If he was physically tougher than Lord Sasuke, why was he given Kurama plus sage mode plus rikoudo sage mode that increases his physical strength?

Sasuke. He was always better at visualizing and hand-to-hand combat than Naruto. Without Sage mode, Naruto's movements are too straightforward, even without Sharingan, Sasuke could read them.

The fact about Sasuke is that he depended on his Sharingan precog since he was 12 .... It's in his fight style now .... Also , Pure Taijutsu means that he can't use lightning to increase his speed ....
On the other hand , Naruto learned SM since he was 16 ... His taijutsu is not dependent to SM and other modes ...

literally is the body and also he couldn't use his chakra properly in Part 1 so he mainly just trained taijutsu so he can get around.

Why the heck are the wankers talking about chakra? I mean Sasuke doesn't even do hand to hand combat. He is more kenjutsu than taijutsu. TF?

His affinity with chakra made him rely more on ninjutsu and that's why he is a prodigy unlike Naruto with Kurama messing around and stopping him from ever using any if he could.
This explains his dependency on his shadow clones as the only thing he can do is beat up the guy with overwhelming numbers.
Another fact that Naruto only uses Rasengan because he can't properly use any other jutsus.

Sasuke has a plethora of jutsus in his arsenal. He uses all of them before resorting to use taijutsu. He is the Yin, the one with the chakra affinity not body.
