Naruto has 3 Boss Toad Summons, no Ma and Pa. He cannot awaken Kuruma past the Sixth Tail. His SM can be awakened instantly, but lasts 10 minutes, one time only.

Based on these fictional abilities, Naruto would win.

Giving Naruto the ability to awaken SM instantly means that when his 10 minutes of SM run out, he just reactivates it. Manda and Aoda can be taken out with FRS. In close combat Naruto still has superior speed and reflexes therefore Sasuke gets battered with multiple Oodama Rasengans until he dies, or Naruto manages to hit him with FRS. On top of that, you gave Naruto ability to go V6 which makes this almost a stomp because nothing in Sasuke's arsenal bar Kirin would hurt him, and he won't last long enough to hit him with Kirin.

Not sure if this matters for your argument or not, but OP specified that Naruto can only activate SM once, so that after the ten minutes are up he won't be able to activate it again. I suppose this is their idea of the price necessary for Pain ARC Naruto to instantly activate SM. Doesn't make any sense, but then again none of this does.

It’s almost as if I didn’t say no Ma & Pa, and as if Summons have ever shown resistance to Sharingan Genjutsu. Although honestly “genjutsu GG” is boring and unimaginative.

Surely chakra disruption can break genjutsu and Sasuke hasn't shown anything to control multiple targets at once .

and SM Naruto had already surpassed both Jiraiya and Minato.

Fukasaku said so, but it was also said in the next arc that KCM Naruto was still behind Minato, so I'm not sure how reliable of a statement that is.
