Well I think it is since if not, we can mistake some events in the future that does not go with the main plot.
But It is cool the anime though.
I see what you're saying. However, what I'm saying is:
Wouldn't it be better if we just looked at the anime's plot as being the anime's plot, and the manga's plot as being the manga's plot instead of looking at them as both having to follow one hard set in stone course?
Like with DBS, can't we just accept them as similar yet separate continuities (ie. Boruto anime is canon to Boruto anime, and Boruto manga is canon to Boruto manga)?
The concept of canon and filler just really don't work as well with monthly mangas like this one as they do with weekly ones like Naruto.
Like seriously:
Every monthly manga that I have read has had its anime counterpart have major divergences from the manga and if you think about it, there are several logical reasons why this would be the case (my phone is on low power, so I won't go into detail right now).
