I think he will choose luffy for story purpose

Making admirals go to wano where big mom and kaido will be as well as luffy

Im probably knows that Shirahoshi is the Ancient Weapon Poseidon, also he/she has realized that Luffy and Blackbeard are MAJOR threats, or atleast are going to be.
But I found it very interesting that Im kept the picture of Vivi. Perhaps Vivi is the one who will be "cleansed" because the Nefertari are "traitors".
If the WG starts messing with Shirahoshi and Vivi then the Strawhats are gonna get involved.

They said even if rescued they can't turn him back or something completely, so if anything... I think if they take Kuma back they'll end him so no one can use or abuse him or something like that, and if they don't rescue him then he will just Continue to be a dog and a powerful asset and guardian to the nobles

I think besides his history and being rescue or not we won't see him anymore

Maybe Vegapunk or Germa 66 can do something about it and genetically engineer the human parts that matter.
