2 - or She reached MS level that's why she is has a bad sight and wearing Glasses
maybe it's a hidden surprise from kishi because Females were Fodders in Shippuden

She may not need to wear glasses in the future when she overuses her MS and goes blind then Lord Sasuke blesses her with his old eyes then she will get EMS and not need to wear glasses becuase of Lord Sasuke's perfect eye sight.
