He barely reacted and couldnt finish the hand seals before Sasuke with his Susano'O which decreases mobility and slows the user finished blocking the attack and protected Naruto. You can see the question mark in his head to know he barely reacted.

Minato was straight blitzed by Juuubito even in KCM just before Sasuke saved Naruto which means Sasuke is far far faster than Minato who barely reacted and got blitzed.

Itachi protected that faster than Minato's -hand- seal- Sasuke with Susano'O as Sasuke couldn't even react as you can see no question marks above his head! And Kabuto exclaimed that it made itachi slow and remember this is weaker edo form.
Itachi far far outspeeded both naruto and bee in this confrontation where they not only couldn't react where itachi was speeding away but also couldnt a muscle when itachi already reached more-than his initial position distance.

Naruto's hands were in that position when Itachi blitzed away and it stayed in that position even after itachi reached his destination. And people talk like Naruto was overpowering itachi in the taijutsu confrontation despite nothing near that happening in that fight

The problem with ur thread is that is gives the wrong address from the start, i.e. the comparison is based on wrong assumptions. Mina's speed is not actually "speed" because speed is a function of "time", while what he actually does is "teleportation" - which supersedes time both in theory and in practice.

Yes he does he managed to defeat 11 year old obito. :Sparks: Minato base speed is also very fast however there was ninja who were being developed that were reaching Minato's level of speed with shunshin.
