Btw do u really think SP implement such an important detail without asking kishimoto himself? for all we know they ask him about these kind of stuff. and he answers. afterall there was an interview confirming SP asked kishi questions in the arc

He had the sharingan in a diluted form and rinnegan also, in a diluted form. Look at his eyes. Does that look like a sharingan or a traditional Rinnegan to you? Kishi might be greater than me, but I'm just pointing out what he has drawn, in the sense, his subtle hints.

Naruto represented the sages body chakra's, When exposed to Hagoromo's chakra it caused Six paths senjutsu to appear.

Sasuke represented the Ocular power, When exposed to his chakra it cause the rinnegan to appear, Why in one eye and different from madara i don't know.

No, no he didn't. Ashura's and Indra's chakra combined makes Rikudo(Hagoromo's) Chakra awaken and Rinnegan is formed. But you make a good point when you ask why Naruto didn't awaken one himself, and to that question I point at Obito after he gained Rikudo Chakra & Kakashi. But maybe there's a difference between simply gaining Rikudo Chakra and producing it like Madara who had taken both Ashura's and Indra's chakra in; though, it's not like Sasuke mixed Ashura's chakra with his own either.

The only explanation I have is for some bullshit reason that the chakra Hashirama gave Sasuke did mingle with his & awakened Rinnegan after his experience with near death like Madara did. Maybe he now produces Rikudo Chakra opposed to Naruto and Obito who's only displayed it when they've had all the tailed beast to themselves.

Kaguya has something better than the Rinnegan, and Hamura simply didn't inherent it like Hagoromo didn't inherit the white alien eyes.
