholas. "Tired? Weak!" He spit off to the side. "Shame to me for letting you win. Old man save you." It was true, the wolf had Nicholas by the throat until Nils jarred him loose. A debt to the old man that could never be repaid, yet Nicholas was trying. The wolf turned back to the mountain and surveyed what little features could be seen. "Not far now. Soon. Then you die."

They continued up the snowy slopes while the sun dropped lower and lower, nearing the horizon. The soft snow slowly subsided supplanted by stern stones. The captor and captive climbed over large gray boulders and dropped into a crevice between rock and ice. Their path was suddenly downward instead of up, sinking into the mountainside and away from the open air. The narrow path opened and a small clearing beckoned them in front of an icy maw, dark and foreboding. The cavern entrance stood tall with a row of frozen teeth lining its upper lip. A slow air leaked out of the cavern carrying a deep hum, not unlike the frozen winds of Pergamon. The hum echoed in the throat of the cavern warning Nicholas away, yet he continued forward.

"Here, Rabbit. Down into den we go." The wolf grinned knowingly and led Nicholas into the mountain.

It was dark in the tunnels, but warm. Nicholas illuminated the path with torchlight as he and the wolf delved deeper. The low hum of the cavern's mouth was replaced by the sound of dripping water from melting ice. A light trickle followed them downward. The path came to a drop and then veered sharply to the left before opening into a larger chamber. The light from the fire filled the room and caused blue veins of ice to glow. Two openings sat at opposite ends of the room and the wolf beckoned Nicholas to the right. "Close now."

Nicholas spun around at what he thought was the sound of faint footsteps somewhere back from the direction they came, but the light showed nothing. The wolf snickered, "Rabbit scared? Just mouse. Soon, wolves."

Turning back, Nicholas pushed the wolf forward. "Good." Down more tunnels they went, and Nicholas grew more wary. He felt eyes assaulting him from the darkness and his ears began to play tricks on him, or so he thought. "How much longer, wolf?" The captive didn't answer. The sound of shifting rocks drew Nicholas's attention for a moment, and it was then that he felt a faint resistance across the top of his foot. He looked down to see the unmistakable glint of wire, a trap. Metal scythes freed themselves from the walls to his sides causing him to quickly leap backwards. The rope connecting him to his captive tightened and the wolf grinned. The metal blades severed the rope and the wolf disappeared into the darkness.

Nicholas darted forward after the scythes had passed to chase down his now former captive. Deeper and deeper into the mountain they went, Nicholas chasing the sound of feet and mocking laughter. The path twisted and turned and dropped and rose until it opened into another large cavern, this one with four doors going in different directions. Nicholas stopped and listened, but no sign of the wolf remained. He turned and pondered, and came to the realization that all sense of direction had gone. He was deep in the belly of the beast and lost. He examined each of the pathways and noticed one with what looked to be fresh tracks. Nicholas continued onward in what he hoped to be the right path.

It had been some time since any sign of the wolf was seen. Nevertheless, Nicholas continued. He had little choice in the matter as with no sense of direction his only option was forward. It was perpetually dark in the caves and Nicholas wondered how high the moon had climbed since they disappeared into the mountain. It had been over a day since he slept, and his eyes were growing heavy. For a moment it seemed he might stumble and fall, but he caught himself on a knee. It was this delirium that blinded him to the danger about. The ceiling of the tunnel gave way to a vertical shaft, and within it hid a wolf. Before Nicholas knew of the threat, it was upon him.

The wolf dropped down and landed on Nicholas with his full weight, bringing both to the damp tunnel floor. The torch rolled several feet away but kept providing a faint light. This wolf was not the captive that led him here, this one was a stranger. A metal blade gleamed in the torchlight and the wolf brought it down with the intent to kill. Nicholas reached up with both hands and caught the wrist of the wolf, halting the blade for a moment. The wolf lifted his body and pressed it down on top of the weapon, driving it slowly down towards Nicholas's chest. With no room for chivalry, Nicholas drove his right knee into the groin of the wolf and used the opening to throw him off. The wolf rolled away and retreated into the darkness.

Nicholas listened intently, there were more about. He couldn't decipher their numbers but there were many. Nicholas held out his right hand and gathered ice into a long pole giving him a staff to fight with. A wolf charged from behind and swung a club at Nicholas's head. He spun and held the ice staff out to block the blow. With a quick step forward Nicholas turned further and push the top of the staff down, cracking the wolf across the top of his head and dropping him to the ground. A second wolf lunged from behind and wrapped his arms around Nicholas. A sharp elbow to the gut loosened the hold and Nicholas turned to face the wolf. He placed the hooked wolf's foot with the end of his staff and pulled back, pulling it from beneath the wolf. The enemy fell back with a thud and Nicholas raised his staff and brought it down on the wolf's chest, cracking ribs and knocking the air from his lungs.

The sound of feet grew louder as more wolves funneled toward him. They were coming from the front, too many to deal with hand to hand. Nicholas tossed the ice staff aside and weaved his hands together. He reared back his head and then let loose a powerful gust of wind which tore down the tunnel. The enemies were out of sight, but Nicholas could hear their grunts and screams as the wind crashed into them, pushing them down the tunnels and crushing them against its walls. When the ruckus silenced, Nicholas paused to listen. Nothing. The torch had lost its light in the wind of Nicholas's attack leaving him in darkness, the only light trickled in from the vertical shaft above. With the enemies dispatched, Nicholas moved onward, until a sudden blow cracked him on the back of his head.

Nicholas fell to the ground and winced in pain. He felt a knee pressing into his chest as a wolf was over him. The wolf grinned a familiar grin. "Death, rabbit. Death is now." The wolf raised the rock once more and brought it down sharply across Nicholas's brow, and the world turned black.

He was shocked into consciousness by a bucket of cold war, pain radiated from his brow and the back of his head. He coughed as he tried to gain his bearings. They were in a larger cavern now, the ceiling stood no less than twenty meters high. Torches along the wall provided ample light, though it hurt to look at at first. Slowly the blur disappeared and things became more clear. Wolves sat and stood throughout the cavern, some were eating, some were talking, others were sleeping. Nicholas was tied tightly to a chair, his arms and legs bound by rope. An older man stood before him, looking at him silently with gray, sunken eyes. His head was covered by a trophy from a wolf, a large one, its teeth hanging down past the man's forehead. The former captive stood next to the man.

The older man spoke first, "I hear you are an interesting man, strong as well. You've given my Wolves quite the time." He turned to the wolf beside him and put a hand on his shoulder. "You've done a great service to us all, Urk, you have my thanks and the blessing of Thamur." Urk bowed his head and left to do whatever it was the other wolves were doing. The old man walked around Nicholas which revealed something marvelous behind him.

The stone walls that wrapped around the cavern gave way to clear blue ice, some five meters across and reaching up to the top of the cavern. Through the ice a creature stood tall, preserved by the cold, and unlike anything Nicholas had ever seen. Long and thick legs like an oak tree with arms to match. Its body was covered in snow white fur, dense and coarse. Where its fur ended around its hands, feet, and face was near black skin, leathery in texture. Nicholas was awestruck by its size, it filled the frozen tomb almost completely. "...what...what is that?"

"That is Thamur, of course." The old man put a hand on Nicholas's shoulder. "This mountain, this land, it comes from him. The wolves on these slopes, the fish in your lake, the trees of the forests. It comes from him, he who rests in the heart of the mountain."

The man spoke with reverence of this creature, as if he were a deity. Nicholas saw a beast, not a God. "What of it? Why am I here? If you plan to kill me, get on with it."

"No need for haste. Urk told me a great tale when he brought you here. He said that you created ice from air, cold ice, hard ice." He came back around to Nicholas's front, obscuring the frozen beast from view. "Perhaps you've noticed, but life is fading in the north. Each year there is less and less to eat, and more people starve. Do you know why?"

Nicholas tensed his arms to test the strength of the rope, to which it passed. "People. They take too much, leave too little. Like you and your Wolves, taking from my home." There was venom in Nicholas's response.

The old man turned to face Thamur and sighed. "I see. You see us as evil then? But if you knew what we wanted, what we truly wanted, I think you might reconsider." He walked over to the ice and placed a hand on it. "It is not the people who are depleting life. Life is fading because he slumbers." He removed his hand from the ice and walked back to Nicholas. "We will wake him, and he will bring life back to the north!"

Nicholas laughed, "Wake him? It is dead, you old fool. The ice may have preserved its flesh, but death is death."

"Silence! You dare speak such blasphemy?" he hissed. "We seek to save you, and your people. We seek to save all in the north, and we will."

"Well then, what are you waiting for? Go, wake the beast." Nicholas nodded towards the ice.

It seemed the old man was ready to arrive at the point of it all. "Wake Thamur...yes, we've tried. Chisels, and hammers. Axes and daggers. Light and fire. Yet nothing has worn away at the ice. It was made by some magic, and only that same magic has to power to unmake it." He bent forward coming face to face with Nicholas, with a smile. "You possess that magic, do you not? Did Urk speak falsely?"

Nicholas was silent, which itself was an answer.

The old man unsheathed a knife. "And so you will wake Thamur, and for that we will spare your life." He bent down and started to cut the rope binding Nicholas's feet.

"And if I can't? If I refuse?" he questioned.

The old man's expression changed and his aura became far more sinister. "We've taken your food, yes. But we've left your lives. Should you refuse, should you fail, we will kill you, the Gift will be razed to the ground, and no life will be spared." The words were cold, but honest.

The stakes were suddenly higher, and Nicholas was forced to take the situation more seriously. "I won't let you."

The knife rose from the rope to beneath Nicholas's chin, and the old man pressed it up drawing a trickle of blood. "Some things are beyond your means. You're in no position to let me do anything." He took the knife away and moved behind Nicholas. "I will tell you what is within your means. You can save your people, not just today, but forever! Do what I ask, and that is what I will pay you. Refuse, and you know the cost. What say you?"

Nicholas had little choice, even if the old man pretended to present one. He didn't know if he could do what was being asked, but it would seem that trying was the only thing he could do. He nodded silently in agreement with the man.

"Good. Now hold still." The blade moved to the ropes binding his arms and after a brief struggle he was free.

He had the brief urge to fight, escape and protect the village in his own way. But as he glanced around the room and he thought the better of it. Nicholas walked over to the icy heart of the mountain and peered up. The beast was terrifying from close up. He looked back at the old man who stared intensely, not moving, barely breathing. The rest of the Wolves had abandoned their tasks and gathered around. A low murmur started and built into a chant. "Thamur...Thamur...Thamur...Thamur..." and so it went.

Nicholas turned back to the ice and placed his palms on it. It was cold, freezing. Unlike any ice he had come across before, even his own. Yet there was an odd sensation that ran up his arms. The energy within the ice was powerful, yet familiar. Nicholas felt a connection with the ice that he could not explain. He closed his eyes and released his chakra into the tomb, melding with it, infecting it. He focused on making cracks but even those were difficult to form. He pressed more and more chakra into the ice, sweat gathered on his brow mixing with blood. He gritted his teeth and pushed more, his body began to weaken, and cracks began to take shape. With one final push, a massive surge of chakra, the tomb began to crumble.

Exhausted, Nicholas was too weak to escape the falling chunks of ice, and at the last moment he was tackled out of the way by none other than Urk. "Rabbit lives. At least today."

The mountain of ice shattered and fell, and the beast came along with it. It fell to the floor of the cavern sprawled out among the ruins of its prison. For some time there was silence, the chanting ceased. Nobody moved, nobody breathed. Then movement. A finger at first, then a foot. The beast slowly but surely came to life. The Wolves began to chant once more, "Thamur! Thamur! Thamur!"

Thamur gathered himself and pushed to his feet, towering over Nicholas and the Wolves. It looked around, confused and groggy. The old man held out his arms begging for silence and the Wolves quieted. He stepped forward, moving in front of the beast.

"Oh, Great Thamur! We have woken you from your slumber. Bring back life to this great land! Please, oh Great Thamur, we beg of you, bring us life!" He dropped to his knees and bowed to the beast, praying for his help. The other Wolves followed suit, one by one dropping to their knees and bowing.

Thamur considered them all, and then peered down at the old man before him. The old man looked up, his arms spread wide, awaiting his God's response. Thamur raised up his massive arms and balled his fists, and roared a tremendous roar. His response was swift and furious, and was brought down with both hands upon the old man. Little more than a red stain remained.

This post marks the beginning of my mission using the following story board elements:
  • Fight an enemy stronger than yourself (4)
  • Convince an enemy to fight with you (4)
Summary: The Wolves used Nicholas to free a terrible beast from its icy slumber. They believed it to be a God capable of bringing them prosperity, but this fantasy is quickly shattered as their leader is turned to pulp. Now with the beast awakened, they are all in mortal danger, and Nicholas will discover that his connection to the beast runs deeper than ice.

The great beast Thamur stood towering in the center of the tavern. The Wolves had gone silent, their eyes filled with fear and confusion as the blood of their leader dripped off the knuckles of their deity. The beast glanced around the room taking measure of the humans who surrounding it. It was searching for an answer to a question, its eyes just as confused as the humans who were gathered around it. There was no fear within him though, but hatred was darkly apparent.

This moment seemed to last for hours with little more than a cry to be heard, but when Thamur had reached his conclusion he shattered that as well. "GRRAAAAAHHHHHHHH!" The beast bellowed a powerful roar that rattled the very walls of the cavern shaking loose ancient stone that rained down on the cavern. The Wolves and Nicholas took cover but several of them were unable to reach safety, becoming crushed and skewered by rotted stone teeth. A brave fool charged at Thamur with a spear in hand before throwing it with all his might. The weapon struck the beast in the left shoulder with a thud, lodging itself within his skin. Thamur let out an angry grunt before leaping forward and landing on the Wolf with both feet. He plucked the spear from his chest like little more than a splinter and let it fall to the ground.

Nicholas and Urk looked on in horror from near the crumbled tomb. "Why...rabbit...why is he angry?" Urk was lost in his disappointment, a child who had been told a grand mystical story, a child who had lived to see that story become real, faced with the sudden realization that the words were fantasy and nothing more. Nicholas saw that he was beyond consolation.

The beast swept away three more charging wolves with its massive arm and sent them careening into the walls of the cavern, though they were surely broken before hitting the stone. A group of wolves were frantically excavating a pile of stone that had sealed off the escape, but at the rate things were going it was of little hope. Nicholas turned to Urk and clasped his hand on his shoulder. "There is no time for this Urk! Get to the tunnel entrance and help dig it out. I'll hold off the beast as long as I can." Urk failed to react, prompting Nicholas to shake him. "URK! Snap out of it!" Nicholas whipped the back of his hand across Urk's face, and suddenly the light returned to his eyes.

"Yes...but why help? We would have killed Rabbit..." Nicholas himself hadn't given such things thought, there was no time for such worries. The circumstances called for action, and Nicholas was determined to answer the call.

Nicholas pointed to the doorway, "Go!" The answer didn't satisfy Urk, but he understood the situation now. He nodded his head and took off across the cavern, moving behind Thamur to reach the door. But the beast had now noticed the Wolves gathering and furiously removing the stones. In three bounding steps he was upon them, he raised his balled fists and moved to strike, bringing them down towards the wolves. A thud echoed through the chamber and the beast showed anger. A half-dome of ice had formed over the group, protecting them from the beast and giving them a sealed off chamber to continue their work.

Thamur turned to find the culprit behind the defense and locked eyes with Nicholas who stood with his hands clasped. The beast turned away from the wolves and moved towards Nicholas with slow steps. It stood over him peering down with malicious eyes, bearing its teeth as it took measure of the new foe. "You..." Human speech rang out from the beast much to the surprise of Nicholas. It had seemed to be feral, a wild animal let loose from a trap among perceived threats. But it was more than that, it would seem. Thamur glanced to the remnants of his icy prison, then back down at Nicholas. The beast crouched down, "So it was you that freed me..."

"...It was. You...can talk? I ask you, stop this madness Thamur! These humans were as confused as you, they are no threat!" Nicholas pleaded with the beast. He appeared intelligent, and thus he must be capable of reason. Perhaps in his confusion he had mistook the wolves for an enemy.

The beast turned his gaze back to the frantic wolves. "It would appear they are not..." He turned back to Nicholas, and without warning he lashed out and struck Nicholas, sending the smaller man tumbling back and crashing into the wall. Nicholas coughed out blood as he came to a sudden halt. "Grahaha! But you...your magic is a threat! I will not be imprisoned again, not by any human, no...you were all dead the moment you woke me from my slumber!"

Nicholas had little time to recover before Thamur was upon him again. The beast reared back with a giant fist and punched forward with the aim to flatten Nicholas against the wall. Nicholas bounded to the side and rolled just out of the way as the giant's hand depressed the rocky wall, shaking the whole cavern again. Nicholas weaved his hands together and manifested a large tiger of ice beside him. It lunged forward and sank its teeth and claws into the forearm of Thamur causing the beast to recoil in pain. As he stood he lifted the ice tiger with him as if it were little more than a house cat and he pulled it free with his other hand. Taking the beast he wound up and the chucked it towards Nicholas who again quickly fled while the tiger shattered against the earth.

Incensed at the attack, Thamur came forward with rage in his eyes. Nicholas again weaved his hands together and spewed out a stream of icy water that raised up into a wall that pushed at the beast, trying to keep him at bay. But, the beast was too strong. Thamur pushed back with greater strength and broke through the barrier, which did little more than make him angrier. The beast reached down and grabbed Nicholas in his massive hand, lifting him into the are and slamming him into the wall. Nicholas was pressed tightly against the stone, his chest barely able to expand to breath. Thamur moved his face close to Nicholas with his lips curled and eyes intensely glaring. Thamur took a deep breath as he reared back with his other fist. Nicholas was helpless in its grip, unable to move, unable to defend himself. His fate seemed to be destined for a similar end as the Wolves leader. But then Thamur stopped.

The beast lowered his fist and moved his nose closer to Nicholas. Without a word he sniffed, and then sniffed again. There was a glimmer of uncertainty in the beast's eyes. It dropped Nicholas to the floor and stumbled back, bringing a hand to its head as it dropped to a knee. Thamur grimaced in pain as forgotten memories flooded back to his mind. "GRRRRRAAAAAA! YOU....WHO ARE YOU!" He shook his head and breathed heavily. "That smell...who...a woman...who...!?" A sudden realization appeared in Thamur's eyes, followed by an immense hatred. "HER. That WRETCHED WITCH! I'LL RIP HER APART! The Gift....which way is the Gift?!"

That was an ominous question, one that Nicholas had no intention of answering. Instead, he used the confusion to attack. Clapping his hands together Nicholas caused ice to race up from the ground below the beast. It raised up to towering heights and encased Thamur in another prison. "If you can be imprisoned once....why not again?"

Nicholas breathed heavily, exhausted and in pain. The beast was motionless within the ice, returned to his slumber. The wolves stopped their excavation for a moment and were tempted by safety. Yet, the ice began to crack. First a small one, then it grew, then it branched and split and in a moment the ice once again shattered. "GRRRRRAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH! I'LL DEVOUR HER!" Thamur looked to the ceiling and crouched. His massive legs acted as springs to launch him upward, and the stone ceiling was shattered by his stength. The beast was gone, and the cavern began to crumble in on itself. Massive stones rained down and Nicholas intertwined a series of ice pillars over himself to give him safe shelter. By the time the dust had settled the sun was shining into the cavern through the missing ceiling. Much of the ice dome protecting the Wolves had been broken, and they had begun to crawl to safety. Nicholas slipped through his ice and moved to join them.

"Are you all okay? Is anyone missing?" Most of the Wolves were still at a loss.

Urk approached Nicholas. "We...okay. Rabbit protect us. Beast is gone."

Nicholas and Urk peered up at the missing ceiling where Thamur had departed. The Wolves seemed to settle on relief, but that was not a feeling Nicholas could share in. The beast had uttered the name of his home, and he had little doubt that Thamur was heading there at that very moment. "I must go...I need to stop it!" Nicholas moved to start the climb out of the cavern, but fell to a knee, his injuries were great.

Urk moved to his side and helped him to his feet. "Rabbit hurt. Let Wolfs help, heal."

Nicholas pushed him away and started to move forward again, before failing once more. "There is no time Urk...the beast is headed for my home!"

Once again Urk gathered Nicholas to his feet. But this time he didn't speak, he moved with Nicholas and helped him upward, climbing over the stone rubble. "What are you doing Urk?"

"Rabbit...save Wolfs. Maybe, Wolfs save Rabbit. Beast must die." Nicholas looked back and the Wolves were following behind. He said no more, thanking Urk in silence as they funneled out of the collapsed cavern. The sun glittered off the snowy mountain. Massive prints could be seen traveling down the mountain, back towards home. Together they set off, and Nicholas prayed that the village could hold out long enough for his return.

Techniques Used:

(Hyouton: Hōgohi Engai) – Ice Release: Protective Ice Dome
Type: Defensive
Rank: B
Range: Short
Chakra: 20
Damage: N/A
Description: The can quickly create an ice dome around his allies and himself to act as a defence. It is strong enough to withstand the assault of many exploding tags at once, remaining almost undamaged.

(Hyouton: Haryū Mōko) Ice Release: Tearing Dragon Fierce Tiger
Type: Offensive/Defensive
Rank: B
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 20
Damage: 40
Description: The user will create a giant tiger made out of ice. The tiger cannot even be slightly affected by any water release unless it is A ranked or above (or a combination of water and another element) as it freezes most water release attacks it comes in contact with.

(Hyouton: Surasshu Henkan) - Ice Style: Slush Conversion
Type: Supplementary, Defense
Rank: C
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage: N/A (+20 to Suiton)
Description: The user will focus their hyouton chakra into an existing source of water and partially freeze it to convert it into a slushy composition. Similar to how gold sand can be used to weigh down and destroy sand techniques, this can be used to collapse enemy water techniques. If used on the user's own water techniques, rather than collapsing it, it will convert it into a water/ice combination technique that becomes empowered. When using it on the user's own water, this can be used in the same time frame as the water technique while still costing one of the user's three moves.
-Can be used on any rank of the user's own techniques
-Can only be used on enemy techniques which contain less chakra than this one.
-Can only be used a limit of 4 times a battle.

(Suiton: Suijinheki) - Water Style: Water Encampment Wall
Type: Supplementary/Defensive
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra: 30
Damage: N/A
Description: This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water around the user. The user will use the following handseals to activate the technique: Tiger → Snake → Rat → Snake → Tiger. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defence without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source.

(Kyousei Hyouton no Jutsu) Greater Ice Technique
Type: Offensive/Defensive
Rank: A
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description: Similar to the original, weaker technique, the Greater Ice technique allows the user to, by making a simple hand seal (Ram) produce walls, pillars, etc of snow or ice. The ice constructs are rather simple in nature but resilient and strong, with the user being able to materialize them anywhere short range (though from that point they can grow up to long range) from him from the moisture in the air. He can, however, use any proportional water source within short-long range of him to produce said constructs. These can also be directed and propelled as projectiles towards targets. In both cases, the size and possible uses are limited only by the users will, chakra and skill. It also allows the user to cool down existing moisture in the high atmosphere to bring down a snow storm, similar to the original technique yet stronger and faster acting. This snow storm will not directly harm anyone but is useful to cover the field in snow rather quickly (2 turns) and to hinder visibility, sense of touch and hearing on anyone caught inside. The user is not immune to these effects though and must spend 15 chakra points per turn to sustain the blizzard, while becoming unable to mold other elements than Water, Wind or Ice.

Up in the frozen north at the edge of the world Isako arrived at his destination, though it was rarely considered such. He thought back to the riddle that sent him on the voyage.

Endless plains of white wasteland,
It is hidden below
A temple of everything in nothing
Dead silence.
The first clue stood before him stretching outward to the horizon, the Dead Plains themselves. He thought wasteland was too kind a descriptor for such a place, even more barren of life than the rolling dunes of sand that Isako knew so well. Yet they held a solitary beauty in their own way, the light of the sun dancing on the white snow that blanketed the land. Sand spilled forth from his gourd and Isako jumped onto a nimbus, whisking himself over the plains through the air. Using a bird's eye view he scanned the frozen wastes for a sign of its buried secrets. "You better hope nothing is down there, I'm not freezing my ass off if you run into trouble!" Shukaku was already annoyed at their present quest, he didn't see the reason for it.

"Ya, ya, ya, dont'cha worry Tankami, I got this figured out!" Isako grinned and tapped a finger to his temple. "Ain't nobody up here for miles, just us and the dead." It was then that Isako noticed a stone structure breaking through the ice below. He descended from his cloud of sand and investigated the ruin. It appeared to be a gateway that dropped down into darkness. "Kyahaha! Might just be this place being freezing as hell, but I just had a chill run up my spine." Isako pulled a torch from his waistband and lit it before entering into the depths. The walls were covered in mysterious symbols, a language of a world lost to time.

The second clue now stood all around him, a temple hidden below the frozen plains, a temple of everything in nothing. He turned a corner and fell back as a sudden face appeared. He let out a yelp as he reached for a kunai, but before he could pull out the weapon he came to his senses. "Grahaha! Scared, kid? You said it yourself, just us and the dead." A sarcophagus stood in front of him with the lid splintered to reveal a twisted face of bone and leather. Isako calmed himself and looked for more clues.

The halls of the temple were filled only with the sound of the dead, silence. Thus the riddle was complete, the wasteland above, the temple hidden below, everything of note held within its walls surrounded by the nothingness above, and the silence of the dead. There was no doubt in his mind that this was the place, yet where was its treasure? Isako passed the torchlight over the walls until a strange symbol appeared, gem-like and seemingly worshiped by the artists. He continued on that path and followed the glyphs of the gem until he came to an opening into a circular room with a stone tomb at its center. On the lid of the tomb was the same symbol. "Reduced to a grave robber, this better be worth it kid!"

"Kyahaha! Damn right it is...the dead ain't got no use for this thing, but we do..." Isako lifted a hand and his sand spilled forth working its way under the lip of the stone lid. With a flick of his wrist the seal was broken and the stone was tossed aside like straw, crashing and crumbling against the wall. Inside the tomb was a well-dressed skeleton, perhaps a man of royal heritage. Around his neck a golden chain held a black gem, as if the darkest night had been caught withing. Isako grinned as his sand wrapped around the jewel. "With this...we'll never have to beg for drinks again! Kyahaha! We're rich, big guy!" Isako snapped his fingers and his sand pulled the jewel free, lifting it up and pulling it into his gourd for safe keeping. "Grah! You dragged us all the way to the end of the damn world for that! You damn idiot!"

With the black gem in his possession, Isako made his way out of the stone temple and departed the Dead Plains.

This post marks the beginning of Big V's Mission:

Golden Sabbath: War Were Declared
Rank: S
Description: You are tasked with occupying a landmark in Shimogakure. This can be done with your main biography or a clone as a representative. You are tasked with either destroying and causing problems in Shimogakure or convincing those in the LM to switch sides or leave the village. You do not have to minimize casualties though if you wish to completely eradicate a land you may do that.

Entering the area, Big V's eyes were filled with wonder. The scenery was awe inspiring, though the weather was a bit cold for his liking. Still he had never scene this area before and the snow covered forest and mountains made him think of one thing, SKI RESORT. He quickly grabs his phone and snaps an image of the area sending it with the caption "Greetings from Dead Plains". Putting the phone away Big V scans the area some more and the adjacent LM's to make sure no one was sneaking up on him, and to his surprise his Byakugan picked up something shocking to behold.

Peering underground with his X Ray vision, he could see a huge structure, massive in size and below what seemed to be a huge clearing in the forest. Then he saw something else..

'Holy shit, there's people in there. I can't tell if they are shinobi or just villagers but I can definitely see chakra networks. Time to check out the Scouter and see what it says..'

He thinks to himself as he reaches up and presses the button on the Scouter which begins making it's sound as it formulates it's reading on the screen, a sound and sight Geets never got tired of. However there were too many to get a proper reading on, the Scouter wasn't giving him precise readings on their chakra levels, just a head count. Angrily taking the Scouter off his face, he shouts as he crushes it in his left hand after seeing the sheer numbers of people beneath this icy terrain in the temple..

It's OVER 9000!!

Big V exclaims, feeling like he had completed some unknown purpose by saying that. Seemed only fitting to either introduce them to the new regime, or to end them right then and there. Decisions, decisions..

'Decisions, decisions..'

Sukautā - Scouter
Type: Tools
Rank: A-rank
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 30 activation 10 per turn thereafter
Damage: N/A
Description: A Scouter is a scanning piece of Ninja technology, contained in a unit that fits over the users left ear, with a semi-transparent coloured monocle that serves as a display, covering the left eye. The colours can vary depending on the users preference but it has no bearing on the usage of the Scouter. The primary function of the scouter is to Scan the Chakra level of an opponent or groups of opponents, displaying a numerical value as well as an arrow to indicate the direction of the chakra source, if they happened to be outside the display-screens field of view. The Scouter is able to pick up Chakra Signals at a vast range, up to a single landmark away; though if multiple Chakra Sources are in the same landmark, it is only able to show the number of individual signals, instead of each Chakra Level. The Scouter will not detect Chakra if the target is using a chakra suppressing ability.
Upon initial activation, it will only show the current level of targets within Long-range of the user, requiring an additional activation cost to scan into the next landmark. Once a targets Chakra has been scanned, it will not constantly update the chakra level as it depletes, instead requiring another activation cost (30 chakra) to update the reading to the targets new chakra level. So long as the user spends the chakra, they are able to constantly track up to five targets at all times, so long as they remain or enter mid-range, unless they use a chakra suppressing ability. The scouter can only track up to two targets if they are long-range away from the wielder, and any targets within an adjacent landmark, will appear as one reading with their combined chakra level displayed on the screen. The scouter is able to track any source of chakra, from projectiles, to clones, to summons and animal companions; anything with a readable chakra source present. This ability to detect targets does grant a small boost to the users tracking speed, granting an equivalent to a 2T Sharingan.
Scouter's are able to provide a direct line of communication with other Scouter's and communication devices, via implementation of a modified script from a communication scroll, however only when the Scouter is active. This communication extends up to three landmarks in any direction and can easily be heard by the wielder due to the device being ear-mounted.
Notes:
-Scouter can remain active so long as the user has the chakra reserves to do so.
-Scouter Tracking speeds do not stack with Doujutsu
-Can only be made/taught by Shinta and a max of 3 can be used.
-Full body lightning jutsu of B rank and higher will short-out the Scouter, making it unusable for five turns. S rank lightning will destroy the Scouter.
He could rise this structure out from the ground using his Doton chakra, however many of the people hiding in the tomb like temple would be crushed, maimed, or killed in the process. There would be many casualties, and Big V would be treated hostility, of that he was sure. Hmm, what to do what to do, Big V pondered and pondered in the cold for what seemed to be forever. Many of the people would need attending to, and Big V had zero Medical training under his belt. How could he sway them to Tsumigakure's side when he will be the cause of their pain and suffering? He couldn't, he knew this right then and there. Well then what could he do, it was his job to occupy this area and he could not fail.

It seemed there was only one option left to Big V..

His heart weighed the decision heavily in disbelief at what was to come, and that his own hands would be the cause of such a tragic end to whatever their story was. Who they were, why they were down there, that would all stay buried hidden from the world's eyes for all eternity.. And it was Big V himself who would drop the hammer down. He would honor their memory by examining the massive temple room by room, hall by hall, every person place and thing located inside. Nothing would escape his eyes, and he would commit all of it/them to memory which eventually would return to his original body. 'Hopefully Main Geets isn't upset by this decision..' he thinks to himself as he continues to examine each coffin, each wall and door, each room and each and every person..

Their time was up..

Everyone's ticket gets punched sooner or later, and this would be no different. There was one difference, it would be Big V who Caused this massacre. They were all totally unaware, going about whatever it was they were doing. One this was for certain, and that was the orders he was to follow, they were clear and absolute. This land had to be secured by him with no threats to his comrades left unchecked. This was the only way to ensure the people below were not a threat, he knew that no matter how hard the decision was to make. If they were Shinobi, it could be serious trouble for their Village and that was not to be allowed. Though he did feel a ton of remorse for what was to come, he breathed in deeply.. and began to mold his Doton chakra.

A small tremor would affect the ground Big V was standing on, as his Earthen chakra flows into the ground, the clone making one hand seal and releasing the gathered chakra manipulating it to head into the very structure itself beneath the ground. The people inside would have felt the same tremor as Big V did, but on a grander scale due to being underground and confined beneath layers upon layers of hard frozen earth. He used the chakra like a beacon, using his eyes as well he would sense out the weakest points of the temple, the keystone and load barring concrete walls. Any crevice that was worn due to age and the stress of the Earth's natural movements. Any weak spot he could locate, he would exploit. His doton chakra had filled the entire temple by now, and Big V could tell from the moments of the people below that they still were oblivious to what was about to occur.

Then, it happened. With a roar like the Earth had come alive, the ground began to rumble and shake once more but harder this time, and for longer. Big V, using the Doton chakra in the grand sized temple, simultaneously takes hold of every vulnerable and sensitive spot at once and dislodges them, causing the ginormous structure to begin to collapse into itself.

It was over so fast, thanks the stars above for that he thought, but to Big V watching with his Byakugan it honestly felt like an eternity. Almost in slow motion, his eyes all at once watched every life be snuffed out. Almost instantly, that huge number of people dwindled down to the thousands, then hundreds, then the few, then the none. Astonished at how fast the giant temple collapsed upon itself underground and how hard the ground was shaking, Big V scanned for signs of any life, intensely looking thru every piece of rubble to make sure no one was left suffering. War is hell, and he was thankful for his disconnection by not knowing these nameless casualties of war, but he would make sure they were honored in the future. As the shaking of the Earth finally subsides, a bit of sadness began to fill Big V's heart. He begins to search his catalog music on Thunderwave, looking for a song that would honor the dead that were forever buried here today by him. The speakers on his Saiyan Armor chest plates cue up with a reverb sound for a moment, and he presses the Play button. Coming out of the speakers loudly thru easily heard by anything in the mountainous snowy terrain, a horn can be heard coming from his speakers playing a ceremonious song for the fallen people here today..

(Doton: Iwa Yado Kuzushi) - Earth Release: Stone Lodging Destruction
Type: Supplementary
Rank: C
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 15
Damage: N/A (up to 60)
Descripton: The user will do one hand seal and cause nearby earth structures (either natural occurring ones on the field (such as cave ceilings, cliffs, etc), man made (buildings, etc) or jutsu made (up to C-Rank active structures)) to collapse and fall. This technique allows the ninja to control nearby stone and rock and dislodge any vulnerable or sensitive spots, causing the structure to collapse. This can be especially useful if in a cave or a stone lodging. The technique can loosen the rocks and cause them to come raining down on whomever is trapped inside. The damage depends on the size of the cavern or rock lodging above or nearby the target and not on the amount of chakra used which doesn't need to be high. A large cave with a thick ceiling can easily do the physical damage equivalent to an A-Rank technique but due to the damage not being focused or chakra fueled, its also easily defendable.
( Sandāu~ēbu ) - Thunderwave
Type: Tool
Rank: A
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: N/A ( - 5 per turn when used )
Damage: N/A
Description: Thunderwave is a basic chest plate outfitted with a surround sound speaker system, and a microphone. It can be used to play music or make noises more audible than normal similar to a karaoke machine. It is able to produce sound louder than most techniques or the clashing of techniques and can be much louder than the user or opponent can scream. In essence it can act like the (Utsusemi no Jutsu) - Empty Cicada Shell Technique passively at all times being louder and stronger than even that basic technique. It comes pre-loaded with all of the wielder's favorite songs. In battle it can be used to play theme music or it can make the user louder as it has a built in microphone system connected to the speaker system.
The primary use of Thunderwave as mentioned above is the ability to play music with the offshoot of this being the ability to cancel sound waves with sound waves while playing music. This is similar to the Scientific Ninja Tool: Shijima and works like a noise-cancellation speaker. The system can emit a sound wave with the same amplitude but with inverted phase also known as antiphase to the original sound. The waves combine to form a new wave, in a process called interference, and effectively cancel each other out. This effect is called destructive interference and is able to nullify sound techniques in equal rank. The sound can encompass a short - long range area around the user being louder the closer to the user the people who can hear it are and due to this it has a dampening system as to not harm the users ears or cause them any undue problems. It can be fine tuned to look different depending on the wielder's appearance or preference.
Note: Sound techniques can only be canceled once per turn three times per battle.
With the song still playing, Big V had another part of his mission to fulfill. He would mold his chakra once more and make a few seals before slamming his hand to the ground, creating an seal of the Flying Thunder Geets that he or any of the other less cool powerful tall or handsome Geets could teleport to at a moments notice. They would need to make several more of these to transport to and from the Mainland during this War. Who knows how long it could take, they did not truly know the extent of this Villages forces other than the few that showed themselves momentarily during the Shogun/Mother battles. There were too many unknown variables to be guessing too much at this point it was best to go by the facts and knowledge gathered by their forces. Besides he was a clone, and he was beginning to think he was overthinking this. He had a job to do..

And do it I shall!

He exclaims proudly, knowing he was almost at the point of fully completing the mission he had been created for. All he could do know was to signal back to his main via text right below the image he had taken that the Land was now there's and place one more seal, before going on guard duty with his watchful Byakugan. He would walk to the center of the ground where he knew the temple had been ten meters below, and molding his chakra he finishes his task by creating a 5 meter radius seal, one that had no purpose but to one be broken and alert the main Geets of any possible intruders. Anyone with knowledge that was not only able to detect this seal, but also break it, would be someone they would want to know was roaming around immediately. This was something he had been taught by the Tsumikage himself, and with the seal now placed he took to higher grounds. He begins peering at all the landmarks surrounding them, 2 landmarks in a radius searching meticulously to ensure he was not blind sided by any ambushing Shinobi that may be laying in wait for him to lower his guard. He would also wait for word on the next move, as he valiantly stood his post..

( Fūin Hirashin no Jutsu ) - Seal of The Flying Thunder God technique
Rank: A-Rank
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: N/A
Description: This is the technique through which Senju Tobirama and Namikaze Minato apply the sealing formula, that will allow the use of their trademark space time techniques, to any desired object through physical contact and allowing him to teleport to that desired location through the Flying thunder God Technique and the use of its variations. While Minato carries with him multiple kunais marked with the seal (making the core aspect of his fighting style which revolves around the use of FTG Kunais), Tobirama doesn't. To use the Flying Thunder God technique on kunais, Tobirama has to apply the seal to them though through one use of the technique he can mark up to 5 kunais (this is valid only for kunais and other basic weapons, not enemies or other targets of the seal).
Note: Can only be used by Senju Tobirama and Namikaze Minato bios.
( Fuinjutsu: Sairentoarāmu ) - Sealing Arts: Silent Alarm
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra: 30 ( +3 to the caster when broken )
Damage: N/A ( 60 if an element is sealed away )
Description: A seal that does exactly what the name suggests creating a silent alarm when triggered. The user is able to place a seal upon a surface such as a weapon, a door, a window, a tree, or a circular area within range on the ground that has a five meter radius. This seal has an intuitive link to the creator through their chakra signature and their chakra supply itself similar to a shadow clone, and when broken has similar effects to the dispersal of a shadow clone as explained further in the technique. Until the seal is broken an alarm alerts the caster whenever a creature touches or enters the warded area. This is similar to techniques like (Kyōkai Kekkai no Jutsu) - Boundary Barrier Technique but doesn't require the user remain inside the area of the barrier or seal to know when it detects something. This is a mental alarm alerting the creator when the seal is broken. When the seal breaks it will merely return ten percent of the chakra used to create the seal to the user along with all of the information of what has happened in the warded area including things that have entered the area or techniques that have been used. The seal breaks when the alarm is triggered to facilitate this action, and can even be accompanied by a barrage of sealed weapons or a substance such as ink, water, fire, or poison to combat the intruder. If done in this way the user must seal the substance with ( Han'you Fūin ) - Generic Sealing Technique beforehand, they can then create another link connecting the Kanji of that seal with the new Silent Alarm seal. What this means is when the alarm seal is triggered the released chakra will instantly activate the other seal as they become intertwined in a sort of "push" and "pull" relationship. Contrary to this if someone breaks the ( Han'you Fūin ) - Generic Sealing Technique seal to try and "disarm" the trap, the alarm seal is instantly triggered as well alerting the creator. The seal breaks when foreign chakra, natural energy from a person, or a touch should the alarm try to be nullified. This action is passive and is the seal itself activating the trap meaning if the person who created the seal is nearby they could attack in tandem to it. The aim of this is to give the seal creator time to react to the intruder or even produce an offensive should they have the time. Upon breaking the connected seal will release what was sealed inside of it in a large mass roughly the size of the Water Prison Technique in a forward torrent releasing an A ranks worth of the substance (follows S/W) upon the person who broke the seal.
Note: When initially using ( Han'you Fūin ) - Generic Sealing Technique to seal a substance a move is used, but the seal activates it passively afterward
Note: The user can place and have three alarm seals active but only two can be trap based
Note: The opponent will always have time to react to the sealed element/substance

Mission element - Hunter Gatherer In Peril!?!

Arriving from (185)

Jonathan arrived at the landmark, his mind awash with confusion, it was hard to focus but the young man knew he could not afford to simply sit idle. People were struggling in the lands and though it seemed war had been averted, starvation hadn't.

Jonathan had to find some food and fast, but this act alone would raise more questions in himself. The monks stood for peace, Jonathan also stood for peace, but what did that really mean? Did he simply believe in peace for humans, surely that was not an acceptable compromise, could he hunt and kill the creatures of the world simply to feed humans?

No, it wasn't moral in excess, it wasn't particularly moral overall but needs certainly existed. The mindless slaughter of animals wouldn't be conducted today though, no instead Jonathan resolved to search for plants, surely some would have survived the arctic climate, even in the dead of winter.

Jonathan hadn't really been to this area before, at least not that he remembered, but something about it seemed off. The land had been disturbed recently by something, the snow was cracked and shifted, was a battle fought here during the recent conflict.

Hoping this wasn't the case he pressed on, most of the animals would've been scared off and that would make tracking them nigh impossible if the search for plant based food was fruitless. Jonathan chuckled slightly at his own bad pun, a fruitless search for fruit.

His father had kept an apple tree in the backyard when Jonathan was a child, remembering back to those days Jonathan was reminded of just how small he was, stood beside the proud figure that was his father.

Back then he thought his father was invincible, a steadfast protector, part of growing up was realising nobody is. Not in body anyway, only a person's ideals could be immortalized, their deeds and their spirit.

When Jonathan first studied with the monks it was for selfish reasons, believing with enough power his yang release could bring back the dead, perhaps recreate life wholly. After long meditation he grew to realise the folly in this.

The memories of his father remained though and in a way, his spirit did to and it guided him every step of the way. Jonathan truly believed that and his faith was rewarded, he came across the most enormous tree he had seen in a long time, on each and every branch there sat dozens of apples, just like the apple tree his father planted all those years ago in their garden.

This one however was impossibly huge, it had to be a sign, a sign he was right. This was what he needed to take back to the people, just as he was considering how to go about such a task, there was a low growl behind him.

Jonathan had been so caught up with success he hadn't even noticed the wolves stalking him, they were huge beasts these northern wolves, adapted to the climate with huge thick pelts and teeth that shone like steely stilettos.

Judging from the blood stains on their teeth, something his byakugan could clearly make out, it was unlikely they were here for the apples. They had stalked him so effectively but the fault was entirely his own, the irony of the situation was not lost on him.

Here he stood again the peaceful man, between the legacy of his family and the thing he needed to ensure survival for dozens of people, that and a pack of ravenous feral beasts, they existed just to take life not for sustenance but for sport, for territory.

They were just like Dio, the symbology of it all couldn't be a coincidence, is this what you want father? Jonathan thought, you want me to show you that I won't hesitate anymore? That I won't let naive pacifism hurt the many to protect the few?

The wolves pounced, there was at least a half dozen of them maybe more waiting in hiding, the largest one had deep crimson eyes, the pack leader. Teeth met his flesh as Jonathan defended himself from the assault with his forearm, his leather armguards tearing as blood flowed freely.

He didn't want to do this, he abhorred the senseless violence, but he didn't have much choice in the matter, if he wounded just the leader then the pack assaults him undoubtedly. More of them are hurt or killed in the fight, even wounding animals in this environment could be a death sentence for them. After all, animals that couldn't hunt would surely die.

So here it was, the tough choice, kill the alpha and the wolves flee, the people of the village survive another winter. Alternatively stick to the rigid pacifism people die, himself included.

Jonathan let out an audible sigh, frigid condensation hung in the air in front of his face as blood trickled from his left arm. The wolf coiled again for a second leap, Jonathan was resolved now.

A whimper cracked the silence as the wolf collapsed, it was mid leap when Jonathan's gentle fist strike slammed against it, the wolf's heart stopped immediately, it was a painless death.

The remaining wolves scattered, Jonathan had a tear welling in the corner of his eye, this was the lesson his father wanted him to learn.

Mission element - Experiment with highly advanced ninjutsu.

The crimson snow beneath Jonathan's feet was being buried beneath another layer of fresh powder slowly, while he stood there the bleeding arm was stemmed, sure he could heal it instantly if he wanted to but that wasn't what he wanted.

The pain was a reminder of the lesson he had just learned, something that he had to ingrain in himself, but even though it was over a problem remained. This problem was what to do with the tree, clearly normal villagers would struggle to make it here collect the food and go back, even a seasoned journeyman like himself had been mauled by those wolves and was freezing cold.

Normal villagers couldn't consistently make this trip and even if they could, some would certainly die and that was an unacceptable option. Jonathan realised the only way to ensure a safe harvest, was to bring the tree to the people.

How could he achieve that though? Certainly there were options thanks to his ninjutsu, but his whole life he had trained for combat. This humanitarian work was rather perplexing, it would be useless to bring the people back a dead tree, that would simply give them one harvest.

Temporary fixes were not the solution that Jonathan wanted, so to ensure the tree arrives alive some steps needed to be taken. The roots were most important, they needed to be kept intact.

But even then with the root system intact, the whole thing needed to be moved without applying excess weight or pressure to any particular focal point or it would cripple the wood. That eliminated any real physical ways of moving the tree without any complex systems to protect it.

Sure the trunk could be uprooted and rolled back but that would destroy every single branch and all the fruit he was bringing. Obviously that was unacceptable to, but where did that leave him? It's truly a shame that I couldn't simply have the tree walk itself back to the market, he thought to himself jokingly.

Wait, he thought as he pondered his own joke. Realising that yang release could possibly do just that. He could bring his techniques to life with yang energy, so perhaps he could give this tree life, he would have to reshape it once it was sentient and do so slowly to prevent damage.

This could be the answer though, the answer to the problem he was facing, it would be born of skills learned for selfish reasons, becoming the catalyst of a selfless act, it was poetic assuming it would work of course.

He thought back to his yang training, his teacher at the temple was incredibly dogmatic and driven for a monk. He had explained the principles quite vigorously at the time, preferring to discuss theory for hours over practical applications.

Though Jonathan was well aware that he could give the tree sentience, the real problem was somehow reshaping it so that it could move itself to the market, perhaps once it was alive Jonathan could reshape it in the same way he could reshape flesh and blood.

The only way to be sure was to try, it would be a long and difficult process but as long as he took it slow, it might work. Placing his hand on the tree, Jonathan began summoning up his chakra, knitting it into the tree slowly.

Sunshine, that's what Jonathan envisioned in his mind as he knitted the energy like a lattice into the tree, he could see it with his byakugan as it permeated every porous piece of wood. With life seeping into the tree, Jonathan began his more difficult task.

He slowly began to shape the tree, shifting the roots to become more humanoid in form, making them look like feet. Carefully the trunk was changed to a torso, wooden arms extended from the tree and a face appeared on it.

Finally the branches stretched and raised high, taking on the appearance of hair, if trees could have such a thing. Now Jonathan had to move it, climbing on an arm branch the pair began to head towards the market, Jonathan continued to channel yang energy throughout the creature as it stomped across the snow awkwardly.

(Yoton: Jigoku ni henkō) - Yang Release: Change into Hell
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S-Rank
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A (+50, -10 per turn)
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user is able to use his Yang nature to embue life into an elemental technique, creating a Yang/Element sentient entity that will stay on the field to aid him. The only limit is the size of the technique originally used as an elemental source as the resulting entity will always be half the size. This entity can be interacted with, can act on its own and is made of the element sourced, with all its properties intact. Its strength is based on the original elemental technique used as a source. This doesn't consume time since its actually a skill applied to a technique used at the same time.
Note: Usable 3 times per battle and up to 6 times per event to create one entity with up to 300 chakra points that is able to use jutsu from the source it was created from.
Note: Yang Release masters can apply this technique to advanced fields and CE and advanced elements.

( Yoton: Jigoku no Enjin ) - Yang Release: Ring of Hell
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short
Chakra: 80 for touch based version/100 for ranged version
Damage: N/A
Description: By channeling copious amounts of Yang energy, the user is able to infuse others with this, temporarily enhancing their physical attributes. This is achieved in two ways, either by direct touch or proximity. The first is more limited to a single person but has greater benefits; those channeled directly into will be able to reduce 35 damage from physical contact and gain physical alterations to their body that the Yang energy 'breathes' into life, such as twice the height or width of their body, additional arms or legs, etc as long as within reason and used solely for physical purposes. Should the user use the alternative release, then he is able to release Yang energy from his body up to Long range away, affecting all allies in the range. This variant allows the user to augment all allies with the same type of changes, ranging from all gaining wings to more. These changes only last a limited time, however; after 3 turns pass, the grown appendages or changes fall and revert back to normal. Depending on the alteration, one of a few benefits might be obtained.
Note: If additional arms, stronger arms or alterations related to the arm are made, then the target will gain an additional +20 to Taijutsu. If the changes target the head, the user is able to grant a 2x tracking. If leg based alterations are made, then the target will gain either +4 levels to his base speed or +20 damage to leg based tai. If changes target the torso, then an universal durability boost of B rank Ninjutsu immunity is obtained and if wings or similar is created, then the user is able to fly at thrice their speed.
Note: The damage and speed boosts are considered Passive and Base Speed increases. The values listed in the techniques are if the touch based variant is used. If the ranged variant is used, then these benefits are reduced by gained on a lesser scale ( +15 to Tai instead of +20, +2 Speed Levels, 1.5x Tracking, or -15 from all physical clashes).
Note: Touch based variant can only affect up to two people per event. Ranged variant creates a wave of Yang energy that affects up to 3 allies and lasts up to 4 turns.
Note: Can only be used three times in total.

Mission element
Investigate the mysterious illness.
Defeat a small group of undead.

Jonathan's boots cracked the surface of the snow beneath his feet, a cold breeze whirled around him as he stepped back onto the dead lands once more.

After the onslaught of the beasts earlier Jonathan was incredibly guarded, his nerves were on edge but he knew he had to discover what was going on.

The information he had gleaned regarding the deadlands was clear in his mind, however the landmark was all wrong. None of the information described it like this, had it been buried somehow? Jonathan had to discover the truth but an entrance to the catacombs was nowhere in sight, even with the incredible clarity the byakugan offered.

Jonathan couldn't just give up his search however, he performed a string of hand seals raising the ground up all around him and opening a path to the catacombs. Slowly he stepped down into darkness, along the path he created, the crunch of cold earth beneath him echoed loudly as his bulging byakugan filled eyes pierced the darkness.

The air was heavy and musty as he pushed onwards, ornate carvings adorned the walls and a light sheen of frozen liquid rested on the walls. Jonathan seemed to be approaching the burial sites, he could see ahead in the darkness barely and hundreds of standing coffins rested nearby, their lids were laying on the ground in various states of destruction and disarray.

Whatever had happened here, it could be what triggered the corpses to rise up, perhaps it was the invaders. But even with that in his mind the question remained, what had caused them to rise in general? Sure while an act may have triggered it, there still had to be some condition down here that allowed such a thing.

Jonathan heard an echoing growl, he froze momentarily before sinking into his gentle fist stance, he could hear the scraping of nails on stone as he prepared himself. One of the undead was still here, the coffin fell open as it broke free charging, Jonathan stepped towards the undead, ready to put it to rest.

His blows struck true, knowing these undead were durable and dangerous Jonathan held nothing back, a flurry of gentle fist strikes peppered it's torso and skull fracturing bone and battering organs and chakra points alike, the creature collapsed in a heap, dead, again.

With such a loud series of noises Jonathan knew his investigation was likely to attract any remaining undead, rushing hurriedly along the corridor now he moved to the depths of the catacombs, he had to discover what had caused this.

Footfalls echoed as Jonathan moved deeper in to the catacombs, the smell was stronger down here, it stunk of decay, perhaps the tales of preservation were false after all. Jonathan pondered this as he moved, he could see ahead, a glowing energy source, foreboding and foul.

There it was, the ugly truth, a pool of filthy foul liquid had burst through the floor, presumably during whatever act had changed the landscape here. The liquid seeped in to the catacombs and somehow caused the corpses to rise, this was not good and Jonathan's byakugan could see the terrifying energy hidden in this foul water, the corpses below it's surface began to rise to meet the intruder.

Time to go, Jonathan thought to himself, he had discovered the secrets of the catacombs and considerably worn out his welcome. Backpedaling quickly, the young man began to flee the underground as the undead group pursued him, as they got closer he lashed out with physical strikes.

Jonathan had to be careful, if he used too much power he could cause the place to collapse on himself. Throwing physical attacks with both hands he fractured the skull of a pursuing undead, sending it careening in to the wall as he moved up the makeshift staircase.

Jonathan had finally made it clear of the catacombs and back to the entrance he had made, his chest was tight as he tried to breath, the stagnant air undeground making this increasingly challenging. Almost there! He thought to himself as he ran, throwing an elbow back as he saw an undead leap towards him, the blow struck true sending it careening back it's neck snapped.

Jonathan could see light, he emerged from the cave breathing in a deep breath of arctic air, his byakugan adjusting to the light as he made a string of hand seals, causing the earthen corridor to collapse crushing the remaining undead inside it brutally.

Jonathan had answers, but even more questions. It seemed that the foul liquid had somehow caused the dead to rise here, the information he could gain here was exhausted. Perhaps the foreign invaders would know more, they were the only option now.

A single tremor, followed by another moments after. The snow-laden trees shook with his might, his fury, as a single sandy-brown arm ruptured the homogeneous snow-covered earth. It had been decades since he last awoke, slumbering peacefully ever since his last rampage before the last vestiges of the Hangurian Freehold defeated him.

"Those bastards!" The beast screeched above, his voice booming from below as his massive body continued to emerge from the snow. He was infuriated; memories of those damn Black Ones binding him before came flooding back, but they were only motivated by the sensations that had awoken him in the first place - it was that meteorite. He could feel its power pulsating from across the planet. The stone was now active, and it hadn't been since his last defeat so long ago. The Hangurian Black Ones had used it to disrupt his chakra; that damn Hagoromo...why did his creation have to be so flawed in the first place to make him so vulnerable to its power? But it didn't matter to the One-Tailed Tanuki; Shukaku was back, and he would kill the man wielding the stone. "I'm going to kill them all!" He shouted again, voice booming as he molded chakra in his gut to form a Tailed Beast Ball. He aimed it toward the nearby Shimogakure, launching it haphazardly to destroy the village.

"I did it! I killed them all!" Shukaku joyously exclaimed, bloodlust permeating his voice. "They're fucking dead!" The beast couldn't sense the loss of life he had just inflicted on the teetering village, but devastation ensued in a moment as the explosion shrouded the horizon. Hundreds, if not thousands of lives, were lost in that moment. Now for that damn meteorite....it feels good to be awake! The beast turned eastward, thrilled for his emancipation.

Elsewhere, shrouded in mystery, Imeroth reached out through a mental link to Madara Uchiha. "The One Tails beast has awakened, Madara. Find it, capture it. The beast has taken out its fury on Shimogakure, finding it should be no issue."

( Bijutsu: Bijudama ) - Tailed Beast Skill: Tailed Beast Ball
Type: Offensive
Rank: S
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 70
Damage points: 120
Description: The Tailed Beast Ball is the ultimate technique of a tailed beast, which can also be used by a jinchūriki while transformed. Tailed Beast Balls are made from an 8:2 ratio of positive black chakra (+の黒チャクラ, purasu no kuro chakura) and negative white chakra (−の白チャクラ, mainasu no shiro chakura). Users must gather and balance this chakra in their mouths, shape it into a sphere (or a conical shape in the case of the Ten-Tails in its second form), and then fire it at their target. Tailed Beast Balls are very destructive, creating explosions that are visible from far away and that vaporise almost everything in the blast area. The Ten-Tails has further range than other users, capable of firing it in a conical shape that causes a mid range explosion around it when used.
Note: Can only be used 3 times per battle, requiring at least a 2 turn break in between uses. This wait is doubled for the Ten-Tails Jinchuriki.
Note: If 2 or more Jinchuriki collaborate in the creation of a Bijudama, the power of it multiplies by the number of Jinchuriki.
(Attōteki Sonzai) – Overwhelming Presence
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short – Long
Chakra: N/A
Damage: N/A
Description: This landmark is filled with the presence of one of the nine Tailed Beasts. Referred to as Chakra Monsters, the beasts were formed form the Sage of the Six Paths splitting the power of the Ten-Tails hundreds of years ago. Each beast carries with it an overwhelming presence, wielding primordial chakra that itself is stronger than most normal humans. When in the presence of a Tailed Beast, one’s damage is reduced by 40, their base speed is reduced by half, and they cannot use more than two techniques in a single turn. Overwhelming Presence is negated by the Fallen Star meteorite, its power able to diffuse the chakra of a Tailed Beast.

Coming from here.

Madara could sense it before he saw it. The foul chakra was too dense to miss, burning holes through the environment. Madara could feel a strong pressure around the destruction, bearing heavy on them. Amongst the billowing clouds of smoke stood the Tanuki itself, the One-Tailed Beast continued to rampage through the landmark.

"We'll take it from here, " Madara said to Susabi, looking towards Harley. "Our friend here wishes to show us her skills first."

Watching her, Madara's Sharingan spiraled into his Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, his visual powers amplifying. "We're waiting. Time to show us what you got."

( Doujutsu: Eien no Mangekyou Sharingan ) - Eye Technique: Eternal Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye
Type: Supplementary
Rank: Forbidden
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 70 ( -20 per turn to keep active )
Damage: N/A
Description: The Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan literally meaning " Eternal Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye", is the final step in the evolutionary state of the Sharingan. While Mangekyo Sharingan is but an imperfect Dojutsu, unable to sustain and keep its own power, weakening with each use, the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan brings control and balance to the power wielded. By merging the users own MS with that of his sibling, the use is able to awaken the EMS. The EMS grants the user the same abilities granted by MS but to unsurpassed levels. While granting the user the ability to perceive the world with increadible insight, it also grants the user the ability to see through S-Rank visual illusions and track the movement speed of almost anything, perfecting the already amazing abilities of the standard MS, like casting Genjutsu without the need for handseals as long as a line of sight to the target is available. A unique feat however, is that once the user awakens EMS, he loses access to his normal MS, transitioning from 3T form to EMS directly. While MS damages the user as time passes and severely tires and drains the user as its used, the EMS doesn't. The user can keep it active without losing his eyesight or damaging himself and can use the normal MS techniques with no activation reduction or drawbacks. Its true that the chakra cost is higher, but the user will feel little to no effect in his stamina and energy. Through his EMS, Madara gained the ability to control Tailed Beasts by forcefully using his sharingan genjutsu/mind manipulation abilities to take control of the Bijuu and temporarily sever its connection to the host. If the Jinchuriki is in normal form or entering one of the transformations, it's blocked from transforming for 3 turns. If it's in incomplete form, it's forced back into normal form and left unable to access his bijuu for 3 turns and if its in complete form, the user gains control over the bijuu, manipulating its movements/actions completely for 2 turns or until the complete form ends (whatever comes first), leaving the host unable to acess his bijuu for 3 turns.
Note: Only usable by bios with EMS after meeting the necessary requirements.
Note: User needs to have activated his 3T Sharingan beforehand
Note: Once activated, lasts 10 turns per use and once the user has held the ability for 4 months, can be done passively, with no move cost.
Note: Using MS techniques don't reduce the activation time.
Note: Controlling a Bijuu is an exclusive ability of Madara Uchiha and can only be done once per battle. Once the control ends, the EMS reverts back to a 3T Sharingan. If the control is done on a complete form Jinchuriki, then the user can't do any other technique while controlling the enemy.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: While active, as long as a clear line of sight and the range is respected, the user can cast normal non-Doujutsu Genjutsu without the need for handseals. However, Doujutsu illusions still require eye contact (if feasible) or their own requirements; this ability only affects regular Genjutsu.

If Shukaku's sand-formed body had a spine then surely he would feel chills as Madara and Harley arrived. It was less so Harley that concerned him; to him, she appeared as nothing more than a normal human to his senses. It was Madara that shook the Tailed Beast to its very core, sensing the unmistakable presence of the meteorite in Madara's possession. Or, at the very least, had been in contact with it. Its presence radiated from Madara's body, and the Beast was intimately familiar with what that felt like. Hundreds of years ago the same contingent of Black Ones that had retrieved the relic used it to capture him, and seal him away under the accursed snowfields that he emerged from. It angered him to no end reliving it.

"You!" The One Tailed Tanuki screeched, turning around toward his soon-to-be opponents. His eyes were wide, and a strange combination of anger, fear, and anticipation filled his voice. "Do you have any clue what it is?!" His eyes were fixated on Madara; it was clear as day that he was the true threat to Shukaku's newfound freedom. But among the Bijuu, Shukaku was not reputed to be the sharpest or most strategic. While the more intelligent beast might retreat, Shukaku would opt to use force. But even he was not familiar with what exactly the meteorite was. Its mysterious origins eluded even the brightest scholars in Chungsu failed to understand. "Speak up! Why have you come?!" The question was obvious, and even Shukaku knew the answer to it; it was no coincidence that a man carrying the presence of meteorite came directly to the One Tails. "Answer or you can join them!" He pointed toward the smoldering ruins in the distance where his Bijuudama detonated.

Damage points: N/A ( +25 damage to wind and +30 sand techniques )
Description: After performing the Playing Possum Technique, sand begins enveloping the user rapidly growing in size to that the same size as Gamabunta, forming the one tailed Bijuu, Shukaku. Though very slow in its reactions when compared to a normal human he is a behemoth of sand, and can regrow its limbs from nearby sand. While in this form, Gaara can only perform wind and sand techniques but gaints a strong boost in their power. The Transformation can be regress involuntarily if Gaara is woken up.
Note: The Transformation lasts a maximum of 5 turns and can only be activated twice. After it ends, the user cannot use any Bijuu techniques for 3 turns and cannot use any transformation for at least 4 turns.

We've come to take yer head! Now everyone stand aside while we tear this beast a new one!

Harley would activate her snake sage mode, her body would instantly become covered in scales as she began to run forward. Atalanta would stay behind with the Madara as she did so. Simultaneously she would preform 2 hand seals, followed by an additional seal. Inhaling deeply, Harley would exhale and fire a sphere of wind enhanced by sage mode and burning snake fang right towards the beast.

( Kanpekinanin Hebi Sennin Modo ) - Perfect Snake Sage Mode
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: N/a
Chakra cost: N/A ( -10 turn to sustain )
Damage Points: Active + 30 damage to all ninjutsu and taijutsu up to S rank
Description: An empowered state of body achieved by blending natural energy with one’s physical and spiritual energy. The mode heightens performance on all levels by adding a new dimension of power to the user’s chakra. The state is a direct result of Senjutsu chakra circulating through the body. To enter this form, a minimum of 10% of the user’s maximum chakra reserve must be moulded into Senjutsu chakra, all subsequent technique employ Senjutsu chakra until the minimum cost (-10/turn) cannot be paid to sustain the mode. The user is resistant to damage, reducing 30 damage from all techniques and can heal (for 10 damage per turn) for the duration of this technique. The user is able to passively sense chakra and his/her perception and reflexes are enhanced. Their ninjutsu and strength increases, empowering taijutsu and other close range physical combat techniques by +30. Additionally, the user is able to break out of Genjutsu, using Genjutsu release technique one rank lower than what he would normally be required to. And similarly, the requirement to break out of user’s Genjutsu using Release or Chakra surge is one rank higher than required. Lastly, the user gains access to snake anatomy, Sage Art: Inorganic Reincarnation and other physical feats granted by Sage mode.
Note: Usable thrice per battle by Perfect Sages only. Must wait 1 turn before using this technique again. Once per battle, the user is able to instantly activate Sage mode, with 10% of their maximum chakra reserve as Senjutsu Chakra.
Note: Perfect Sages can convert a maximum of 40% of their total chakra reserve.

(Fūton: Shinkū Taigyoku) – Wind Release: Vacuum Great Sphere
Type: Offensive
Rank: S
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 40
Damage: 80
Description: After performing two hand seals Tiger → Dog the user launches a stronger version of the Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere technique, where the user instead chooses to compress the entirety of the previously inhaled breath into a single large, crushing sphere of wind chakra that they then proceed to expel from their mouth.

(Katon: Moeru hebi no kiba) - Fire Release: Burning Snake Fang
Spoiler
Type: Offensive/Defensive/Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 40
Damage: 80 (+20)
Description: This unique fire technique can be performed in two ways, as a single stand alone technique which requires two handseals, dragon and tiger followed by the clapping of the hands. Using it in this form allows the user to manifest a fiery portal similar to the earth release mud drop. However instead of mud forming in this portal a large torrent of fire shaped as snakes will pour out surrounding a target or targets and wrapping around them. The fire while not sentient can be controlled by hand gestures making it very difficult to avoid. The snakes are solid in nature much like the dragon head fireballs making their binding ability quite impressive preventing an enemy wrapped in them from moving freely. The second method of using this technique functions as more of a boosting enhancement performed by clapping the hands. This method of use is performed as a follow up to another fire or wind technique and will cause the snakes to burst forth from the user merging with the preexisting technique adding to the overall power of the former technique by adding additional chakra to the technique and a degree of versatility to the technique by making it function in a solid way. Essentially the previous technique will experience a change in power and ability by becoming the flaming snakes. This usage is considered as an active boost and follows the rules and restrictions of such.

Note: May be used two times per battle overall.
Note: If combined with a wind technique in it's second form it will be considered a fire/wind combo. Combined with a fire technique just creates a stronger fire.
Note: No fire jutsu above A rank in the following turn.
Note: The portal is made in the sky like the mud drop technique atleast 10m above the opponent
Note: May only be taught by Jhin

Meanwhile, Madara stares at the Bijuu, his EMS causing it to freeze up and become unable to move as he stood with his staff formed in his hand.

If it's in incomplete form, it's forced back into normal form and left unable to access his bijuu for 3 turns and if its in complete form, the user gains control over the bijuu, manipulating its movements/actions completely for 2 turns or until the complete form ends (whatever comes first)

Susabi watched as the woman ran forward to begin battling.

And so they begin.

The truth was Susabi wasn't very much concerned with the battle at hand as he hypothesized they would be successful. It took a lot of confidence to run in to fight a tailed beast, especially still afflicted by the Red Fever. He was very much more concerned in how the power will be used. A tailed beast wouldn't go down lightly. Two options were available: capture the weapon and seal it away or enslave the beast and use its power to advance political goals. Susabi had asked Madara directly before he encountered the beast what his intentions were and following how Madara came into power, it was a good guess by the Prince of Knowledge. It was true that a tailed beast on the loose would spell trouble for everyone on the continent and capturing this tailed beast would insure the safety of millions, but at what potential cost? Hopefully, none but despite his minute contact with Madara... It wouldn't end well. For now he would just watch as he mulled over his thoughts.

Madara lowered his hand, having defeated the 1 Tails with ease. The power of his Rinnegan made sure that there would be no further opposition.

Madara turned back towards the others, about to speak to Harley but she too was blasted in the opposite direction of the 1 Tails.

"...hmmm..."

Madara walked towards Susabi who had been standing watching the entire fight.

"Got any way to heal her?"
