Either Boruto will use his Jougan or Curse Seal during his ecounter with AO.

Either Ao will escape or another Kara member will appear before Boruto before leaving the scene or they will try and inquire as to what had gone wrong with their outer member AO.

Eventually they will learn of Boruto.

This will allow Kara as a whole to be informed about Boruto's so called unique abilities, things that more then likely are connected to what Kara is researching and/or developing in the first place.

If they learn of Boruto's seal then they would want him for it.

If they see Boruto's Jougan then they would be curious about it.


Kara seems to not be primarily made out of Ninjas, they could just be different aspects of life in the Narutoverse who all share a common goal that is connected to the Otsutsuki or are just using each other for temporal benefits.



The Otsutsuki are not their allies as we've seen with them arguing about Momo's disturbance to their so called agenda.

Either that or whoever gave them that Otsutuski seal wants them to do a particular task to flip upside the Narutoverse without him/her lifting a finger or presenting themselves.

Regardless Boruto would be in their cross hairs. He needs them to know what is going on with his body and they need him for plot.


Maybe then Orochimaru, Toneri and other connected to the plot would eventually present themselves to the main story.

Rather the thing to look for is how would Kodachi differentiate Kara and Boruto's interaction to that of Akatsuki and Naruto.

Something beyond just a simple kidnapping. Something like having him join them?

I feel the vessel will be saved by Konoha for a bit before it returns back to Kara

so that some bonds of some sort can be formed

i have a same theory. i feel like they will take kawaki to konoha. and then sasuke rejects it and tries to kill it because it's a threat but then boruto won't allow him and befriends him and there the start of the kawaki arc . where kawaki becomes one of konoha 11 .

That's very likely considering Kara has been shown to be related somehow with the seals. I hope the next chapter sheds some light on exactly what Kara is after. Past few chapters had very little development imo in terms of story progression. Hope this one doesn't disappoint.

Imagine if It was a clone or reincarnation with the same mentality as Shiro from deadman wonderland.

She’s unassuming but strong. Naruto and Sasuke are wary of her to the point that they want to keep her locked up but she becomes attached to Boruto making it difficult.

Boruto argues that locking her up is no different than how Jinchurikis were treated as Kara and Kawaki make their moves to use her and Boruto to destroy the ninja world.

i really hope kawaki is a long running villain. i don't want him to have little depth or bonds with other characters. i always wanted kawaki to be in boruto's class in the academy. because then anything that happens to him would more impactful

Even tho i do prefer this "theory", idk how this Otsutsuki would've gotten into contact with Kara. That reveal should be interesting.
