Anime filler better than the entire manga thus far

Even with the bs rogue ninja route that it’s taking, it’s shaping up to be FAR better than everything that’s been shown in the manga thus far. I’m literally not looking forward to anything from the manga being animated because of how dull and uninteresting its been. Aren’t we like, 2 years into the manga at this point and THIS is where we are?

Btw... I find it funny that, true to Uchiha fashion, Sarada had to go and become a rogue ninja also, the stupid bitch.

Anyway, am I the only one that has this frame of mind in regards to this filler arc being better than the manga in its entirety up to the most recent chapter, despite the fact that we’re two episodes in?

The filler when thought out is quite good, the problem is consistency with character abilities and pulling shit out of the ass for the MC. Sarada vs Buntan she had plenty of chakra for jutsu then mysteriously her reserves vanished by the movie arc.

The other objection I have to the animals filler is it's to Borat focused it's not as if the manganese is Borat D ridefest. They should focus on the other characters and their story instead of involve him where there's no need for him (most of the anime/manga).

Having said that I think it's manyfold better than the shit show that is the manga.

Nothing but facts, bro. The chakra reserves inconsistencies, needlessly weakening side characters, the ass-pulls for the MC and the way they always seem to make Boruto relevant to the other characters’ respective stories are things that should rightfully be condemned. Another thing is the way that they deliberately alter scenes to contrast what was shown in the manga, like the ‘Momoshiki time-stop scene’. But in regards to the current arc, I can only hope they do better.

Yeah, I’m also reading SnK (Attack on Titan), OPM and few other things. At this point, it doesn’t seem like the manga could keep my interest even if they changed artists lol.

No it’s not . Ao/kara/kawaki arcs are better because they have the main villains kara in them . Plus the fights were amazing. Maybe it’s because they are in manga format when they are animated u’ll change your mind

Exactly, the manga is like a huge run-on sentence; It lacks pauses and breaks for characters to develop skills. The only training that I can remember in the manga is Boruto’s Rasengan session with Sauce. The sparring sessions were pointless because nothing new came from them.

The anime has had better bits, but overall I think the mangas a lil better(that’s not saying much). I think the main problem is the expectation doesn’t line up with what we’re getting. The manga wouldn’t be nearly as bad if it was a set of different characters not attached to naruto. Because of naruto we want more character building from characters that should be far more important. Saradas an uchiha, nuff said. Mitsuki is a damn near perfect clone in more ways than one, and he’s been delegated to “cheerleader” status so far, and it goes on. A focused story centrally on how one character saves the world isn’t that bad, nor odd, it’s when you put it where it doesn’t belong is where it gets jarring.

Honestly though they’re reaping what they sow with creating a cash grab
