Databooks dont always reveal all the information right away. Youve to connect the dots by comparing it with the manga. If that was possible, then we would've seen more feats from other main branch members.

But she learned it from somebody in the main branch she didn't make it up.

The data book says it can only be taught to somebody in the main branch.

The main branch doesnt know in whom the royal blood of hamura exists, so they teach it to everybody but only some can do it, hell not even hiashi has shown it and the databook doesnt list him as an user. They know the mechanics of it but theu cant learn it themselves. And btw, the technique is called a kekkei genkai, no hyuga technique is listed as kekkei genkai except this, which means hamura's chakra is the Kekkei genkai needed for this.

Or prove why someone like neji who learned the MB jutsus without them knowing couldnt use lion fists. After the chuunin exams, they were friendly, I mean the MB and SB.
