What's your thoughts on kawakiis backstory

So we know kawakii story is he seems to be raised by a abusive single dad who was sold to jigen to be experimented on with a bunch of other kids.

So I guess it's confirmed he's not a hybrid but like mitsuki he is also genetically engineered but instead with inorganic material making him a human scientific weapon.

I'll say kawakiis backstory is pretty interesting and comes with a lot of mystery not yet revealed. Sasukes backstory motivated him for revenge it doesn't really seem kawakii cares for revenge but his motivations seem to be freedom.

Kawakii isn't as one dimensional as sasuke he's also scarred but he's not always angry and not really a standoffish character he's just not use to regular human interactions. Being with Naruto is the first time he's experiencing a normal family and normal life. Kawakii legitimately doesn't understand using violence to get what he wants is a wrong thing so I appreciate how complex kawakii is as a character. But I don't think he has as impactful backstory as the other antagonists of the series.

Nah it's nothing special, there aren't any mysteries left to explore. Kawaki was brought, experimented on, he survived like Yamato and was modified. He's missed off he was being used and wants to remove the mark to free himself, something will happen (Himawari's death + Hinata's) which'll force him to embrace the power. I think it'll drive both Kawaki and Burt to go rogue they'll differ on how to handle it. Kawaki will blame Naruto(head of ninja) for being responsible for their death and kill him bringing an end to ninja. Naruto2.0(Burt) will appear and try to stop him with his plot armour + ass pulls/handouts, Kawaki will have a change of heart (Obito) then he'll be used as a vessel and be taken over or used to revive the final villian.

Typical and predictable, nothing new here whatsoever. Btw Sasuke wasn't one dimensional he was quite complex and was going through internal conflict of varying degrees.

Also as backstories goes in the series I don't think we really explored being abused by your parents and kawakii pretty much lives the life of a child soldier.

There's not much mystery he was abused by a drunk dad and then became Kara's tool. As for being abused by your parents then Naruto almost broke Boruto's neck not knowing it was a clone. Btw all ninja kids are child soldiers or mercenaries if we're being precise, Kawaki doesn't fit the bill yet.

True pretty much all ninjas are child soldiers but again I don't think we had a character yet who suffered consistent abuse.

Sasuke suffered mental abuse from his father and the from his brother, Naruto suffered mental abuse, Hinata was brutalized by Hanabi Hime and outcasted by Hiashi etc. Getting beaten up by a deadbeat doesn't really show something news as psychological torture is worse.

Kawaki doesn't bring anything new, he's following the Uchiha line, he's in between an Obito/Naruto(a little) and Sasuke, he has nothing(Obito/Naruto) then gains everything(Naruto/Obito/Sasuke) then loses everything(Obito/Sasuke) then gives into hate for the cause of his loss and decides to make the world a better place(the Uchiha Obito/Sasuke) by removing the cause(the ninja).

It's still not done. But until now i like it. He's the first character with a sad/cruel/tortured backstory. I Like Kawaki as a character but not my fave still

He's a much more interesting caracter than Bort will ever be, I'll give you that.

Although it feels somewhat generic, I like his backstory so far, and I'm looking forward to see more of him and less Bort cheerleading.
