AO's gun will bring huge inconsistency to speed feats in the naruto verse

Sasuke was faster than Minato's FTG and rescued BM naruto from Obito, all the while having a Susano'O which reduces his mobility activated. In boruto, I think there's a scene where Naruto gets outrun by Sasuke in footspeed. Naruto was doing the clone trick all the time, no big feat, any guy can do that if he had that much chakra to create clones.

Naruto speed blitzed Kaguya, something Sasuke was incapable of doing.

Naruto also reacted to Sasuke's Ameno.

In the Boruto movie, it was a team effort. Then there's the fact that Naruto wasn't running in his usual ninja way.(Probably slowing himself down, so Sasuke could keep up.)

Naruto is superior in speed and reaction. Plain and simple.

Had Kaguya used her RS vision, Naruto wouldn't have speedblitzed her. For Sasuke, she used RS vision which means she cannot evade his attack without using precognition, with her base speed. Sasuke was out of action in most of the fight so that's not an excuse. In boruto movie what I clearly saw is Sasuke running faster than Naruto.

Do we base a gun's speed off of real life? If so how would we correctly calculate speed of characters in Boruto/Naruto verse? If it comes to the point that Naruto or Sasuke have trouble dodging bullets does this mean their speed was HEAVILY overrated?


This post is strictly based off if characters have trouble dodging bullets or perhaps later down the line Sasuke and Naruto struggle dodging them as well. If this happen does this mean we need to review speed feats of original series or just deem it as not canon speed feats?

Nope. Chakra gun>>> Real gun. Chakra bullets can be far faster than real world bullets since this is fiction Lol.
Regardless, Fodder chunin level Ninjas can throw shurikens at supersonic speeds as per the Novels and Sasuke as a genin dodged and outran a supersonic attack in the forest of death. So even chunins can dodge bullets easily.
And why the hell would you scale Naruto's and sasuke's speed from the speed feats of some physically inferior characters?? Thats like saying since I can't run 100m in 15 seconds, ussain bolt can't either. Do you even logic bro?? And if you are assuming that guns will give trouble to Naruto and Sasuke later on in the series, then you can't be more wrong. If anything their opponents in this series would most likely be the Otsutsukis, who don't really have to rely on those fodder weapons to show their might.
Unless we are talking about laser guns that can fire lasers back to back, other weapons would be too slow against Naruto and Sasuke.

All in all, its a good thing that Ao used a chakra gun otherwise it would have indeed been an inconsistency for even a jounin like Konohamaru to struggle against normal guns....so I guess you kinda do have a point but are slightly off the mark.
