AO's gun will bring huge inconsistency to speed feats in the naruto verse

Do we base a gun's speed off of real life? If so how would we correctly calculate speed of characters in Boruto/Naruto verse? If it comes to the point that Naruto or Sasuke have trouble dodging bullets does this mean their speed was HEAVILY overrated?


This post is strictly based off if characters have trouble dodging bullets or perhaps later down the line Sasuke and Naruto struggle dodging them as well. If this happen does this mean we need to review speed feats of original series or just deem it as not canon speed feats?

It would have to be limited to this verse only if that happens to Sasuke, Naruto or any of the original characters imo. Genin in p1 were already doing remarkable stuff with regards to speed iirc. So yeah, non canon non speed feats lol

The guns bullets must be travelling too fast, Naruto dodged a light speed attack, so we've a measurement to how much Naruto can avoid. Sasuke is far faster and better reaction than Naruto btw.

Dragonball Super recently made use of a concept that suggested their top characters are supersonic in speed.

In reality they are Light speed, and beyond. This wasn't changed because of the overwhelming evidences that suggested they are light speed. Narutoverse also has overwhelming evidences that suggest they are beyond hypersonic speed, and so, peradventure Naruto and Sasuke has trouble evading bullets, it won't change anything.

This is not what reaction feats are. Kaguya dodging Sasuke's Ameno is a reaction feats. Not Sasuke forcing Kaguya to react in the first place.

Sasuke was faster than Minato's FTG and rescued BM naruto from Obito, all the while having a Susano'O which reduces his mobility activated. In boruto, I think there's a scene where Naruto gets outrun by Sasuke in footspeed. Naruto was doing the clone trick all the time, no big feat, any guy can do that if he had that much chakra to create clones.

That's not reaction speed, but attack speed. Ironically, it was an inferior attack speed considering Kaguya was able to evade him.

On the same note, the Databook posited Naruto has a superior reaction speed which can only be rivalled by a Juubi Jinchuriki.

Sasuke sliced Madara up when Naruto could barely react to the attack. First you've to react, striking and running comes after that, that feat alone which Madara praised him for, puts him above Naruto, tbh.
