No they wouldn’t, it’s a genjutsu, like KA except on steroids that preys on your deepest desires.
It’s basically massive siren call.
Naruto vehemently rejected the concept, but if he was caught, he would have been forced into it.
It’s not authentic if it’s a genjutsu just because the victim doesn’t understand what’s happening to them doesn’t make it real.
It’s real to them, maybe but to the ones unaffected, they’re cocooned and brainwashed.
Did you watch matrix?
If you know how the technique works then you would know that it's not true happiness
Madara's vision of infinite tsukuyomi (without the Zetsu transformations) would have been perfect.
You may say, "what fun is life when it's just handed to you", but that is easy for you to say if your life is even moderately decent.
However, tell that to children born into empoverished families in 3rd world nation's and who lose their parents and essentially have no way to really rise up and make their lives any better.
Tell that to people whose entire lives are screwed over by things they can't control! How about those Jews in WWII who were placed in death camps just for being a certain race/religion? What about the kids among those Jews who didn't even have the power or knowledge to try and escape the country or anything like that?
How about those Japanese preschoolers who were just sitting in class one day and then they suddenly got obliterated by atomic bombs (due to being in Hiroshima or Nagasaki during the war)?
What would you tell those people?
You may be fine with telling people to just accept their lot in life, and to just resign to whatever screwovers and suffering comes their way.
However, people like Madara and I don't believe in just taking the pain and resigning to being a loser in life. Problems must be destroyed!
Long live the alternate infinite tsukuyomi (by alternate, I mean Madara's vision of it where you don't die and turn into a Zetsu, and you just live forever in eternal happiness)!
Long live Madara Uchiha!
