In the novel Sakura deflected beast balls via Byakugou. It's understable how op the Yin seal is considering Sakura was able to resist the TSB Rods of double Rinnegan SM JJ Madara. Who knows we may get future exploration on the technique and it's potential.

Tsunade and Madara have amazing reaction feats.

Remember Mabui used a transportation technique on Tsunade which transports objects with the speed of light. So basically as soon as tsunade arrived she realized someone rushed towards her and proceeded to attack ASAP.

Meanwhile Someone else just got teleported infront of Madara and he still reacted to it.
