Did i miss anyone? boruto isn't even close to it's end yet we already have 39 boruto only characters. i didn't add old naruto characters like anko shino etc...

Its honestly not that surprising since the anime/manga currently take place on different points on the timeline. We're essentially getting double the intake of characters.

Its funny, i remember every character from Naruto (mostly) but when it comes to Boruto series im totally lost... for now i know Sarada,Boruto,Mitsuki,Metal Lee,Denki,Iwabe,Kagura,Shizuma,Shojoji,Shikadai, Inojin and ChoCho!...and that would be it...

Having alot of characters is fine if you have the writers to make them relevant outside of fillers.

well that's because naruto has been out there since 2002 while boruto 2017. with time u can know them all easily
