Why Obito didn't care much Sasuke betrayed him?

By the time obito assisted in killing the clan he had already forsaken his ties and whatnot to the current ninja world. That’s why he didn’t give a shit about the uchiha or keeping the clan around and fixing things. He no longer cared what happened to anyone as long as the IT plan was accomplished

Didn't Madara feel the same? Why he felt more perplexed than Obito that Sasuke didn't want to work with him?

Another characteristc from Obito shows: he didn't have much pride in being Uchiha or took it somehow lightly.
He didn't feel remorse from killing them or the last one.

He simply stopped caring as long as his goal to cast IT on the world was fulfilled. He was under the delusion that he'll get back all he had lost with IT's genjutsu.

But still I think he was conflicted deep down even after he changed into Tobi.

I find odd that he never gave Sasuke a speech on his part in the Uchiha Massacre.

Yeah Sasuke was a lot like him who was awakened the Rinnegan in which Tobi was only able to stop at Six Path Powers. On top of that Sasuke had good judgment skills and he was a lot more straight forward with his approach towards his enemies which Madara wanted from Tobi/Obito.

What Madara didn't know is that Sasuke will easily backstab him like anybody else.

Not necessarily. Mads was forsaken by the clan itself, not the other way around. Madara still loved the uchiha, which is why I think he was a bit disappointed that the only other uchiha besides himself that awakened ems wouldn’t join him

That's very true. I notice the same time Obito was implanted with senju tissues was the exact same age that Orochimaru implanted Jugo's Sage Transformation (Curse Seal).
If Sasuke swaps places with Obito in that situation, it would be very interesting to see Sasuke's Six path power or the next step the Rinnegan.

Obito really didn’t care for Sasuke anymore after he got back the Rinnegan; he said that he was going to turn Sasuke over to Kabuto afterwards anyway.

At that point he got what he needed so he didn't care about anything else. Plus sasuke previously has outright told him to his face that they are not comrades and has even gone as far as attacking him with chidori. So obito must have known sasuke has never actually liked him or trusted him so the betrayal wouldn't have come as a surprise. Sasuke never gave a damn about obito or any of his goals, he (sasuke) always acted in his own interest and this is something obito would have considered
