(Jūken: Hakkeshou Kaiten) - Gentle Fist: Eight Trigrams Palm Revolving Heaven
Type: Defensive/Offensive
Rank: D-S
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 10-40
Damage: 20-80
Description: A maneuver that obliges advanced chakra control—achieved via training in the Gentle Fist style—to release varied amounts of chakra from all of the user's 361 tenketsu, simultaneously. And in the midst of doing so, the user proceeds to rapidly spin and thereby, form a rotating shield of chakra with their own person at the epicenter. This functions as a defense to compensate for the Byakugan's blind spot as the released chakra blocks everything in a true 360° range and is able to send those struck by it careening back.
Note: D to C-rank is short-range while each rank thereafter will increase the diameter by 5 meters.
(Jūken: Chou) - Gentle Fist: Block
Type: Defensive
Rank: B
Range: Short
Chakra: 20
Damage: N/A (+10 if the opponent makes direct contact)
Description: The user exerts chakra from several tenketsu from a single part of their body, this chakra is gathered roughly ten centimeters away from the user's skin and forms a small shield of chakra, no bigger than twice the size of an average palm conveniently useable as a way to block tai/kenjutsu attacks(upto B-Rank) but is weak to elemental techniques as it's merely raw chakra which does not require advanced chakra manipulation. If the opponent makes physical contact with the shield they will suffer slight damage across the part of their skin which connected with it. The shield itself is no bigger than twice the size of an average palm and can block Tai/Kenjutsu attacks up to B-Rank as well as Elemental attacks up to C-Rank within reason.
Note: Useable five times per event

(Jūken: Hakkeshou Kuuten) - Gentle Fist: Eight Trigrams Palm Grating Heaven
Type: Offensive/Defensive
Rank: B-S
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 20-40
Damage: 40-80
Description: A variant of Eight Trigrams Palm Revolving Heaven whereby the user follows the same process but also shapes the outputted chakra into razor sharp blades. Ergo, those struck by it are not repelled by concussive force but are instead subjected to being reduced to small shreds by coming into contact with what is akin to a giant revolving grater.
Note: B-rank is short-range while each rank thereafter increase the range by one level.
(Jūken: Ichigekimi) - Gentle Fist: One blow Body
Type: Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description: A technique born from the Hyuga clan's intrinsic ability to expel chakra from every tenketsu on their body, a clan member can hit their opponent with a blast of chakra that will send them flying away from the user. It was also shown that this technique can be used with pin-point accuracy to target the weak point of a technique exemplified when Neji Hyūga was trapped by Kisame Hoshigaki's Water Prison Technique, and was able to dispel it.
Now about these techs, you'd think they'd all be weak against elemental chakra—WELL YOU'D BE WRONG!
So Palm Revolving and Grating Heaven are on par with elemental chakra because the chakra here is reinforced with shape manipulation. Additionally, they both, along with One Blow Body, count as a full body surge, so it's an effective tool to use dispel genjutsu while maintaining a protective defense. The other techs you listed will go over now actually.
Now I want to go over "ranged" attacks. These ones use chakra and expel it out further. Or, they use chakra to compress air and release it as a wave. These attacks may confuse people into thinking they're moving into "Nin" territory, but they're still classified as Tai. Now, we'll just reference the ones you posted. Vacuum Palm and Soul Binding Circle. The first is fundamentally a ranged version of the standard Gentle Fist techs. Since it's from a distance and uses a compressed wind tunnel that's about the size of your palm, it's accuracy on internal damage is about the same as the standard Gentle Fist ones, being able to harm inner organs still, but not actually affect the chakra network as effectively as the 8 Trigrams. The second one has you release the chakra from your feet, but this time the chakra release a ring like wave of chakra out from the point of contact to mid range. The chakra ring goes out to mid range and since it's chakra, is intangible and can go through water and earth alike. Like other gentle fist techs, it attacks the inner organs and in this case paralyzes the muscles in the person's legs for a bit. Ideally, you can just kick the person in the stomach directly and release the wave right next to him and damage more.
Any questions on those two?
(Jūho: Tamashii Baindingu Saakuru) - Gentle Step: Soul Binding Circle
Type: Offensive
Rank: B
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 20
Damage: 40
Description: The user channels chakra into one of their feet. Once they do, they will quickly stomp the ground and in the same motion, release a wave of chakra that quickly travels above ground surface. More specifically, the chakra manifests as a white omnidirectional ring that, upon contact with an enemy's body, the chakra will briefly paralyze their feet. It is similar to Palm Heel Strike, insofar as it causes one's muscles to be slightly damaged. This can also be applied through a kick, should it connect with the target, and forces the user's chakra into a specific bodily area with even more potent effects. The attack, itself, lacks tangible properties and ergo, phases through physical techniques (e.g., Earth and Water) without being hindered.
Note: Each application is useable only twice per battle.
Note: Paralysis lasts one or two turns—first and second applications, respectively.

(Hakke Kūshō) Eight Trigrams Vacuum Palm
Type: Offensive
Rank: A/S
Range: Short-Mid/Short-Long
Chakra: 30-40
Damage: 60-80
Description: The user precisely pinpoints the enemy's vital points with the Byakugan and releases a high-speed palm thrust. A "vacuum shell" compressed using the Gentle Fist style is formed to attack the opponent's organs and soft tissue from a distance, blowing them off their feet with tremendous force before they even notice they were hit. In order to attain more power and range (S-rank) then a variation of this, Eight Trigrams Vacuum Palm Wall, necessitates that both hands are used. In this case, a more potent wave of compressed chakra is released with great force from both palms, simultaneously. And the result from this can be increased damage to not only the foe's targeted organs and soft tissue but also their hard tissue (e.g., bones). Of course, this variation has sufficient force to send a foe careening as far as five meters.
The only question I have is with Vacuum Palm. The compressed air is something like a lesser version of Daytime tiger or Konoha Ryujin right? So does it play on terms with elements equally or is it weaker than elements.

With the bad news out of the way! Advanced Shape Manipulation Time! These one are on par with elements. So far, the only ones from our canon list involve coating around the hands, but that's not to say you wouldn't be able to do advanced shape coating on other parts of your body. These ones are just like any other Tai techs you'd expect, which means you're still limited in damage by actually needing to hit the person, so if they can avoid your punches, it doesn't help much. Why don't you analyze these two advanced shape manipulation techs and ask any questions.
(Hakuro Tenbu) – Heavens Dance of Hazy White
Type: Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description: The user begins by coating one of their hands with dense chakra and so much so that the chosen hand turns white in color. They then proceed to take several swipes at the opponent and conclude their assault by clapping their hands. The resulting clap has the formally dense chakra expand outwards with concussive force that follows a conical blast radius. Prior to this clap, the several swipes are on par with elemental techniques of the same rank.
Jūken: Jūho Sōshiken) - Gentle Fist: Gentle Step Twin Lion Fists
Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 20
Damage: 40 (+20 to Taijutsu/+30 to Gentle Fist)
Description: The user exudes chakra from both hands and by utilizing advanced chakra control, mold the chakra into a form highly reminiscent of large guardian lion-shaped shrouds to greatly increase both the range and destructive power of their taijutsu. These lion-shaped shrouds are able drain the chakra network of those they touch and can be used in conjunction with any of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms variants, increasing the damage by 30 while sacrificing the ability to limit chakra usage. But that being said, it is quite difficult to achieve this move and even a minute error with regards to chakra control will result in failure.
Note: Lasts up to three turns per use and has a three-turn cooldown.

Despite having to be short range, Hazy White is nice for deflecting elemental techniques as an unorthodox usage.
Twin Lion Fists is that good stuff. Increasing overall damage of Gentle Fist techniques. Pretty straight forward.
My only question is "These lion-shaped shrouds are able drain the chakra network of those they touch". How much chakra we talking here?

Being totally honest, I'm not sure, but I will get back to you on that. What you do want to know though is that on top of adding +30 to your Eight Trigram techs (including Vacuum Palm) the techs themselves are now considered on par with elements. So the A-Rank Vacuum Palm (60 DMG) tech that is not on par with elements becomes on par with elements and equal to 90 DMG.
Consider writing all your customs as "Eight Trigrams" z.z
