Not sure to be honest. You used to be able to download episodes here, but overtime this website made it so that you could only download the most recent episodes (and I don't even recall them being in English to begin with). I don't even know if you can download episodes off of this site anymore. Honestly though at this point it would probably be easiest for you to torrent the English dub episodes. I guarantee you people rip the official DVD's and put them up on torrent sites. However if you were planning on making some huge gift for your daughter with every single episode of Naruto in English, you should know that the English dub is still ongoing - I believe the final DVD's/episodes will be releasing sometime this next summer.
