Doesn't matter if they became "famous" within the manga, They still lack character development, Were mostly ignored throughout shippuden with mostly off screen fights or no major fights show casing their skill/growth since part 1 besides a a page or two of owning juubi fodder.

and most of them are just wasted potential due to poor ass writing.
