Personality: He is a very clever chunin and is considered the next Hiruzen by many.But he has a very laid back personality but at the same time he is very kind and helpful.He admires Iruka Sensei who took care of him like a big brother when he was in the academy as his parents had died as shinobis protecting their land.He likes to play shogi a game that shikamaru his Sensei taught him and he is even able to beat Shikamaru.Overall he is a laid back but a clever and kind person who cares about his fellow shinobi and wants to restore peace to the shinobi world.

Background Info.
History: The Birth of a Genius arc
He grew up without a Father which it was painful for him as he grew up but Iruka and the friends he made finished his loneliness. Iruka took care of him and because of that Keimyou looks up to Iruka as his Father.So one day he was sitting near a marijuana field and was talking loud saying what can he do to make people acknowledge him...then suddenly from a bush a man of about 50 smoking a joint appeared ..keimyou was surprised because he was standing exactly before him and he hadnt felt his presence before so he asked the man what his name was so the old man replied that he was the legendary sage Faust ...he told keimyo that to protect his comrades and village the best he can do is become a shinobi and then he can be a hokage and then everyone will acknowledge him...and saying this he ruffles his hair and vanished back with a poof of smoke into the marijuana field ...Keimyou was inspired and decided at the age of four that he will be a shinobi like most of the members of his clan and will make everyone acknowledge him.He decided that his ninja way (nindo) will be that no matter what happens he will look after his village and comrades with his own life and when he told Iruka about it Iruka told him that the will of fire burns in him.
The Academy arc
So now Keimyou entered the academy and in a few days he showed his talent in all the 3 ninja arts.Iruka sensei while talking to Shikamaru told him that keimyou was a genious and has mastered basic gennin level Nin,tai and genjutsu in merely 1 month and he will maybe one day be able to surpass Hiruzen sarutobi (The god of shinobis).Keimyo constantly improved his skill in the ninja arts excelling in all the ninja arts and since there was nothing to teach him after six months Iruka sensei .So now it was asked of keimyou that what does he wants to excel in so he said *train me in every ninja art so i can be strong enough to be hokage and protect my village and comrades and then bring everlasting peace to the shinobi land*.So after 6 months of training he became a gennin at 10 and had accomplished the best training a gennin can expect and excelled in all the ninja arts moving forward to becoming a great shinobi and uniting the shinobi land into one peaceful world.
The Formation of Team 14 arc
Keimyou was teamed up with Toruna Kaguya and Kushan Hyuga.Toruna always had a menacing look on his face and wished to kill everyone he was the son of ukasake kaguya who when he was born was sent to the leaf by her mother to protect him from his clans suicide plans.Toruna when was born possesed an extremely rare form of Shikotsumyaku in which the bone protects the body from harm on its own accord (like gaara's sand) but when he was just born the ability went out of control and he killed his own parents.From then on Toruna was considered a monster and people kept from him this lead him to believe that there is no one for him to protect and look after so he decided that then he will gain power and kill everyone to prove his existance .Kushan was the black sheep of hyuga clan.But he is very loyal and seems to admire Keimyou and he doesnt gets great along with Toruna.His Byakugan ;can at this time see for about 100 metres.He is a good natured and hyperactive (like lee) and wants to beat Toruna in a battle.Team 14s sensei is----Shikamaru Nara.Shikamaru likes his team but thinks that Toruna would be a drag when he gets strong.He likes the enthusiasm of Kushan.He believes that keimyou will change the ninja world and help naruto in his struggle for peace.Keimyou is happy that he has got 2 new friends;he likes Kushan but Toruma gives him the chills.So team 14 was found.
