Nonsense attire Susanoo is more than enough to deal with him. Anyway Yin Kurama is featless it's like me giving Itachi's feats to Sasuke and viceversa.

Pretty sure kurama's tail rag-dolled madara's susano which is by feats stronger than sasuke. Minato won't even need TBB if PS is taken out of the equation. And attire susano? Is that a thing without kurama? I though you were talking about feats.

Nice fanfic mate the Susanoo that was ragdolled was a lesser Susanoo and it wasn't just Kurama rather all the tailed beasts. It was also a Susanoo made without eyes which I can't say for sire is equal to or as strong as one with eyes. Anyway Yin Kurama is featless in this regard as is Minato. Attire Susanoo is a construct of Sasuke's not Kurama's he chose to wrap Kurama in it.
@bold 1, it was just kurama. Naruto smashed him and then gaara tried to seal him, which he broke through.

It wasn't just Kurama it was Naruto, Minato isn't Naruto(an incarnate) and neither does Yin Kurama possess the same feats.

Not really double standards, Kurama's feats are independant of Susanoo as are Susanoo's independant of it except in combination attacks. Attire Susanoo turned Kurama's fodder defence into a real defence, attire Susanoo can also tank beast balls amongst other skills. Lol shut the **** up. Sasuke doesnt surpass Minatos speed until he got rinnegan. Anything before that Minato rapes him.
To everyone else, sasuke doesn't have PS unless he either gets boosted by narutos chakra or until he gets rinnegan.

What feat put Minato above Sasuke in terms of physical speed?
FTG feats don't count as physical. And before you claim he traversed the Hokage Mountain to save Kushina, let me remind you, he placed an FTG Mark in her abdomen prior.

@bold: that's not true, you know that right? tKurama's chakra would boost the strength of an existing skills not grant you a new one or an upgrade. So Hinata has air palm Kurama cloak amped it's strength she didn't gain a new ability, Nara shadow binding etc all the same just stronger.

BM Naruto is a high diff win for Sasuke, BSM is a high diff win for Naruto. That should be common knowledge at this point.
OT: At this level of combat, FTG isn't as helpful unless he can tag Sasuke and put it on his body, which I highly doubt he could given MS Sasuke reacted to V2 Ay, without the added distance of his sword. I also doubt that Minato can keep up his avatar for as long as Naruto, and really, if he were superior to BM Naruto, he would have been a larger asset in the war, instead, he was around as helpful as Tobirama, and was only truly useful for FTG feints. Is this is Sasuke with his Psuedo PS, he high-difs.
Basically, if Minato can tag him with FTG, its over for Sasuke. If not, its a game of BM Naruto w Less Stamina and No Rasenshuriken, and thats a win in Sasuke's favor. Minato is also not a perfect jin, contrary to popular belief. The only time he has shown control over Kurama was in the war, when Kurama was working for his own, and Naruto's benefit. There's not even anything to suggest he would be so helpful to Minato otherwise, which would result in instant genjutsu.

Rinnegan doesn't enhance your body. Any War Arc Sasuke, after gaining 'Choku Tomoe' EMS is faster than Minato physically.

SoSP chakra enhances your body. He got both rinnegan and sosp chakra at the same time. Which the only time sasuke becomes faster than the likes of minato.

Nothing suggests the chakra he received augmented his bodily ability, but even so, EMS Sasuke kept up with BSM Naruto and Juubito, both of whom are faster physically than Minato. Even if he were to be substansially slower, the fact that he has EMS is going to still make it near impossible for Minato to tag him, and eventually, it’s going to escalate into an avatar battle, where speed is negligible.

Boosting the capabilities of his susanoo(durability, movement speed etc) far beyond what he could ever dream of on his own. So while a sasuke being juiced up by naruto minato and joogo equals bsm naruto in speed, sasuke on his own does not. In fact even putting him at bm naruto speed would be generosity on my part.

If pure chakra quality enhanced your speed, then Uzumakis, Senjus, and Uchihas would all naturally be much faster than others. The transformations you named have been explicitly explained to be modes that the chakra is used to enhance the body.
Effective combat vs keeping up with Obito aren’t the same thing. The fact that they consistently clashed with him as opposed to him dodging them constantly means they kept up with him speedwise. The same way Sasuke ‘kept up’ with Ay at the kage summit, albeit not being of Ay’s speed.
Sasuke was augmented by Jugo, arguably Naruto throughout the battle, not Minato. And Naruto’s cloak didn’t show to make anyone substantially faster, only to add to the amount of chakra they had, and the intensity of their attacks. Given your own argument about chakra quality, it couldn’t have made Sasuke faster, as he is noted to have higher quality chakra than Kuruma. Only Jugo’s ability could have sped Sasuke up, and his Susanoo was the only thing Jugo added his Chakra to, not Sasuke’s body, still leading Sasuke to retain his physical feats, and the purpose of Jugo’s enhancement was to make his attacks effective, not to speed him up.
It’s arguable whether or not adding sage chakra to a Susanoo would even speed it up, being it isn’t a person with physical limits, it essentially moves as quickly as Sasuke can react and perceive it to, (see Itachi’s Kirin blocking feat). He is easily BM Naruto’s avatar speed, which is more than enough to dodge TBB, which is Minato’s only possible way to break Susanoo.
Either way, A faster but weaker BM Naruto isn’t beating EMS Sasuke. And this is with me conceding any concept of his PS, which, with it he absolutely rapes.

Its an avatar made up of chakra, therefore logically its abilities would be dependant on the its users chakra. In sasuke's case his chakra was boosted by 3 people.
itachi didn't react to lightning, he reacted to sasuke's hand(since sasuke was kind enough to explain to him how kirin works prior to using it.

At the time of Naruto giving out his first round of chakra cloaks, Sasuke was not present in the war, he only received the second round of cloaks.
At this point you’re passing your opinions as fact. Even when the cloak disappeared, Sasuke retained his abilities. Even when Jugo disappeared, he retained his abilities. Either way, a Sasuke who tracked Obito and was paralleled w BSM Naruto is not losing this fight, and the speed of their avatars will not differ, especially since apparently the speed of a chakra avatar is reliant on chakra strength, and Sasuke’s is much stronger than Minato’s.
Without Rasenshuriken he isn’t breaking or even hitting Sasuke’s Susanoo without taking a beating. And if Sasuke has PS, Minato can say hello to a stomp.
