Adam and Eve/Lilith were not the first humans. We know this because 'other clans' of people were spoken of at later times in the bible.

As for his appearance, the first humans were black based on our current knowledge. So most logically if we were created in his image than God is black. However, as others have stated, God theoretically could take any image he wanted to, so you may not be able to define him in such a way.
