That's not what I said, but I guess I'll clarify even though you're clearly trolling. Most theists do not believe that God maintains a human physical form as his default form. Obviously, the concept most theists adopt as God is that he's omnipotent, and would therefore be able to take any form with ease.

To try an answer a question like that we would have to first know for a fact that what we know as "god" is an actual being to begin with. Not a philosophy, the universe, the soul, consciousness, or some other thing beyond our comprehension etc. An actual being.

Do things change over time?

Obviously. We learn new things. People get older. Locations change. Sometimes it rains, sometimes it snows. So on and so on.
