What kind of excuse is that, Naruto trains Sasuke hasn't been shown training. I think Sasuke just looks and seems cooler largely due to his unique jutsu/fighting style. Anyway Rinnegan is stronger than any tailed beast or SM it's only equivalent would be RSM(Rokudo power).

Sasuke doesn’t have Rikudo chakra any more. Nagato did not have rikudo chakra and He was able to use Chibaku Tensei. Sasuke was able to use it because it’s a technique granted By the rinnegan and he has one lol
