Did Kishi Job Sasuke?

Looking at Sasuke's fights in the series, Kishi didn't do our boy justice.

Sasuke vs Haku - Jobbed to give Naruto a big moment.

Sasuke vs Orochimaru - Jobbed to show Oro's power.

Sasuke vs Yoroi - A win, but Yoroi was a fodder.

Sasuke vs Gaara - Jobbed to hype Shukaku Gaara and give Naruto the W.

Sasuke vs Sound 4 - Jobbed to hype the Sound 4 and Curse Mark Level 2.

Sasuke vs Naruto - Naruto takes this loss, but Kishi made it so that Naruto didn't want to kill Sasuke. As a way for Naruto to throw the fight. Legit win for Sauce.

Sasuke vs Naruto, Sai, Sakura and Yamato - Chidori Current punishes and Yamato gets clowned. Sai performed the best here. Too bad Chidori Current never made an appearance after this.

Sasuke vs Oro Round 2: Sasuke attacks Oro on his death bed and recites to Karin that he only won because Oro was so weak.

Sasuke vs Deidara: Sasuke's best fight. Gen, Nin, Ken, and Taijutsu executed by Sasuke. Deidara made Sasuke work for his victory.

Sasuke vs Itachi: A good display by Sasuke, tainted by Obito and Black Zetsu revealing that Itachi was nerfed by a (still) unnamed illness. Kishi made Itachi too OP and had to job him to make Sasuke the winner.

Sasuke vs Bee: Sasuke and Taka get clowned by Bee multiple times.

Sasuke vs Raikage: Sasuke gets the phuck knocked out of him and resorts to power camping Susanno and Enton to stay alive.

Sasuke vs the Sand Siblings, Mei + Chojuro and Ohnoki: More power camping Susanno, more quick heals from Karin and a rescue by Obito to avoid Jinton.

Sasuke vs Danzo: Sasuke power camps again, spams MS jutsus and still ends up fatally stabbed in the chest. Sasuke was 17 going up against a 72 year old man. Added bonus, Sasuke went blind for his trouble after this fight.


After Danzo, Sasuke would have no victories to his name.

Sasuke and Itachi vs Kabuto: Edo Itachi does the bulk of the fighting against Kabuto, all while protecting Sasuke. Sasuke who camps again and seemingly has nothing to contribute against the dragon sage. #HailItachi-Niisan


Sasuke took another blade to the chest from Madara.

Sasuke was useless against Kaguya.

Sasuke lost in his second fight against Naruto.

Sasuke should've closed on Shin Sr, but Shin's clones are the ones who killed him.

Sasuke couldn't beat Kinshiki.

It would be Boruto and Naruto who sent Momoshiki into orbit.

When you compare all the wins Naruto racked up during the war arc and beyond. You have to wonder what Kishi was trying to accomplish with Sasuke.

It makes you wonder if Sasuke is that powerful if he has chakra that drains after just going to some dimensions.

.....And needs help from the likes of Chojuro.

Sometimes I think Sasuke is that kind of fighter that is indeed skilled and can pull some amazing moves, but when it comes down to the important things he always get in trouble.

Kishi job was to make Sasuke powerful enough to realize he can make great change. Not powerful enough to make him do it on his own so he knows he needs help and thus humbling himself so he can learn the lesson of the manga which is the power of friendship trumps all. Sasuke was handicapped thru most of his fights in the first place

Im not really sure about that, but most of what you wrote back there is false. For example against Raikage - just because he camped Susano'o doesnt mean anything and MS ruined his fighting style and only relied on susano'o and MS abilities.
