Proof is kaguya was forced to use RS to dodge sasuke's attack but never used it against naruto meaning her footspeed was more than enough against him.

If that's truth then why was Naruto able to create the FRS or even of his jutsu since the 9 tails hold his bad and makes it harder for him to do anything. Nobody else in the manga was nerfed to level. That's proves just how skilled Naruto is as a ninja.

The seal toad that's part of the seal tells us Naruto only gained a small amount of chakra from the 9 tail. Small of anything only equals to a small amount. No, Naruto's large amount of chakra doesn't come from the 9 tails -
