why Boruto sucks

Boruto is a piece of trash.
It makes no Goddamn sense, has pretty much no storyline, and everyone is super overpowered.

In the original show, Kakashi was shocked that Sasuke knew fire jutsu when he was a genin, as elemental jutsu is a chunin level feat, yet in boruto every sucker has elemental jutsu in the academy, so what? was sasuke not a genius? was he some chump, a big fish in a small pond?
Not only does every kid know some OP jutsu before even leaving the academy, some know multiple! Boruto can use wind and lightning nature (two of the rarest types btw) and he can run on water and even fight on it, before leaving the academy, and no other classmates are surprised by this which must mean they can all do it too.
In the original, team 7 were taught how to walk up trees in preperation for fighting Haku, Haku who was like Jonin level! It took them days to master (with the exception of Sakura) and they recieved a pretty hefty power boost after (with the exception of Sakura, because 0 x 2 still = 0). Then Naruto struggled to learn how to walk on water during the Chunin exams!! (admittedly he had trouble controlling his chakra because of Orochimaru's seal but still it was no cake walk) Yeah boruto is running around on water, he's shooting of wind style and lightning style techniques, before ever even leaving the academy! Fighting against full fledged shinobi in the mist village! It's not like Boruto trains his arse off either, all he does is eat cheeseburgers and play video games! Then come to the chunin exams, boruto not only learns the rasengan, but he combines it with nature chakra, without even trying to, and invents a new jutsu capable of one shotting a God.

Boruto is a ridiculous show/manga/movie and it's utter trash.

I agree with you Boruto is a shit character, pulled out as a cash grab. His existence has wrecked any hope for the new gen manga, that's why I say it would have far more potwntial without him. Manga has slightly more plot than the anime so far, the anime sucks worse than the manga admittedly, but doesn't make the manga good.
Oh and pretty convenient you stopped there, because you have nothing to argue against my other points.

Konohamaru destroying a path of pain was silly a normal genin destroying an akatsuki member lol. as for ao he's strong idk why people think he's weak. we have seen that he's capable of fighting team 7 without that much of a deal. as for the powers who has time to yet again watch them train their jutsus. just let it go . the manga is better than the anime and i like how it's going with KARA VESSEL AND AO

Konohamaru took the path of pain by surprise and took him down with an A rank jutsu, which he learned from naruto after training hard. This is now over 10 years later from that point and what? he's not only not improved, he's grown weaker? A member of the Sarutobi clan, pupil to the most powerful hokage in history, not to mention the most powerful man alive, he's aiming to be the next hokage and he can't even deal with an old man? Ao is dealing with the NEW team 7, a bunch of genin's of course he's handling them, Kakashi could solo his team 7 when they were genin without even using the sharingan, that's how it should be.
You don't have to throw away all the rules and make everyone in the anime OP just to make a good anime, Naruto was good way before we saw the giant battles in Shippuden, it's about storytelling, and making everyone a ****ing God right since birth makes no damn sense, would you be okay with Sarada awakening the Rinnegan right now? would you be okay with Boruto waking up one morning and realising he learned sage mode in his sleep?
Making characters ridiculously powerful, without any training, and then giving them ninja tech to make them even more OP completely goes against the message of Naruto, training and working hard and never backing down is the way to win. It also voids the plot point that the Kage are worried about the future of shinobi, because without the missions they used to get they're worried the next generation will be weaker than them and illprepared for any future threats, yet it's obviously not an issue when all the kids are pulling off chunin level jutsu before they're out of the academy.
And introducing some phony ass akatsuki isn't a substitute for good plot. The anime sucks, the manga sucks and the movie sucks

Dude no body wants to see a series thats full of children who are weak again as the ones before. Adding this power creep makes things interesting. Naruto fans are spoiled due to Naruto and Sasuke. Why would you care about ninja that are weaker than them if they had nothing special?

Ikemoto changed the power levels in order to attract viewers. But they are still weaker.

Previous generations had much more resistence.

And btw, you can do a simple tech and still span much power. Izuna beats a water dragon with just Fire Ball.
