When they each used their summons minato refers to its as the three deadlock which consist of sannin, Hurizen then identified them as the newer version of the sannin self consciously, that the same as identified them as the newer version of the sannin.

Hanzo gave them the title as Sannin. I don't think any other Sannin exist officially. So there's wasn't a need to put "Original" in the title, since it was just Jiraiya, Orochimaru and Tsunade.
