Are you kidding me, that would be a big fat wipe. Not even close to balanced. Let's compare:

It took all the sh's almost everything they got to beat one pacifista pre time skip.

It took Sanji 1 kick to defeat one pacifista post skip

It took Sanji a lot more to stay out of the hands of Oven and Daifuku. Oven even took on raid suit Ichiji who is stronger than Sanji.

Both Oven and Daifuku are leagues and leagues away from a regular pacifista.

Besides pre-skip SH's didn't have haki, meaning that fighting Oven would leave them severely burned every time they touch him.
