Because he tried to do same with Madara and Sasuke was never a simple minded guy like Naruto so it was not much shocking to him.

I admit that it's odd he didn't bother trying to get Sasuke to turncoat again or give him some speech though. The guy must've told Naruto a novel worth of words of why he should give into despair yet not a single vowel for Sasuke.

Obito gave Sasuke EMS and told multiple people that he intended to use Sasuke against Naruto and that he planned to sync Sasuke up with the Gedo Mazo.

These aren't the plans of a man using a rat. Obito had real plans, but Kishi threw them out the window.

I find odd that he never gave Sasuke a speech on his part in the Uchiha Massacre.

He didn't feel remorse from killing them or the last one.

By the time obito assisted in killing the clan he had already forsaken his ties and whatnot to the current ninja world. That’s why he didn’t give a shit about the uchiha or keeping the clan around and fixing things. He no longer cared what happened to anyone as long as the IT plan was accomplished
