Did Gaara peak in part 1?

Gaara dont seem to have a much improvement from part 1... in part 2 he gets low diffed by every opponent he face... his defense got solod by a baby bomb...

No he didn't. He only lost to Deidara because he had to protect Sunagakure. Part II Gaara was definitely Kage tier and he would merk each and every one of the Boruto Kage bar Naruto obviously. Don't know where all these ridiculous notions are coming from. Possibly because he doesn't have flashy abilities and such some of you think he's weak? This constant berating of Gaara is seriously frustrating to see

This. Deidara's bombs are ridiculously powerful and calling Gaara weak because he lost to him high diff all while protecting his village doesn't make any sense. Deidara would probably beat or lose high diff to each and every Kage other than Ohnoki. He stays in the air and bombs them to oblivion. How are A, Tsunade or Mei reaching him, much less harming him. Explain that and your argument will finally hold any value

Not at all he peaked at the beginning of Part II.

And what did you expect? He lost his Bijuu. He got played by Deidara because half of his attention was focused on protecting the village and the other half fighting another long range S Class Ninja. Also he was nerfed, self imposed, but still nerfed.

Every other Jin went beast mode when they fought their Akatsuki member except Gaara. He had to protect the village and didn’t want to loose control and risk killing his people . Had they been in a barren desert I don’t think Deidara would have won (also Deidara’s fault because he didn’t bring enough clay)

Despite all that he still managed to contend with several previous Kage, helped stopped Madara from completely murdering everyone in the SA, aiding in stopping the 1st Meteor drop, went up against the Juubi, Helped the Bijuu in their fight against blind Madara.

What the hell are you guys expecting of him without his Bijuu? He still is Kage level. Stop comparing his power to the likes of god tier and he literally can take on half the NV on his own in any given battle. SMH :kk:
