I dont get the question but Ill try to answer it as best as I can.
War would've continued indefinitely the problem was the Senju needed the Uchiha to form a stable and legit village. They reason for that was so nobody else would be able to hire the Uchiha against them and war would die down.

Madara would be dead that's for sure. But I am not sure how the uchiha clan would've responded after their leader was killed. Will they fight right away or join the senjus and then go do the canon way?
My guess is they'd fight after Madara is killed.

Why would Madara be dead if the Uchiha didnt want peace there wouldnt have heen defectors in your scenario.
Anyway Hashirama implied they'd carry on fighting if Madara died.

You assume the battle would've been the same or the situation would've been the same. You change one variable everything else changes.

There won't be another battle. It'll end where Hashi had convinced Madara to unite with the senju. Madara instead of agreeing would simply refuse leaving Hashi no choice but to kill him. He probably would've spared the other uchihas though if they surrendered.

Well, the uchiha was massacred because of the establishment of "konoha", if they hadn't joined together to establish "konoha"...there'd be no police force operated by the uchiha, which was monitored by the second hokage.Their wouldn't have been that need for the "distrust". There would have never been a reason for itachi and obito to slaughter the uchiha clan, because their fate would have never been determined by Danzo...no one would be biting the hand that fed them.
They'd have their independence, probably. Hashirama's interference was the sole reason for them being spied or plotted on...being a little goodie two-shoes and sleeping with the enemy...which people just love to do.
"Play kumbaya"...and let the deceivers plot undercover.

War would have continued on. There would have been no reason to stop the wars. They would have lived on their own territories, fighting. There wouldn't be kage, just clan leaders. There wouldn't be land of ____ or ____ village. It'd be a lot like samurai/shinobi life back before established governments/villages/cities existed.
It's my understanding that the Senju and Uchiha were the strongest clans (sure there were other dangerous clans, but those two were the strongest as far as talent, ability, and numbers go). So, the other clans kind of had no choice but to stop fighting and listen to what the Senju and Uchiha had to say.

If Hashirama opposed the Uchiha and decided not to unite, him and the clan would kill them all in their dominate position. No one would oppose the Senju effectively and they'd still work for hire. Down the line, since people can no longer choose between choices, Senju start making major bank as they end up being bid on by two villages.
I'd like to think they eventually get enough money and settle down unopposed with all the money they need for a comfy settlement. Eventually neutral clans hear of it and swear allegiance for protection. A village.

I think Hashirama would've gone and created the village with or without the uchiha clan and I don't see any reason why they couldn't have. Maybe he could've even asked the Uzumaki clan to be a part if numbers was a problem. Only difference is that the uchihas would be gone sooner than the actual canon event.

...and its here the decision to unite the two clans was made. Had Madara refused there, then I don't see the uchiha clan to be in any position to fight Hashirama, Tobirama and the senju clan. They would've been annihilated.
