Ofc I didn't get the signals you thought you were sending. You made mentions of America's social issues as if you were trying to create some kind of equivalency and an antithesis(White Lives Matter). Sure, your title has a question mark in it and you made mention of how grim things look for whites there, but your message was still very mixed. I see that you were trying to illustrate how their oppression may look, but it mislead me just because why tf would anyone who already knows of America's past need that explained and how would you even know(seeing how you're asking a question of what's going on)? So I hopped towards other conclusions.

I'll just ask this to be clear. Do you think that any American white supremacist will use what happened in South Africa as an excuse for racial behavior towards colored people?

Yes, I agree with you. I read into it a teeny bit and they already have. There's even indications that the metrics for what qualifies as a murder of white farmers are too broad, and that the numbers themselves are intentionally bloated, but not to deny that the attacks themselves are still high in number and very real. I can't get the comment section to load anymore to snip it, but there was a ton of shit about how Africans' support apartheid themselves so why should the U.S.A. treat them differently and using it to justify whites' fears of African Americans' ability to vote.

The posts in this thread reflect the situation in the real world. Those white farmers are not ones who enslaved people but they must face retribution for crimes they have not committed. Going by that logic it was mistake of their ancestors to try to admit that they have done wrong and make things right instead of not eradicating the black population completely when they conquered them or keeping them in complete enslavement even today.

This is why racial and ethnic unity is important. No one will give a **** about you when you are getting genocided. Who cared when ISIS genocided Yazidis? I think similar thing happened with Rhodesia.
