I know of nothing. Naruto use up just about all of his Bijuu chakra. Ever since then, he hasn't used his most powerful form or the TSB... That's not a coincidence..

bullcrap...hagoromo stated that naruto would FROM NOW ON be the meeting place of all 9 tailed beast BECAUSE he had their chakra...

now unless kishimoto specifically states that this is no longer the case then naruto hasn't lost a thing...also truth seeking orbs don't regenerate...and if you read the manga then you'd know that

Yea he still had enough chakra to meet with the bijuu but not enough chakra to use ANY jutsu..
TSO was also said to nullify all jutsu.. yea how did that play out.
