Sasuke himself stated that her genjutsu affinity was stronger than his 2 Tomoe Sharingan naturally. And Sakura wasn't even affected by the genjutsu at the Chunnin exams to even care about it. The hallway genjutsu didn't even work on her, and Kabuto's genjutsu wasn't a big deal for her, she sensed it before it could do anything. And the databook supports Sasuke's claim as his genjutsu only surpassed her 3.5 when he learn Sharingan Genjutsu.
3.5 is probably the highest you can attain without actually being a genjutsu caster, because both Sakura and Diedera have eyes that are somewhat immune to most genjutsu, the only difference is Deidera trained his to be that way and Sakura's was natural. Diedera even broke free of Sharingan Genjutsu. And Sakura was damn near immuner to genjutsu by the time of the last as she wasn't affected by a tensigan cast genjutsu that captured an perfect Jinc (naruto) and a byakugan user (whos eyes are said to see through genjutsu)

But yeah this is partially the reason why Sarada's genjutsu is so powerful with just a one tomoe, because in base she is Sakura. she probably naturally have a 3.5 too
Sakura's uniqueness stems from the fact; she has numerous extras albeit currently passive in nature.
She could logically beat any enemy if we analyze the entirety and propagative aspect of her talent.
She scared the holy hell out of Gaara in his Bijuu form; something which should not be taken lightly; as visualized by the immense down-pour of sweatiness in his face at her sight despite being in a utterly maniacal mode.....if she devolops this specific ability of hers; her battle strength'd increase exponentially.
It's almost as if her presence as Sharingan-like suppressive qualities in terms of fear inducing literal monsters like Jinchuuriki Bijuu.
She could suppress the Curse Mark demonic qualities which let Sasuke run wild with just a hug; stimulating the fact she is wholesomely capable of manipulating out of control creatures with a lack of moral conscience with just her words and presence.
Something, Danzo had to go all out his freaking way to gather Hashirama Tree's cells and numerous Sharingan just to
attempt manipulation.
Another factor I've read on contributing to her precision prowess is: Sasori's compliment on her possessing the eyes of a hawk; which read through all of his attacks without needing Chiyo's support nearing the end...foreshadows a type of precognition-like ability.
Rest, as per what you've said is extremely underrated cause the factor in which she punched her horn and gravitated her down-wards is exceptionally splendid; taking into account, her lack of chakra (which has been proven fact: reduces speed and reflexive quality..) and overusing Byakugou which excruciates the cellular energy of her body greatly yet she managed to pull out a tactic which RSM Naruto in his fresh state could not: is incredibly admirable.
All in all, She could potentially be rewarded as the strongest shinobi in Naruto Verse by feats alone and the most talented if we go by prodigious quality and hype.
