It's obviously safe to say that Orochimaru could find a way to come out on top if against Jiraiya, but overall I think it was made clear that Jiraiya was a bit above him with Sage Mode.

It’s also worth noting that part 1 heavily implies that Orochimaru is full leagues above Tsunade and Jiraiya both. That’s a very unreliable scale, but given the fact that Jiraiya was nearly killed by 3 tails, Orochimaru toyed with 4 (without arms), and Orochimaru was seen as an immense threat even without his arms, Orochimaru, by portrayal hype and feats, supersede both his Sannin teammates in terms of pure ability and potential.

Sage Mode Naruto has been considered to be stronger than Jiraya as well by Fukkasaku. Sasuke's Genjutsu won't help him because he can't decipher between the real Naruto and the SC. He couldn't even do it in their final battle as shown in chapter 697 as you can see here

A lot of people seem to forget to mention that Sage Mode almost destroyed Tendo twice before getting pinned in chapter 433 as well.
This is pretty much what Sage Mode Naruto would do to Manda assuming Sasuke gets him to cooperate

Kirin won't help Sasuke either because of these reasons
1. It's a high altitude atk and needs rain for it to work to it's fullest extent, which was shown when facing Itachi who allowed it by the way according ro Obito
2. It's a lightning style jutsu, meaning it can be countered with Sage Art Rasenshuriken because lightning is vunerable to wind.
3. Sage Mode Naruto can tank it head on. Remember, he tanked Tendo's AP head on.
Gamabunta should be able to beat Manda, considering he held his own against Shukaku even before Naruto used the transformation jutsu.

No, Hebi Sasuke can't control all of the toads and Manda at the time with his genjutsu either. Only Rinnegan Sasuke can, which was shown when capturing the Bijuu in Planetary Devestation
It was shown at the time he could only use Genjutsu on 1 shinobi at the time. He won't be able to control them and Manda at the same time because he doesn't have the chakra reserves to do so who would never work with Sasuke willingly.
