We all know Itachi's Totsuka seals anything it pierces and Yata blocks everything which is why BZ called him invincible. What would happen if Itachi used Totsuka against Yata?

The Answer is TB won't be negated by YT because being impervious to defense/reflection/property altercation. They clash, the world obliterates, from limitless force/energy generated because of the paradox. YT's Property Alteration cannot injure TB, it's invincible faced against it's attack.
