Zora was walking on a field of grass when she spotted a red dressed man. He was quite sexy she thought and wondered if she could win him over by challenging him in a duel. Or she'd be dead.. z.z'..

She would spawn two invisible typhoon clones on her sides, one on her left and one on her right as she walked slowly towards the man while infusing his mind with her Yamanaka chakra. The ability would make him drop down like a suffocating fish as the tormenting migraine and loss of senses would kick in. Seizing the moment one of Zora's clones would perform some handseals and summon a gigantic typhoon that would sweep away the tormented sexyness into heaven.

Description: The user summons up to four shadow-clones that are made up by taiton chakra. As the jutsu itself is of B-rank, anything that B-rank taiton can handle, these clones can handle. Another unique feature to these clones are that they can turn invisible(passively) due to being made by the advanced element based on wind. Wind can refract light and make it unable for anyone to see the clones unless chakra sensing or dojutsu is used.

(Shintendou no Jutsu) – Mind Body Confusion Technique

Description: This technique causes damage to all foes on the battlefield as well as confuses the main target. This is unique technique within the Yamanaka as it deals with causing mental damage as opposed to actually controlling another's body or will. This technique can be directed at multiple targets though the power would be divided among them. The damage translates into a blaring migraine that causes opponent's minds senses to become fuzzy affecting their ability to react to movements (negating chakra based sensory and heightened base 5 senses) and perform techniques (Above S-rank or A-rank depending on the rank of the technique). When performing this technique, however, Yamanaka are limited to performing only A-rank techniques and below. As well, the more targets under this technique's effects, the stronger, the shorter the duration of the technique. Against one person the technique lasts 3 turns. For every target double the number, the turn duration decreases by 1 meaning this technique can be cast on a maximum of 4 people at any given time.
Note: This technique can only be performed 4 times per battle with a cool down of 3 turns in between each use. S-rank usage of this technique can only be performed twice

( Taiton: Kyōfū Reppa ) - Typhoon Release: Consecutive Bursting Strong Winds

...Was the only word uttered from Alucards mouth as he looked at the man infront of him. Not withstanding having another humiliating victory like his last one, Alucard would start off by performing performing a fast sequence of handseals and utilise his lightning chakra to create a blinding flash of light that would emit from his body. He'd then follow up with another handseal, casting a direct genjutsu upon his opponent that would cast him into a world of absolute darkness. Not knowing if he would been in an illusion this would cause the man to lose his vision for a long time. Alucard then moved from his spot, about 5 meters back increasing his distance to long range. He'd end his turn by performing three handseals and focus his suiton chakra into small parasitic creatures that would drill themselves underground and scatter around. All heading towards the guy infront of them. Once the parasites would reach their destination, they would crawl up his legs while starting to eat their way inside his flesh, causing internal bleeding, suffocation and severe pain.

Note: Can follow with any Genjutsu the user knows up to A-Rank but needs to have mastered Genjutsu. The user will need to effectively spend two moves, performing both the Lightning Illusion and the Genjutsu; the first only serves as a cover to place the second unnoticed

Teth, the Son of Rames II the high esteemed god of Egypt being challenged by a mere mortal whose life held no importance and value. Adam is disgusted by the mere sight of the oddly dressed human and would waste no time in snuffing out his life like he was an insect. What can a human do to hurt a demigod? Even if he tried, his fate was sealed from the beginning. Teth would be ready for man to start things off, that would be the only favour he could issue before the man meets his end in a second. A strong bright light would emanate from the man's body outwards in an omnidirectional fashion which temporarily blinds the prodigy causing him to instinctively cover his eyes with his arm and prevent the light from entering his eyes but then something extremely odd and different occurred. Teth notices that he didn't even close his eyes but now his sight has seemingly betrayed him, physically nothing was wrong and it just seemed like the bright light from earlier just disappeared into thin air. Logically this wasn't possible, even the gods couldn't suddenly turn day into night without some sort of charade and drama besides Adam recognizes the light technique from earlier to be a lightning technique which is normally followed up with an illusion ; a fact known to him due to his versatility in the element workings after being famed a prodigy. With these thoughts, Teth could easily discern that an illusion was in play, after all these mortals preferred playing mind games with him whenever they conflicted. To clear his mind of this vermin's chakra, he would utilize his XIX-th order by pulsing the chakra needed to activate his
lightning armour through out every point of his body and activates his exceptional armour (Level 2) while also dispelling the illusion with ease as he dashes towards the man's last known location in a swift burst of raw speed. As he moves past the man's last known location, he would see him in his filthy attempt to retreat into long range, with a simple dash which covers up the distance between them in the blink of an eye...with the same momentum from the speed burst, Teth unleashes a powerful lateral kick aiming at the vermin's head using his extreme strength, he smashes Alucard head first into the ground while screaming "KONOHA!! DAISENKŌ!!!" - an action followed by a loud bang and a devastating force enough to shatter the whole of short range upon impact.

Sandaime' Torikeshi funōna chūmon XIX - Sandaime' Irrevocable Order XIX

Description: A technique created to remove the Sandaime's vulnerability to illusions and provide
him with a suitable counter to such devious techs.
This can be performed in two ways, the first being
when the user has his lightning armor active and
gets stuck in an illusion, he would stall the chakra
for the armour to build up ending the armour in an
instant after which he pulses it through every
chakra point present in his body releasing the
stalled chakra outwards effectively bringing the
armour back to life and the illusion dispelled. This
can be related to the reving of an engine for a
while before taking off at the same burst. Another
usage is when the user doesn't have his armour
on, he could attain a double effect with this by
dispelling an illusion and activating his armour too.
By pulsing the chakra needed to activate his
lightning armour through out every point of his
body, the user surges said chakra and activates
his armour while also dispelling the illusion.
✘ Can only be used once every two turns and can only be used as S rank release twice per battle and not in consecutive turns.

(Raiton Chakura Mōdo) - Lightning Chakra Armor [REFERENCE]

Description: The user wraps their body in a layer of
lightning chakra which, instead of being used
offensively, is used to electrically stimulate their
nervous system. The technique speeds up neural
synapses reaction time, and pushes physical
prowess to the absolute limit allowing for
tremendous raw speed. The technique has different
levels of activation each visibly depicted by the
users hair which stands up when the technique is
activated to the fullest. The higher the level, the
higher the speed the user can achieve. This mode,
combined with taijutsu, allows the users to utilize
nintaijutsu. When using the armor at full power, it
causes the tips of A's hair to spike up and his
reflexes are said to be comparable to those of
Konoha's Yellow Flash, making it difficult even for
the Sharingan to keep up with him. Despite the
large quantity of chakra it releases and uses up,
the armor doesn't damage enemies who touch it,
leaving the user able to interact with those around,
allies or enemies as well as tools, weapons, etc.
Level One: The base activation of the mode, the
user's speed doubles and he gains a x2 speed
boost. His Taijutsu increases as well, by +20
damage. This state can last up to 4 turns.
Level Two: The most commonly used state and the one generally referred to, this activation causes the user's hair to slightly raise upwards as his speed increases x3 speed. This likewise increase his strength +10 more than level one. This state can only last 3 turns max each usage.
Level Three: The highest level of the Lightning
Chakra Armor, the user uses this state to increase
his reactions and speed to the max, gaining a x4
speed boost and a +40 damage boost to Taijutsu.
The users speed increases to a point where only
the highest Gates, Jinchuriki modes and instant
techniques outstrip the user in terms of speed,
appearing as a blur to most targets. This state
however, only lasts 2 turns, after which the mode
in it's entirety cannot be accessed for at least 4
turns.
Note: Level Two can only be used three times max
each event and Level Three can only be used twice, during which only Taijutsu and Lightning may be used exclusively.

(Chiratsuki Kaihi/Undō) Flicker Evasion/

Description: Using the amazing abilities of the
Lightning Armor technique, both the 3rd and 4th
Raikages are able to move at insanely high speeds
to dodge or evade incoming attacks, even those
that would normally be unavoidable such as
Amaterasu. This fast movement can also be used
in conjunction with a Taijutsu move, including their
own signature Lightning based Nintaijutsu moves,
to use the momentum one can gather and add
even more damage if the move allows it. The
technique also alows the user to move in more
elaborate patterns that one would think, although
following a more or less linear path. The only
weakness of this technique is that, since its purely
fast and enhanced movement, you cannot use it in
all battle grounds but only those that would
otherwise enable its use. Not only that but
although the user moves fast, he is still trackable
by high Doujutsu users (3T, Byakugan and
Rinnegan), Sensors and EIG Masters. This doesn't
mean the opponent can react (that depends on his
speed, mastery of taijutsu and techniques used)
but rather that he can perceive the attack.
Note: Only useable once per turn by Third and
Fourth Raikage bios with their Lightning Chakra Armor active.

(Konoha Daisenkō) - Leaf Great Flash

Imma have to question this move on three points.
1. You're performing 4 moves, i didn't read any of these moves are passive.
2. You're breaking the TL, my lightning comes first then your move then my genjutsu. You're interpreting it as my genjutsu happens right after the lightning without you being able to have a move inbetween.
3. I think it's kind of meta-gaming assuming that your bio knows that there's a genjutsu in work here even if you're following the TL as you now stated.

With this, i don't even know i'll let a sensei decide or something.

Savage asked to judge this;

1. Savage's first jutsu and the lightning armor happened at the same time, seeing the first jutsu is only using the chakra from the lightning armor which is the second jutsu. However, the mistake here is, Savage could have made the first jutsu passive and not put chakra usage on it since the jutsu itself leeches the chakra of another.
There are four moves here made by Savage so automatically, the last jutsu would not happen. I mean you ran towards Skorm without doing anything to him.

2. There is not issue here. I believe you are even at an advantage here since he is purposely letting you do two moves before his. if I intentionally make you do two moves before I react, it does not mean I am breaking timeframe.

3. No problem here. I see enough reasons.

As the lightning armor activated, Alucard would raise the ground around him 100m upwards, having himself in the epicenter. His ”hill” would be around 5m in diameter. Well ontop the hill, Alucard would perform a single handsel an spew out large fireballs into the sky. 2 covering short-range, 3 mid-range and another 3 long-range. The fireballs would cover up every single blank spot from the hill and on impact, they would explode into large burning craters.

Adam would stop his short run as he nears Alucard without knowing what was the cause but he still shrugs it off. As Alucard slams his hands on the earth to raise the earth upwards, Adam would increase the level of his armour to the maximum point before dashing in a blur followed by a massive leap that allows him to transverse across the platform that the victim created mid way. Adam would blitz across the plain with a large concentration of lightning chakra in a single finger with which he would slice off Alucard's head with ease like hot knife through butter. Alucard would not see a thing not to talk of react to any of the actions performed by Adam due to the difference in rank, speed and all. The earth wouldn't have been raised up much significantly when all this would happen swiftly leaving no avenue for escape/reaction.

Description: Using the amazing abilities of the
Lightning Armor technique, both the 3rd and 4th
Raikages are able to move at insanely high speeds
to dodge or evade incoming attacks, even those
that would normally be unavoidable such as
Amaterasu. This fast movement can also be used
in conjunction with a Taijutsu move, including their
own signature Lightning based Nintaijutsu moves,
to use the momentum one can gather and add
even more damage if the move allows it. The
technique also alows the user to move in more
elaborate patterns that one would think, although
following a more or less linear path. The only
weakness of this technique is that, since its purely
fast and enhanced movement, you cannot use it in
all battle grounds but only those that would
otherwise enable its use. Not only that but
although the user moves fast, he is still trackable
by high Doujutsu users (3T, Byakugan and
Rinnegan), Sensors and EIG Masters. This doesn't
mean the opponent can react (that depends on his
speed, mastery of taijutsu and techniques used)
but rather that he can perceive the attack.
Note: Only useable once per turn by Third and
Fourth Raikage bios with their Lightning Chakra Armor active.

(Raiton: Jigokuzuki) - Lightning Release: Hell

Description: The Hell Stab is the strongest
technique of the Third Raikage, whereby he
concentrates a considerable amount of lightning
chakra into just the finger-tips of a single hand and
then performs a strong thrusting motion. The
thrust, in conjunction with highly concentrated
chakra, enables A to pierce a target in a manner
somewhat akin to both the Chidori and Lightning
Cutter. The total number of fingers involved in the
attack inversely correlates with the overall intensity
and power of the technique. With less fingers being
used, the technique becomes stronger.
Four-Finger Nukite: A decently strong, lightning-
infused thrust performed with precisely four of A's
fingers. This strike is powerful enough to break
through a variety of robust defences with relative
ease.
Three-Finger Nukite: A fairly strong, lightning-
infused thrust performed with precisely three of
A's fingers. This strike is effective against even
malleable materials that usually handle an attack
by dissipating its force.
Two-Finger Nukite: An exceptionally strong,
lightning-infused thrust performed with only two of
A's fingers. This strike of capable of inflicting
great damage upon impact, creating a shock wave
powerful enough to send objects within short
range of it flying backwards some meters.
One-Finger Nukite: A lightning-infused thrust
known as the "strongest spear" and performed with
one finger. The sheer concentration of lightning
chakra is so great that it extends well beyond the
finger in a lone point. It is powerful enough to
easily sever all of Gyūki's tails during an
encounter, and in a single instance, at that. In
addition, it is able to pierce even the Third's
Lightning Release Chakra Mode and leave a
prominent scar.
Note: Only useable by A (Third Raikage) bios.
Note: Four and Three-Finger Nukite are useable
without Lightning Chakra Armor.
Note: None of the Nukite can be used for two turns
after having used One-Finger Nukite.

TF; Earth, lightning armor level three, fire jutsu, flicker evasion+hellstab i guess..? Unless ofc the lightning armor is passive again without mention that and so is the flicker evasion.




Alucard stood ontop of his hill, he noticed from a far distance the man was doing something rather unnecessary. As he fired his flameballs into the air to have them rain down in all directions, Alucard would jump off the hill with a backwards flip while utilising his wind chakra. As he would freefall from the backside of the very tall hill, the wind would slow him down while act as an agent of hindering the movements of his opponent.

The technique effectively creates a very large controllable "dust" storm.

Note: Lasts 3 turns or until released.

The currents would reach far beyond the other side of the hill and where Alucard had seen his opponent the most recent time. He would control the dust storm to focus around him like a barrier, pushing back electric offences in an omni-directional fashion. The moment he would have eyes on target, Alucard would then proceed to cast another wind technique on his opponent after having performed the rasengan, topped with wind chakra to create the rasenshuriken.

(Fūton: Rasenshuriken) - Wind Release: Spiraling Shuriken

Description: By manipulating the wind-natured chakra of the Wind Release: Rasengan, Naruto was able to create four large points, causing the Rasengan to take on the appearance of a giant fūma shuriken, with the Rasengan in the centre remaining a perfect sphere. The technique gives off a loud screech-like noise during, and after formation. Others ninjas can learn the technique, but cannot throw it as they lack Naruto's skill with the rasengan to succeed nor can they produce as much damage as Naruto who, adding to the damage boost given to him to the aforementioned modes, gains another +10 damage when using it.
