In the novel Sakura deflected beast balls via Byakugou. It's understable how op the Yin seal is considering Sakura was able to resist the TSB Rods of double Rinnegan SM JJ Madara. Who knows we may get future exploration on the technique and it's potential.

Tsunade and Madara have amazing reaction feats.

Remember Mabui used a transportation technique on Tsunade which transports objects with the speed of light. So basically as soon as tsunade arrived she realized someone rushed towards her and proceeded to attack ASAP.
Meanwhile Someone else just got teleported infront of Madara and he still reacted to it.
Madara and Tsunade have amazing reaction feats

The lies you tell, evidence to support this. Tsunade was one of the strongest people Madara have ever face, he even boosted about how she was stronger than the raikage, after being thrilled to face a lightening cloak user.

Yep she was stronger than the Raikage, Hashiramas Taijutsu was way above that.
